Huxley - Felix
UK producer and DJ Huxley return’s to Rekids with the ‘Pinball Skizzard’ EP, arriving 10th April 2026. It follows last year’s ‘MIND G%MES’ EP, which marked his debut on Radio Slave’s label and won support from artists including Enzo Siragusa, Jennifer Loveless, Carista, and Laurent Garnier. Active for over two decades, the Dumb Safari label boss has left his mark, founding the online R Trybe community with Ramin Rezaie/BAKKIS, while boasting label credits including Aus, 20/20 Vision, and collaborator Steve Bug’s Poker Flat. Huxley opens the ‘Pinball Skizzard’ EP with ‘Pinball’, setting the tone with a hefty House groove, anchored by cavernous bass, and brought to life by old-school vocal touches and bright sax motifs that inject warmth and energy into the mix. ‘Heaven’ follows with a buoyant rhythm, pairing glowing chords and twinkling melodic details with deep, dubby low-end pressure designed to keep bodies locked in motion. ‘Deep Down’ shifts into a slinkier back-room groove, rich in atmosphere and soulful vocal fragments that underline its timeless house feel. Closing track ‘Felix’ rounds things out with a percussive roller built around vocal snippets and subtle tribal accents, delivering a stripped-back but effective finale that fits neatly within the Rekids aesthetic.

Huxley - ANY1
Huxley debuts on Rekids with the ‘MIND G%MES’ EP. UK DJ, producer, and Dumb Safari label head Huxley joins Radio Slave’s Rekids for the first time with the ‘MIND G%MES’ EP, dropping 25th July 2025. The first track, ‘M%ND’, kicks off with woozy and alluring pads swirling round a cuddly but kicking Deep House groove. Soulful vocals and delicate, cosmic melodies rise out of the mix to bring it to a close in style. 'CLUB SH%T' ups the ante with zippy synths injecting some texture to slamming drums that straddle the House and Techno divide, while wispy stabs and warm daubs of sound dance around the cowbells to make this an evaluated late-night tool. 'FEAR N%THING' is a new school cut, with fi ltered loops, sugary chords, and pent-up energy all surging through the dance fl oor. Last but not least is 'ANY1', a sleazy House pumper featuring moody spoken word, a big, rubbery bassline, and slinky, Garage-infl uenced percussion. Active in the underground music scene for two decades, former Rinse resident and sometime Aus, Shall Not Fade and Unknown To The Unknown artist has had one hell of a career. From huge breakthrough tracks like ‘Let it Go’ on Hypercolour and ‘Box Clever’ on 20:20 Vision to his 2014 ‘Blurred’ LP on Aus, he’s seen universal critical acclaim as well as massive support from DJs and dancefloors globally. In recent years, his Dumb Safari label, the online community R Trybe (co-founded by Ramin Rezaie/BAKKIS) and collaborations with Steve Bug are just a handful of his projects, while his ‘MIND G%MES’ EP for Rekids is already feeding the fi re with support from Jen Cardini, Cromby, I.Jordan, Jennifer Loveless and big room dons, Michael Bibi and Solomun.

Huxley follows up last year's '2.0' and the launch of his No Idea's Original imprint with 'Widow', released late Jan via
Will Saul's Aus imprint.
Huxley's '2.0' marked a new phase in Huxley's production output with the Brit eschewing his previous sample driven
work in favour of tougher drums, prominent synths and tweaky arrangements. 'Widow' continues Huxley's explorations
into pastures new with three tracks that fold a myriad of influences into refreshingly new shapes while highlighting

Info:
The second single from Huxley's debut LP 'Blurred' drops on Nov 10th on Aus in the form of 'Give 2 U'
featuring FEMME on vocals and Will Saul and Komon on remix duties. In much the same way as Huxley's impressive rise over the past few years, FEMME has become a serious name to watch recently. As vocalist in Radiohead-collaborator Nigel Godrich's band, Ultraísta, FEMME has won many a plaudit but recently it's her solo single 'High' and her collaborative work with Crewdson as Eckoclick on the brilliant Sonic Router that have been turning heads. For 'Give 2 U', Huxley ditches the 4:4 and delves into his rave past with a powerful breakbeat groove that underpins FEMME's stirring vocals alongside gentle, bending melodies. Returning to house, Huxley counterparts guttural, dark garage bass with the original's blissed out keys and vocals for his 'Club Rub'. Aus Music boss Will Saul teams up with Komon for the second remix of 'Give 2 U' and delivers a slowly unfurling and heady percussive cut that blurs the lines between house and West-Country breakbeat sounds while allowing the vocals to shine. 'Soopafly' closes out the package and sees Huxley exploring the swagger of UK Garage more than ever before.
Huxley ft FEMME ' Give 2 U' is released Nov 10th on Aus Music/!K7.

