Natan H - Remote View Pt. II
“THIS RECORD DEFINITELY TAKES A BIT MORE OF A LAYERED APPROACH," — NATAN H OFFERS US YET ANOTHER UNIQUE, IMMERSIVE, AND CHARISMATIC RELEASE FOR ACID CAMP RECORDS"
TRACKLIST:
Atmosphere (in 5), Atmosphere (in 5) (Conforce Remix), Remote View Pt. I, Remote View Pt. II
Acid Camp Records is rolling through again, this time with an artist known for his atmospheric and cosmic-oriented tracks, Natan H. Conveying inspiration for this record
— “Just a little nod to extrasensory experiences and perception” — is undoubtedly fitting for ACR’s second release. The opening track “Atmosphere” begins with layers of time signatures working in tandem. As the track pushes forward, the off-kilter drums grow towards a heavier climax. Followed up with a remix from techno serialist, Conforce. Through the use of filters, polyrhythms, and kinetic programming, Conforce lays a blueprint for driving techno. “Remote View Pt. I” is an ambient break, shifting gears to take listeners to a place both ethereal and planetary. The final track, “Remote View Pt. II”, again breaks away from traditional timing by tracing layers of hi-hats, delayed strings and synths that alternate throughout the arrangement in syncopation.

Natan H, - For Her
ManMakeMusic kick-off 2013 with their housiest offering to date from two new label artists, Natan H & Amy Jean. Natan H made his debut last year with Anton Zap’s Ethereal Sound and on this occasion collaborates with longtime creative partner for an EP of bumping, unconventional house music. Title track, “For Her”, is a beast of unrivalled warmth working a deep and steady groove to perfection. On the flip, “I Know” is a soulful disco-infused workout while “Rush” takes aim squarely at the late night raver with its enveloping pads and low-slung bass line.

Shortinfo:
Dar Embarks, the hardware-based collaboration of Chicagoans Dan Jugle and Ken Zawacki, share four precious recordings of bouncing, highly-acidic machine funk and industrial ambiance. This is a posthumous release for Dan Jugle, who departed in 2018.
Dan was a multi-instrumentalist and a pillar of Chicago's techno scene who left an indelible mark on it with his distinctive sound. His infatuation with electronic music began in the mid-90s when he found his way to Midwest raves as soon as he was old enough to drive to them. He began working with analog gear to create his own expression of the music he heard there. Jugle, Zawacki, and Mike Broers started experimenting with a thrifted Roland TR-707, figuring out the controls through trial and error. They performed together as Ghost Arcade in the early 2000s.
Years later, Jugle and Zawacki reunited creatively, forming Dar Embarks and building the foundation for their project. Jugle gained a reputation for crafting washed-out, saturated club tracks as Juzer, a project formed with Beau Wanzer. Dar Embarks' debut EP Fleer (released on CLEAR USA) and Juzer's Horseplay (on Anthony Parasole's label The Corner) were both released in 2014, both elevated by Dan Jugle's live-action knob-twisting and button-pushing composition inspired by sci-fi and comic books. Despite his early passing, Jugle's legacy lives on through his work and his passion for Midwest techno that his friends and fans still remember and carry.
Lovingly wrapped up and presented to Acid Camp by Ken, these heaters are finally set free to move asses and minds.

Shortinfo:
M Parent brings us a soundtrack of American dystopia, one that gives a pointed sonic voice to the
bubbling frustrations and anxieties of our time. While American politics play out like a circus on the
world stage, M Parent responds to the question of what it means to be American through dirty acid riffs
and eerie electro synth stabs. The album opens up with the title track where a deep voice bellows,
“The American Dream was a lie,” setting the stage for what comes next. A warped sense of reality
bubbles over in Lose Your Mind, as a wailing electric guitar plays a distorted rendition of the Star
Spangled Banner. On the track They Gave You What, a glitched out 808 breakbeat unwinds as
psychedelic paranoia sets in over a stiff melodic hook.
But it’s not all doom and gloom, as it wouldn’t be a complete encapsulation of the American dream
without a sense of hope. Balancing the LP out are playful tracks and aural details that keep the
American tradition of funk alive. Fucked Acid offers a bright acid track with a funky falsetto synth line.
At the album’s cheeky climax, Electric Snake, a reptilian beast is lured out with 808 toms and beat
back by unrelenting snare rolls. Maniacal laughter and an acidic bubbly lead race towards the album’s
conclusion in the track Get In. The LP finishes with Groovy, an uplifting track that adds a fragile sense
of optimism.

