Damon Wild - Coronas (Donnel Knox Mix)
The Synewave label has legendary status amongst those who know and now boss man Damon Wild is back on it with a quartet of deep techno treasures. 'Avoidant' is a roaming, cavernous sound with gentle synth notes rising and falling over hefty kicks. 'Invincible' is more sci-fi in style with icy modulations and roaming pads over slinky, kinetic drum patterns and 'Organica' is a jumbled mix of feather hi-hats and more bleeping pulses with kicks pulled far apart. After the Detroit stylings of 'Coronas,' Sonic Mind records boss Donnel Knox aka D-Knox remixes it into something more direct and rhythmically rugged.

Sales Note
Let's rewind back to 1990 and the early beginnings of the techno scene, forthcoming techno legend Damon Wild's descends upon Brooklyn, New York. Upon arrival Damon forges an alliance with Frankie Bones and Adam. He joins the team at Groove and ran the mail order department for their recently opened ''Groove Records Shop''.
Quickly moving into music production, Damon presents a slew of releases under different aliases; building his name quickly on the still developing global techno circuit. Simultaneously, he activates the cult classic label ''Experimental Records'' which goes on to release many rising techno stars over the following years.
In 1994 Damon launches Synewave Records, this time with a focus on a freshly innovative, stripped down jacking-hypnotic techno. The label goes on to play a big and memorable part in techno history, influencing the many generations to come.
Fast forward to the present, Damon goes full circle to his beginnings with Sonic Groove (formerly the Groove Records Shop) and records a thought provocative, cutting edge album for his old friend and label owner Adam X.
With an eye always focused on sound innovation, Damon's latest album ''Pleasure Builder'' is a masterpiece of sound design, expanding his take on a genre he helped create 30+ years ago, ''Hypnotic, Groove Techno''. This album is a must have for techno fans of all generations.

Damon Wild and David Sumner (aka Function’s) relationship dates back to 1991 at Lord Michael’s Future Shock, Limelight, New York City – when Damon was running EXperimental Records via Northcott Productions. At the time, he first saw something in Dave and added him to Brand X, a record pool run by Moneypenny. But their bond is based around a period 5 years later when Dave had an apartment above Rogue Music at 251 West 30th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. It was during this time Damon developed him as a Synewave artist and released his first EP as Function in the Fall of 1996 – catalog number; SW-24. Falling in and out of touch over the years, across continents, the two have somehow remained on the same cosmic path. So it’s not a coincidence that now Damon has turned to Dave to release his first album in 13 years, during the time he is reissuing that first “Synewave EP” on “Recompiled I/II & II/II” (A-TON LP02/03). This is where those paths cross again… 21 years later, this Fall, Dave will release “Cosmic Path” on Infrastructure. The cosmic connection.

Clint Foster - Afterdark
The word classic is a much overused one, but in the case of this much in demand 1999 four tracker, it's no exaggeration. There has been much conjecture over the years over the identity of the producer - or producers - behind the mysterious Clint Foster name, but our lips are sealed, we ain't no grasses. All we will say if you like your techno seriously laced with acid, tough and sinewy but equally funky then then you'll love this. Opener 'Indium' is pinned down by machinefunk handclaps, a gloopy bassline and a synth line that coasts pretty majetsically. 'Patterns' is faster, harder and dubbier, not a million miles in its rhythmic shuffle from Carl Craig's 'My Machines', while 'Throughway' is the truly hypnotic one, big on the atmospheric scale. 'Afterdark' closes things, airy synths swelling and hovering over an addictively chunky beat. No names, no packdrill, just four essentially fantastic bits of classsy techno that haven't dated in all the years since. Essential.

Joey Beltram - SW37B
It was only in 2018 that New York techno mainstay Joey Beltram revealed that he was the man behind 'SW37', a record which had been an underground classic since it first started doing the rounds in 1998. It remains an evergreen favourite almost 30 years on, which is why Damon Wild's Synewave is reissuing it here. The A-side is gloppy, dubby techno with impish percussion darting about the mix and drunken hits bring an off-kilter edge. On the flip, 'SW37B' is stripped back to pure deep techno serenity with deft ambient pads and a sense of unrelenting meditation that locks you in the here and now.

