The inaugural release on Groove Culture’s new Deep imprint comes courtesy of Berlin-based DJ/Producer and fresh-faced talent Luca Olivotto. For his Groove Culture Deep debut ‘Floating Memories’ Olivotto hits with three delectably deep tracks that each have their own distinctive flavour.

New London label Natural Element kicks things off with the debut release from Fremantle based producer Jon E. These 3 tracks showcase the producer’s innate flair for slick, sophisticated grooves that evoke the rawness of Detroit as well as the funk of London’s broken beat pioneers. The A side offering ‘New Ventures’ is a beautifully crafted piece of jazzed-up house with an infectious bassline and synths that subtly weave in and out to create a warm and uplifting energy, whilst ‘Sunflowers’ on the flip side is a no-nonsense jam with wonky drums, vibrant strings and a soaring synth solo reminiscent of Kaidi Tatham. ‘Where & When’ rounds off the EP with a bouncy, feel good groove featuring jazzy piano stabs and some vocal work from Aeasheiaa. Colombian afro-cumbia sensation Wganda Kenya has been a staple on discerning dancefloors for decades. PANORAMA is thrilled to present 'Shakalaode', back on a 7 inch for the first time in a long time, from their 1976 release, blending afro-beats with irresistible rhythms. A side, a cover of Fela, B side - a cover of The Fatback Band, all in a colombian afrobeat style —a true double sided dancefloor weapon.

Presented as a reissue by London-based record label, PANORAMA Records, on their 'DISCOS PANORAMA' series 'Shakalaode' reflects the label's commitment to rediscovering musical treasures with a fresh perspective.