Shortinfo:
DEEP DARK BLUE presents an album filled with gentle surprises. When We Get Together takes you through lightly psychedelic melodies for the heart and mind to get lost in. Though highly polished as a production, a sense of underlying spontaneity implies a process that's closer to an improvised jam session than a planned composition. The lush synths, complex percussion, and shimmering melodies create rich backdrops for reveries. Each song bobs and weaves through opposite contrasts, often going back and forth between melancholic to bright. Yet each song remains cohesive and leaves you wondering how you arrived at the end of each track.

1 I've Got Acid (On My Brain)
2 I've Got Acid (On My Brain) (Acapella)
3 The Name Rolls In
4 Field Notes
Next up on the docket for Acid Camp Records is a record created by duo John Tejada and Justin Maxwell. The pair came together to make ACR III with two things in mind: Creating sounds that put a smile on their face while possessing as much character as possible.
The opening track, “I’ve Got Acid (On My Brain)” is a mind-bending wavetable freakout, the likes of which Tejada and Maxwell have been striving to do for years. Using a vintage EMS vocoder to create an original vocal sample, this track is bright, playful, & vivacious. “The Name Rolls In” is layered in an acid playground of sounds. A rhythmic track with a potent 303 bass line, prominent percussion, and that infamous vocoder back at it to create a distinctly groovy track. “Field Notes”, is a composition of celestial arrangements that is completely beatless. Carried through by tiers of sounds, filters, and noisier elements, this track lulls the listener into an alluring sonic dreamscape.

Acid Camp Records launches now with its debut release, Simic's “Corot-7b." The Seattle- based artist's full-length EP, features four original tracks along with a remix of the record’s single “Corot-7b” by John Tejada. The 300-piece release is a double-sided 12” pressed in Europe, and mastered & cut in Berlin by Stefan at Scape Mastering. The title track sets the mood for a truly special record. Deep at heart, the moody track brings an expansive, spacey vibe. It's a dynamic techno track that centers you. Tejada remixes “Corot-7b” into a groovier, forward-moving track with a bassline that brings forth a bouncy and overarching uplifting mood. Whether it be a sunrise set or poolside feels, this is what your perfect sun-filled day sounds like.
"Sysop 1" opens up side B with a catchy, quick-witted synth line that eventually draws in a light tempered shaker. The first two minutes of the track build you up to release you into an airy and atmospheric vibe. Then the synth line enters for a cosmic cool down that waxes and wanes between building the track up to bring it back down. The last track on the record, "Expressway," is light and dreamy — a diverse ambient track that can be the perfect warm up or cool down. The track makes eloquent use of percussion in the form of chimes, wood blocks, and bells.
This release holds court with Acid Camp’s expanding reputation. Just like the podcasts and parties, this record is uncompromisingly thoughtful and well curated. It lends to us surreal, forward-thinking tracks that are notably memorable & dynamic.

Aphex Twin - Rhubarb Orc. 19.53 Rev
An essential piece of electronic history is restored to its full glory for the 30th anniversary, with all 25 tracks of Selected Ambient Works II reunited in this Expanded Edition alongside two extras. Constantly referenced and revered decades after its release, SAWII has seen accolades such as the Pitchfork perfect 10 and #2 best ambient album of all time.
Written in his early 20s, it follows the glacial synths and deft percussion of Selected Ambient Works 85-92 and preceding the contorted, intricate, abstract visions of electronic music on ...I Care Because You Do. Aphex Twin crafted this mammoth set of mostly beatless vistas, textured compositions that are by turns beautiful, nightmarish, emotive, and thrilling.
From swooning beauty to careening dread, even in just the first two tracks, SAWII is a stunning and faultless piece of work. Each soundscape brings with it the sense of standing in some vast space, with dripping rusted pipes and dilapidated walls, or endless canyons of low bitrate whooshing winds. Tracks like ‘Blue Calx’ emanate a strange kind of peace, with synths that sound like wobbling laminated paper or underwater radar blips while a constant knocking keeps pace. Elsewhere, curious microtonal keys flutter and subtly morph, low frequencies throb and purr, and oscillating hums induce hypnagogia.
The gossamer soft chords of ‘#3’ (AKA ‘Rhubarb’) move slow as clouds, airy wisps that are translated into orchestral grandeur on the exclusive ‘Rhubarb Orc. 19.53 Rev’ with quivering strings, ethereal choir, and reversed molten bass, while ‘th1 [evnslower]’ is a sonorous blur floating from hopeful lifts to anxious dissonance. Finally included on all formats after 30 years, ‘#19’ (AKA ‘Stone In Focus’) seems to smooth over all the wrinkles of life with its blissfully monolithic chords and faint ripples of melody, its ticking like skipping stones marking the passage of time till it slows to a gentle halt.
- Polylined inner sleeves
- Foil blocked wide spine outer sleeve
- Fold out poster
- Sticker insert
- Expanded edition includes all songs on all formats for the first time, including previously vinyl-exclusive track #19 alongside two additional tracks (officially released and on physical formats for the first time)