This time is Ricardo Rodrigues AKA Industrialyzer who lands on the court of Damon Wild with three tracks perfectly aliened with the label's philosophy, Synewave has been at the service of real techno for over 20 years. It all begins with "Analogue Planet" a 130 bpm journey which rouses the dance floor whilst stimulating the mind, giving both of them no mercy. The second track, "Multiple Walls", carries the flavour of an Old School small march with a hammondesque synth which revolves around the groove from beginning to end. The atmosphere becomes dark and acid in the third and final track on this release. "Orbit X" is an emotional roller coaster which develops in different phases, everyone of which takes the listener by surprise. With this release Industrialyzer reminds us that, after all, New York, Detroit, Chicago, Berlin, Amsterdam or Lisbon don't really matter, quality techno is a global affair and Synewave consistently confirms this with releases above all schemes, movements and trends. Monumental.

David Meiser's work chosen by Dave Clarke for his top ten of 2013 and supported too by Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, Exium, Christian Wunsch, Black Asteroid, Claude Young, Ritzi Lee,... In 2014 releases a back to back work with Black Asteroid which gets remixed by Dave Clarke, becoming the first Spanish artist to get a remix from the Baron of Techno. About this EP: - "Pressure" enhances the purity of the percussion sounds, making a complex and dense track based only on the accumulation of simple rhythmic patterns. - "Zero Decibels" is the game of getting close to the maximum sonority signal 'zero decibels' by breaking the drive of the hypnotic arpeggio sounds with a distorted, and stunning bassline that reminds the meaning of the dancefloor Techno. - On the B side amazing remixes of "Zero Decibels" from Damon Wild and Peter Echoplex complete the EP. Damon sharps the hypnotic synths even more with a smart development, making a perfect version to be mixed. On his turn, Echoplex adds an incredible enveloping atmosphere that introduces the original version into a world of pure darkness and energy.

"When you finally achieve a long sought after goal, don’t think of it as you making it, but rather that it was not challenging enough to begin with". Epi Centrum is Jurek Przezdziecki, who you may be familiar with thanks to his numerous releases on labels like Cocoon, Affin and Synewave. Known for always pushing sonic boundaries, as well as seeking new sources of inspiration, he is undoubtedly one of those artists who does anything but tow the line. Raw, organic electronics, mixed with precision in execution are at the very heart of Jurek’s output and his work has thus far received praise from the likes of Depeche Mode, Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth and Damon Wild. You might be asking yourself what exactly made them like his music so much. Well, stop thinking about it and give it a listen for yourself as Jurek presents ‘Raw’ under his Epi Centrum alias on Damon Wild’s Synewave label. The aptly titled ‘Raw’ is exactly that. Its complex layering of a burly bassline, meeting a distant vocal sample amidst the electronic bleeps and beats that collide over one another creates a unique and uncompromising sound. The release also boasts first-rate remixes by two of techno’s current heroes. Function (Dave Sumner) of Downwards / Sandwell District fame turns in a dark and dappled version that’s stamped with claps and a driving beat, while LA’s Audio Injection from Droid Behaviour turns up the bass and picks up the pace for his west coast butt-shaking rendition.

The View EP is a collaboration project between Berlin dj / producers Sebastian Krenzlin and Sebastian Stöhr / 88UW. Sebastian Krenzlin is one of the new talents playing at Tresor Club, Berlin. Krenzlin is proofed by Tresor and a talent behind the desks - strobe and fog will do the rest. Sebastian Krenzlin and he is simply one of techno music's most staunch supporters and preservers of the genre. 88uw was born in 1978 in Hamburg, Germany and by the 80s he was already fascinated by electronic music. In 1991 he visited a record store specializing in Techno for the first time and bought his own records. Three years later at the age of 16 he starting to DJ in clubs and hasn't stopped to this day. Studio work came later for 88uw and it was not until 2005 that he started teaching himself music production. His first release was in 2010 on Parallel 125 and in a very short space of time he has made a significant impact on the techno scene in Germany and abroad. He releases regularly on renowned
labels including the legendary Synewave, Gynoid Audio, Slap Jaxx and IF? Records.

ABSTRACTION is characterized by a violent analogic Kick that anyone computer may generate. Some sounds of the historic Yamaha CS 80 create a dark and industrial atmosphere. The grooves are very open. Great result for dancefloor! REACTOR is a missile, is a great techno track. A powerful analogic Kick and a new bass which has no term to be defined. Pause is a machine for people heaving fun. REBOOT is madness. Steve plays with the envelopes of an old M20 and breathes on the disc. Wild grooves characterized by vintage snare and crash. Abstractions is definitely the starting point of the new techno, defined for the first time from Steve like Nutech. The Absrtaction EP is a result of a research that is based on the elaboration and development of two concepts: The techno is music based on experimentation, and it is constantly evolving. The computer is a platform that facilitates the creation of music, but it mustn’t become a constraint, analog synths, groovebox, external processors, are complementary to the production of music. Each groove is created by Steve externally with the Korg Electribe sx and processed with analog valves. The groove packages downloaded from the internet, are currently killing the true underground music. For this reason Steve don’t use preset sounds in the tracks. The Artist is creator, not a copier. This Ep is a real rebellion against the current techno sound, in which the style is determined by the beatport top 100. The goal is to make people dance with a new techno sound NUTECH, result of creating art. For this reason the EP is called abstractions.

