Here's Ditongo's new boogie.. For your family business! Ditongo is the Batongo's alias for disco editing, less obscure, more groovy. Not much is to be known about Batongo, previously an active euro dance producer, released a bunch of hits in the nineties. 10 years ago, after a traumatic experience he escaped in Perù and retired from the music business, during this years, on his spare time he made a lot of music, not meant for the public, just for himself. Now he is still in Perù, not willing to move back to Europe but barely broke, he sold us the rights on his entire collection of unreleased recordings with the condition of not revealing his real identity. We will unveil a series of EPs ranging from obscure deep to psychedelic disco. More

Rubini’s “Le Cahier de Occelli” marks 10 years! Dedicated to the legendary Group-B Rally era, it was our fourth release and one of the first to elicit a certain interest from the deep-house international scene at the time. To celebrate, we asked two of our beloved artists to remix this definitive slice of Degutibus Music electronica, with the results proving why we love them in the first place. Superpitcher delivered a 14-minute oneiric voyage of “Le Cahier de Occelli” whilst the B-side received a nervous blow-up from I:Cube for “Easyleft Henri” (the track originally dedicated to Henri Toivonen, Rubini’s personal hero).

This record it’s my son’s world seen through my eyes: the innersleeve artwork was made by him and the eye on the label is mine. All the titles are also taken from Carlo’s own dictionary: “E Dee” is the first sound he used to make trying to communicate, it could mean many things. “Mamuke” was mum, “Babuke” was dad, “L” (reads el) was his step brother Gabriele and Cang his step sister Camilla. After a steady stream of successful underground dance-floor stables via his Viscera EP series and last year climbing charts with his remixes, Fango returns with his second album titled "GEA". Set for release this forth-coming May 11th via Degustibus Music, GEA is a 10-track trip of eclectic electronica panning across various moods and tempos. Flexings his matured production credits, Fango fuses rock, disco and psychedelic influences, meticulously put together on his machines resulting in a spectrum of sounds to satisfy most palettes. It’s a serenade from Gea to Ouranos, the Greek gods of earth and sky. More

While producing the Viscera trilogy, Fango has tried to understand something about himself. In order to do this, he had to enter into his own body, just like Dante entered hell, studying and analysing himself from the inside, diving through organs, guts and grey matter. Did it work? Yes and no, depending how you look at it. For sure, it helped him in the creation of 3 devastating and introspective EPs, but a lot of questions are still unsolved. Viscera part 3 is the last leg of a journey that disrupted your 2016 and marks the beginning of a new absurd phase for Fango, but this is another story.
