An album flowing 'in a way' like Rift, but it's different: More outspoken, heavier sound design and it peaks on a blissful note. "Open up the blinds and take me there. We'll break the surface tension. We'll dive in. I'm locked in your devotion. You give an inclination to our demise. It will be our exit. To bliss, we'll be its guardian. Once there was love. Clear as glassy water. No ripples, no waves. I followed while you led. Our arrival was warm. Hot, even. Stunning to a startling degree. Hands intwined, frolicking towards the blue. Hours passed, and white heat cede to an orange hue. We cooled down. Red. We rallied. Black. It began. Into the deep darkness we ran. White sand, it has a tendency to get everywhere. Nous'klaer Audio proudly presents Lenxi and her debut album: 'Did you get the dream I sent you?' A personal 10-track long player balancing IDM, indie pop and techno, which was written in and about a period of life where heartbreak and threats reinforced each other, creating an inescapable loop of isolation. Attempting to regain confidence and hope, a process of dreaming up a fictive emotional escape emerged. Paintings, sketches, voice notes, and a first few synth-lines took shape--laying the groundwork for this very album. In the tail of the storm, the London-born, Amsterdam-based producer and DJ refined her ideas further in places that carried hopeful memories. Places that felt familiar. Revisiting studios in beloved locations from the past --in London and Paris-- and seeking for the new --in studios and the Westcoast waters of L.A.-- all helped to shape those purest ideas into full songs forming a story that demanded closure. Lenxi's debut album is a stunning sequence of dreams hinting at hope combined with nostalgia--built on a strong force battling the vulnerability of being alone--and ultimately finding a way out and onto the dance-floor. The album is pressed on 180g vinyl and comes with a download-card.

Oddball indie-pop band Meetsysteem returns this spring with their long-awaited third studio album; their most beautiful one yet. What began as a search for a simple solo-record, a warm sound and a feeling reminiscent of their debut release, Geen Signaal, evolved into something far greater. In an attempt to rediscover that feeling, the writing began in the same spaces in Thailand where Geen Signaal was produced. It was there, on the other side of the globe, where a familiar face would become the source of inspiration. The Moon, floating in the vast endlessness of space was the guiding artistic force. Reconnecting Meetsysteem with their remarkable lyrical poetry, ambiguous messages combined with a subtle hidden darkness. Meetsystem regained their rare ability to create a vacuum to float in, just like the moon looming above us. The journey ignited a curiosity to question what forces act upon us keeping us in place and what is really on the other side? Along the way answers were found together with the people who crossed paths with Meetsysteem; like-minded artists who were simultaneously grappling with the same questions. Through their collective reflections this "would be" solo record turned into a powerhouse of musical collaboration. With poetry by Pelumi Adejumo, existential outcries by punk-activist Sophie Straat, metaphysical lyrics by Lewsberg's Arie van Vliet, weighted vocals by Ranie Ribeiro and Nana Adjoa, a meeting with Giant Julie and a wealth of extra hidden features, from voice memos to trumpet solos: the album became a collage of life--making it the freest, darkest, and most complete Meetsysteem album to date.

The forty minute LP full of dreamy techno bliss explorations starts out, and is glued throughout, with ethereal modulating synths. Dreamscapes fuse into scattered drums and shifting patterns briefly usher in changing phases. It's in these moments when the unworldly contours take form and are built upon by other emerging elements. Waiting for the silhouette is a record about things coming to life, outlines that start to appear and shapes evoking memories that could as well be premonitions. Minimalism and maximalism become indistinguishable on this album, through the trip in between. Artwork by Frederic Dumoulin. The record is cut inside-out and comes with a downloadcard.

M.A.N.D.Y. aka Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung, and Booka Shade, aka Walter Merziger and Arno
Kammermeier, are Get Physical co-founders alongside DJ T., and 'Body Language' is one of the label's, as well
as dance music's, biggest ever tunes. Released in 2005, it defined an entire generation of house music and
spawned myriad copycats in its wake as well as making household names of the artists behind it. It became an
instant classic that worked as well in cosy clubs as it did on festival main stages and it has remained an
ever-green house anthem. The influential track has been sampled many times over the years but nothing beats
the original.
The chunky house drums still sound from the future today, with fleshy hits and warming bass. What makes it such
a standout track, though, is the gorgeous melodic hook that rides up and down the scale. Those soft focus notes
are full of subtle but playful soul that never fails to unify a crowd, bring smiles to faces, and get hands in the air.
The first to remix is acclaimed German artist Patrice Bäumel. He is a master of stylish and deep house and techno
with expressive synth work on labels like Kompakt and his own HALO. His superb version is a complete overhaul
with deeper drums and a sense of late-night tension that is released in glorious fashion when the iconic melody
comes in. It's the sort of tune that is suited to 4 am dance floors and will take things to the next level. The second
remix comes from fellow German HOSH. For many years a core part of the Diynamic family he is also the founder
of the fryhide imprint and an assured underground talent. He layers in some fresh and airy breakbeats to power
along an expansive remix. After a long and atmospheric build with plenty of cosmic synth work, the original
melody arrives during a breakdown and then plays out over the suspensory grooves.
This is a superb package that brings a widely loved favourite back to the fore with contemporary remixes and a
fresh remaster.

12 years after Samim scored a worldwide underground smash with his massive 'Heater' tune, Get Physical re-release a fantastic packages of remixes with new versions from Tube & Berger, Diplo and FNX Omar.
It was impossible to dance in 2007 without someone dropping 'Heater' at some point in the set. It still sounds as quirky, inventive and left of centre now as it did then. The fresh 2019 remaster beefs up the drums, crystallises the Colombian cumbia lead sample and it's not hard to see this being big once again this summer.

GLOCK'D is C.A.R's trademark washed out sarcasm, bleached cynicism, the track forages paths through Chloe's dark mind. It was one of the first tracks she wrote on her own, and was recorded down the bunker with Timothy J Fairplay. A favourite of Andrew Weatherall (who nominated MY FRIEND, the C.A.R album, as "one of the best releases of 2014), it’s now coming full-circle, being given a stomping shuffle air guitar dance-floor rework by The Asphodells … if you liked Our Lord Sabre's remix of FUCK BUTTON's this is for you. Electronics looking at the floor & air guitar. Following it is MANFREDAS (the protégé of LES DISQUES DE LA MORT) vocal version of Angelina, a request from many after the instrumental being released earlier this year. "Never 4get EP", an EP of house tracks from KERAW (Bruce Vanderro & Lucas Moinet) made at their Studio 937 in Paris. For this release, they wanted to give back the original color of the traditional deep house sound from New Jersey with four essential-to-release tracks of theirs. "Never 4get About The Second Vibe" pays tribute to the 90's deep chords tradition with a proper hardcore deep house second vibe. On the other hand, "Until The End Of The Night" brings a deep & introspective ballad theme to the record, while "50%" and "Jersey Bass" ensure the resurrection of the early 90's traditional New Jersey sound. All tracks have been composed, recorded and produced at Studio 937 with yesterday's and today's hardware equipment. Matter of fact, Keraw never wants to forget the NY sound of deep house music foundations.

On side B, “The Right Speed” is all gas, no breaks. A moody, stripped back weapon with detailed texture & the dark, tripped out aesthetics of Jayson Walker’s murmurs over the top. “Beautifully Mangled” wraps up the EP with a dark minimal groove & lush atmosphere that slowly builds into a warm driving force.
Third time’s certainly the charm on [GT003], with Pearson pushing his productions into new territory with meaningful intention.
