Elektronische Sequenz Proleten is the new project of Nicola Kazimir and Walid El Barbir -both are integral members of the Les Points collective based in Zürich. The Heart Of A Man, The Desire Of A Monster EP is their debut release under this moniker and balances somewhere between genre bending Acid-Techno and EBM. E.S.P. has no particular genre specialization in mind - but wants to explore a diverse, wide and mature range of sonic compositions in the next couple of years. Also watch out for E.S.P.'s track "Accumulation City" on LUX Records (Schwarze Schweiz Compilation).

Wire Parasitism EP is inspired by the electronic music which was produced during the end of the 80's and beginning of the 90s by the likes of Richard H. Kirk, Psychic TV, Coil, Dave Campbell or Lagowski (to name a few). Walid El Barbir uses his unique producing & sampling skills to create contemporary and industrial sounding compositions out of found footage like occult documentaries, rave stabs or Emax sound-libraries.

Walid El Barbir is a part of the collective Les Points based in Zürich, Switzerland.
His art/music draws from 90's rave utopias, occultism, progressive & accessible frameworks as showcased at their offspace Mikro -
a physical room which has no doors and opening times during exhibitions and raves - making an institution available to all social layers.

Post-Heretic Dracula X Chronicles LP draws from contemporary and past cultural references evolving around institutional-critique, occultism and dividualism and manifests those via metatags or sonic compositions. Nicola Kazimir is a part of the collective Les Points based in Zürich, Switzerland.
His art/music draws from 90's rave utopias, dividualism, institutional-critique and occultism. These progressive & accessible frameworks are showcased at the collectives offspace Mikro -
a physical room which has no doors and opening times during exhibitions and raves - making an institution available to all social layers.
His record labels "Les Points" and the newly founded "Gentrified Underground" appropriate those ideas and transfer them to the distribution channels of electronic music.
Nicola refuses genre-stigmas and explores a vast number of genres in his DJ-sets and productions - his newest LP "Post-Heretic Dracula X Chronicles" being an example of that diversity.

In his seminal essay "The Work of Art in the Age of Automatic Reproducibility"("Das Kunstwerk im Zeitalter seiner technischen Reproduzierbarkeit", 1935/39), Walter Benjamin put forward the thesis that the work of art loses its aura due to the reproducibility. In the past, artists like Giorgio de Chirico or Andy Warhol have explored this thesis, be it with counterfeit versions of their own works or with multiple reproduction of a work (Andy Warhol's "Thirty Are Better Than One").
Il N'ya Pas De Crocodiles À Codody takes up this discussion by questioning the very concept of an aura. Does a work of art have an aura at all and why should copies not have it? To whom do we owe the aura term? Is it the work of art, the artist or, indeed, the recipient, who by his perception creates a subjective aura? Ultimately there are (no) crocodiles in Codody.

Alexander Shulgin's theory says that man has produced endogenous hallucinogens in prehistoric times. In order to ensure his survival this had to regress. What remains in our generation are receptors, modern man has only receptors. With the EP "Only Receptors" Les Points debut with their eponymous label. Four tracks aligned to stimulate the receptors on the dance floor. Nicola Kazimir's EP "Only Receptors" consists of three originals - one of which enjoys vinyl exclusivity - and a remix. The remix is delivered by Mike Shannon (Cynosure) which excels in its marvellous straight wildness.