Joaquin Joe Claussell - Storm (Kuniyuki New Wave Project Remix)
released in celebration of y-3’s 10th anniversary in 2013, this compilation included joe claussell’s masterpiece of psychedelic deep house, which is finally being issued on 12-inch vinyl.
joe claussell’s “storm,” still played today by djs such as dixon, remains one of his most distinctive works. among his productions, it can be regarded as his finest achievement—his most trippy and psychedelic track, with exceptional impact on the dance floor.
the newwave project remix by his longtime ally kuniyuki preserves the atmosphere of the original while adding organic sounds such as marimba, drawing the track into deeper territory and resulting in a spiritual deep house reinterpretation.
the artwork was created by yoshirotten, one of japan’s leading artists.

Info:
Telling a tale of house music’s early days or roots without mentioning Tony Humphries as a club DJ, remixer and radio disc jockey would make it an incomplete, forged and most of all a bit of a yawn.
Born in Brooklyn in 1957, Humphries’ musical journey is synonymous with New York City’s dance music history and the evolution from uptempo soul music to house: from being a dancer at David Mancuso’s infamous Loft parties to becoming a mobile DJ and getting the call from Shep Pettibone to become his right hand at
the then new Kiss FM radio station, followed by countless remix offers and a legendary residency at Newark’s Club Zanzibar. Next to that one, is was especially his work as a radio disc jockey for said station during most of the 1980s until 1994 that gave him majestic clout. Breaking new records week in, week out,
putting New Jersey acts like Adeva and Jomanda or countless up-and-coming producers from there on the musical map, while simultaneously playing the hottest imports from Europe, trax from Chicago, dance classics and all things straight from New York’s music factory that never seemed to stop.
Going to his vast and almost complete archive of radio shows from way back when he graced those airwaves, we at Running Back Records have picked original recordings that symbolize his importance as an industry giant and ambassador of this style of music.
„But one thing I would like to point out is that, as a DJ, the music I play is not my music. I want to make it perfectly clear that it is music that is released, and it’s everyone’s music. I do not take any other credit than being the middle person exposing this music.“

Tracklist
A.Kerri Chandler - Kerri Kaoz Beats *
B. Dee Dee Brave - My My Lover (Tony Humphries Dub)*

Info:
Two lost cuts from the orbit of Tony Humphries surface at last, pulled straight from acetates in his private archive and pressed here for the first time. Unearthed like messages from the booth itself, they capture that raw, transitional moment when club music was still inventing its own language night after night.
On the A-side, Kerri Chandler with “Kerri Kaoz Beats”, a stripped, swinging tool full of basement pressure and early-morning intent. No excess, no compromise, just Kerri doing what Kerri does best. Flip it over for Dee Dee Brave – “My My Lover (Tony Humphries Dub)”, a previously unheard Humphries reconstruction that stretches the vocal into something deeper, moodier and unmistakably floor-ready. Spacious, patient, and quietly euphoric.
Two pieces of house history that never made it past the acetate stage until now. Not revisions, not edits, but originals finally stepping into the light. Essential documents from the roots that still point forward.

The energy stays high as the EP moves into the broken rhythms of "Black Liquid Spawned Wildlife" and "Yellow Dwarfs," where Umek explores more complex, atmospheric territory without losing the dancefloor focus.
The EP balances dancefloor energy with musical songwriting, making for an engaging listen from start to finish.

