After receiving Magari and Ilija Rudman’s tracks within a short time of each other it felt like a perfect fit to pair them together. Both productions give a nod to the 80s House sound whilst expertly bringing the aesthetic up to date.
Magari has provided us with an eyes closed dub’d out groover and Rudman supplies a winding and weaving synthesised journey, giving a sonic glimpse in to his fully stocked studio.
It’s always been top of our list to work with the inimitable Mark Seven. His music is a staple of our sets and as many of you know, is somewhat of guiding light of our scene. Any fan of Parkway Records knows it’s always an exciting day when they announce something new, needless to say we are proud to present a Parkway Powermix on M.A.D.
Finally, our good friend, the extremely versatile Producer/DJ Manuel Darquart finishes off the record with a sublime rolling take on ‘Danceteria’. If somehow you didn’t know him already consider yourself informed.

Highly regarded as a former resident at Salon Des Amateurs at his native Düsseldorf, Tolouse Low Trax/Detlef Weinrich has carved one of the most distinctive sounds in contemporary leftfield club music thanks to his deeply unusual grooves and hypnotic arrangements over the past 15 years as a solo artist.
Fung Day is his first album with entirely new material since Leave me alone which was released through Bureau B in 2022. Fung Day was written and recorded over the course of two years, slowly mutating and progressing from one state to another. Mixed, produced and finally mastered in Paris, his new domicile by choice.

We’d met before he left Düsseldorf, and I knew of him through his oeuvre, his art over words (they were few) and piercing blue eyes.
He was now texting me on a night train from Warsaw going East, as in a Greene novel, asking me to go over his file. He sent me a spontaneous, fun, brave and bold record which is his new album - one that curiously smelled of mechanical grease - machinery of the soul, broken transport rhythms, samples like memories, noise at peace. Referenced yet uncoded. I don’t believe in ulterior motives and complex explanations. Not here at least. Marc Cerrone became the star of incredible live experiences in Paris and elsewhere. As if, after having spent the first step of his musical career elaborating his repertoire, he'd chosen to devote the second one to make it live permanently. Firstly on stage, then through younger generations: when Bob Sinclar samples his music or invites him to collaborate, it's a new way for Cerrone to keep his main ability alive: make crowds dance. A talent which most of his younger fans - Todd Terje, Prins Thomas, James Murphy and a whole generation of cosmic disco lovers - agree to and get inspiration from.
From 1976 to 2014, Cerrone, whose discography makes so many others jealous, never stopped playing and keeping his beat which he considers vital. And if disco music had to be summarized to one artist, one creator, it would be him and nobody else. This exclusive double LP sounds like a tribute to his prolific discography, containing incredible remixes talented producers.