K Wata - As I've Always Said
Deep, deep stuff on the debut album from K Wata. Long and dubwise, dark and detailed. With bass that fills and warms a space.
All noir. Cast shadows against the wall. Weight being shifted and distributed with singularly delicate poise, like a knife being balanced on the end of a finger.
There’s a silvery, loose flow state to this record that maybe reveals the way some tracks were first written to be deployed live at Sustain Release 2025. Then taken back to the lab and tightened up further into the album’s final form, with beautiful mixing work between Kenzo and Chris Botta.
With that in mind, Give U Space unfolds slowly and fluidly, giving the listener the chance to access and open up to the deepness of the sound, being led down a path. It rolls and builds momentum and groove, and ratchets tensions up toward peaks of energy "Whisper Dub" and "There Will Be Love".
The tunes feel architectural. Rooms to be in and settle into. Simultaneously stripped back and then etched with neat little details and characterful or atmospheric sound choices. The silhouette of slo mo Memphis and Houston trap is a leading influence, especially with the drums. Mixing with bits of click’n’cut sampling and psychoacoustic tricks, the penumbra of dub techno and drowsier dubstep, and SG’s soft vocals rising in the ether.
The presence and inspiration of the sound system is obvious in all of Kenzo’s work, the music can rattle when spun up louder or blended into the club. But K Wata’s uniqueness and signature comes from an often equally inward facing quality, touched by distance and longing and a sort of chiaroscuro incandescent light set up.
Written and produced by K Wata.
Mixed by K Wata and Christopher Botta at Fer Sound Studio.
Vocals on “Give You Space” and “Go” by SG.
Clarinet on “Radio Embrace” by Eugene Lai.
Mastered and cut by Mike Grinser at Manmade.
Art by S. Gong

Oren Ambarchi - Hubris Part 3 (10th Anniversary Remaster)
Newly remastered version of Oren Ambarchi’s long out-of-print classic Hubris originally released on Editions Mego in 2016. Expertly remastered by audio wizard Joe Talia who worked with the original mixes, highlighting the myriad details of the audio with forensic precision, previously unheard up until now.
From the 2016 press release: Hubris continues the exploration of relentless, driving rhythms heard on Ambarchi’s Sagittarian Domain (2012) and Quixotism (2014). Where those records looked to Krautrock and techno for their starting points, the sidelong opening track here begins from the perhaps unlikely inspirations of disco and new wave, drawing particularly from Ambarchi’s love of Wang Chung’s soundtrack to William Friedkin’s To Live and Die in L.A. Leaving behind the song-forms of these reference points, Ambarchi weaves a sustained and pulsating web of layered palm-muted guitars from which individual voices rise up and recede, eventually setting the stage for some lush guitar synth from Jim O’Rourke. Arnold Dreyblatt collaborator Konrad Sprenger contributes overtone-rich motorized guitar, pushing the piece into a satisfying intersection of shimmering minimalism and rhythmic drive that smoothly builds up until the entrance of Mark Fell’s electronic percussion in its final section. After a short second part, in which Ambarchi, O’Rourke and crys cole pay tribute to the skewed harmonic sense of Albert Marcoeur with a track built from layered guitar figures and abstracted speech, the long final piece pushes the concept of the first side into darker and denser areas. Joined by electronics from Ricardo Villalobos and the twin drums of Will Guthrie and Joe Talia, the layered guitars of the first piece are transformed into a raw and tumbling fusion-funk groove that calls to mind early Weather Report or even the first Golden Palominos LP. As this stellar rhythm section rides a single repeated chord change into oblivion, a series of spectacular events emerge in the foreground: first, aleatoric synthesizer burbles from Keith Fullerton Whitman, then slashing skronk guitar from Arto Lindsay, until finally Ambarchi’s own fuzzed-out harmonics take center stage as the piece builds to an ecstatic frenzy. Few artists could hope to include such an incredible variety of collaborators on one record and still hope for it to have a unique identity, but Ambarchi manages to do just that, crafting three pieces that emerge directly out of his previous work while also pushing ahead into new dimensions. Players: Oren Ambarchi, crys cole, Mark Fell, Will Guthrie, Arto Lindsay, Jim O’Rourke, Konrad Sprenger, Joe Talia, Ricardo Villalobos, Keith Fullerton Whitman.

Six years after their last standalone release, TESTE return in full raw power!
Following their 2020 double 12" on L.I.E.S. - which marked a renewed phase after years of silence - David and Martin (TESTE) now open a new chapter.
ERASED FROM MEMORY is a 4-track EP developed between 2023 and 2026, continuing their exploration of sharp, unconventional sound design - suspended between chaos and decadence.
The visual direction features a key contribution from the late Juan Mendez // Silent Servant via his SILENT EDITIONS imprint, combining archival TESTE materials with his legendary punk vision.
He completed the cover and zine before his passing in January 2024.
This release is dedicated to TESTE and their three decades of legacy, and to Juan Mendez - one of our greatest heroes.

Monolake - Terminal
Continuing its faithful documentation of the early years of Monolake, Field Records proudly present the first-ever vinyl pressing of seminal 1999 album Interstate. In a kaleidoscopic lattice of micro-rhythms and exquisitely dynamic textural work, Robert Henke and Gerhard Behles fully collaborated for the final time on this record — and created an electronica landmark in the process.
Monolake's evolution from their earlier dub-techno-tinted works saw their exploration of Max/MSP go further out. The duo yielded greater complexity in the behaviour of their sound palette to achieve an organismic quality that remains an enduring influence on so many strands of experimental electronic music today. Interstate is a vivid record that builds up eight different ecosystems of sound and subtly threads elegant grooves through their root structures.
There's a house-like undulation to the low-end driving 'Tangent-I' and 'Tangent-II', but the infinitesimally detailed layers of sound on top swoon from techno synth shimmers to trickling waters, snaking delay trails and pin prick percussion. You can hear the unmistakable, snappy rhythmic thrust of drum & bass driving 'Ginza', but here it's used as an engine for the crispest array of designer percussion and dub-soaked synth chirrups. Across every track, Henke and Behles demonstrate a potent combination, both groovily instinctive and eternally fascinating to try and pick apart.
After Interstate, Behles departed to focus entirely on the development of Ableton Live and Henke steered Monolake towards a leaner — but no less pioneering — sound. Every Monolake record has its own unique context and sound, and the circumstances of Interstate could never be repeated. Capturing the leaps in progress that were being made in digital music production at the end of the millennium, it's an information-rich document of a moment in time that still sounds wildly futuristic 27 years later.

Arpy Brown & Kapote Announce Collaborative Album Memento Ludi via Toy Tonics
A sun-drenched fusion of yacht rock, house and modern indie dance energy – out June 26, 2026
BERLIN, GERMANY — Toy Tonics is proud to announce Memento Ludi, the first collaborative album by label founder Kapote and multi-instrumentalist producer Arpy Brown, arriving June 26, 2026.
The album is a funk-driven journey that bridges the warmth of 1970s analog recordings with the pulse of contemporary dance music. Blending neo-soul grooves, yacht rock harmonies and modern house rhythms, Memento Ludi captures the spirit of classic musicianship within a forward-looking club context.
But Memento Ludi is more than a typical house record. The album moves fluidly between dancefloor tracks and fully developed songs. Every instrument was performed live by the artists themselves: guitars, bass, keyboards and percussion recorded in the studio by Arpy and Kapote. After jamming and recording the basis of every song in a live procedure they carefully resample the parts to create the organic, human touch that defines the Toy Tonics sound.
The title Memento Ludi — Latin for “remember to play” — reflects the album’s philosophy: bringing joy, spontaneity and musicality back into dance music at a time when many club tracks feel increasingly mechanical and formulaic.
The collaboration arrives during a particularly busy moment for both artists. While spending countless hours in the studio, Kapote and Arpy Brown have also maintained intensive international touring schedules with the Toy Tonics crew, road-testing many of the tracks as “secret weapons” in their DJ sets from Melbourne to Los Angeles via their homebase Berlin.
“We wanted to make a record that felt like a lost studio session from 1978 — resampled and synthesised in 2026,” says Kapote.

Sa Pa - World Saving Banger
Sa Pa launches Dub Techno For Life: a dedicated outlet for the artist’s more dancefloor-focused material - work that has largely sat outside the conceptual frame of his previous releases.
The label’s first release, Girls on Tour EP, opens with “Mokira Ultra Dub”, a 10-minute club rework of Mokira classic “Manipulation Musik”. Originally produced alongside an ambient version commissioned for Kontra Musik’s 2016 Kontra X compilation, the dancefloor mix was ultimately shelved until now. With Andreas ‘Mokira’ Tilliander’s blessing, it finally surfaces as a standalone Sa Pa production. A track too banging to go unreleased.
“Waiting For You” traces back to Sa Pa’s orbit around the giegling ecosystem via FORUM. Once lined up for an official release on the parent label before plans stalled, the track slipped into the archives. Buoyant and disarmingly pop by Sa Pa standards, it finds its place here as the A2 - tuned to the collective memory of mid-2010s German house music.
Harnessing the spirit of Chain Reaction from the abandoned patches and borrowed machines of a rainy night’s recording in Taipei, the B-side’s “Modular System” captures a late-night, one-take modular jam. A broken yet hopeful “World Saving Banger” closes the EP with some raw and IDM-leaning force, showcasing Sa Pa’s new label - and the Girls On Tour EP - as a space for neo dub techno ideals to take shape.