Info:
The slick, modern vocal house of 'I Want You' is the first single taken from Huxley's debut LP 'Blurred' on Aus/!K7 and it drops, along with remixes from Youandewan and Huxley himself, on October 6th. 'Let it Go', 'Bellywedge' and 'Box Clever' cemented Huxley's singles reputation some time ago and its been furthered this year with the tonally and stylistically varied 'The Machine' EP released just a few months back on Aus. As the hype around the 'Blurred' LP builds, 'I Want You' is the perfect lead in. Although not without some trademark grunt in the bass department it's one of Huxley's deepest cuts to date, with layered melodies, rounded percussion and an incredible vocal combining beautifully. Huxley's powerful 'club rub' shifts the focus to the dance floor a little more but not at the expense of the original's musical or vocal content - with just a nip and tuck here and there he's created a weighty, yet respectful, club version. Fellow Aus artist and notable talent, Youandewan, takes things deeper with his remix - a blissed out exercise in smooth musical transitions and subtle dubbing techniques that form an engagingly delicate deep house cut. To close the release Huxley turns in 'Sphere'. Vintage Huxley, 'Sphere' is characterised by a strident rhythm track and piano licks but the devil is in the detail - re-pitched delay feedback, almost-there filtered vocals and crafty drum fills.

Huxley is fast becoming one of the brightest lights to emerge from an exciting nascent UK music scene, emerging from the underground clubs of London, Bristol, Leeds and Glasgow. Young producers are honing their talents to create new sounds influenced by the their exposure to house, techno, dubstep and garage music. When 2020Vision approached Huxley we specifically requested that he created a four track EP that truly reflected his skills. He responded superbly and produced the 'Out The Box' EP. On the first track 'Box Clever' Huxley gives us pure house music with rich chords, a killer piano line and a deeply felt female spoken word vocal. The flip side 'Atonement' delves into deep house with layers of subtly worked synths wrapped up around confident New York style garage beats. 'Out of my mind' showcases his love of diverse beats and leaves the four to the floor until late in the track enabling a far busier drum and bass workout with dubstep sentiments. The digitally exclusive 'Feel What You Want' sounds like a session from Secretsundaze with it's classic 90s influenced groove and vocal hooks.

Jerome Hill - I Don't
At the very coalface of the UK rave/breakbeat/techno/call it what you like scene since the 1990s, Jerome Hill is something of a hidden treasure amongst the plethora of DJs and producers to have dropped both bangers and bloopers over the ensuing three decades. With minimum of fuss and fanfare, Hill has steered record labels like Super Rhythm Trax, Don’t, Fat Hop and Hornsey Hardcore to revered acclaim, as well as firing out a consistent stream of releases for imprints such as Matthew Herbert’s Accidental Jr, Exalt Records, and I Love Acid, to name but a few. Surprisingly, ‘Flow Mechanics’ is Hill’s debut album after a production career that kicked off in 1998 as one half of Groove Asylum. And its collection of unabashed acid and rave bangers is a perfect fit for the Hypercolour label, whose personnel over the last few years has included Luke Vibert, DMX Krew, Shelley Parker and Gary Gritness. Tracks produced directly for club play; the album features 8 cuts destined to fit in cross-genre sets. With pumping electro cuts such as ‘Deafening Lull’ and ‘Knob Jitter’, four to the floor acid stompers like ‘Walk The Plank’, the mutant garage of ‘Brought Up Badly’ and the house groover ‘Stax Had The Funk’, ‘Flow Mechanics’ is a joyous romp through rave’s sound palette, replete with playful samples and skits (featured on the vinyl LP version), and a mischievous demeanour that affords the listener an lively album that doesn’t take itself too seriously. ‘Flow Mechanics’ by Jerome Hill is available from 3rd March 2023 on Hypercolour.

Deeply ingrained into the fabric of the British electronic music landscape, Luke Vibert shows no sign of slowing down, after an illustrious career spanning three decades (to date!). Vibert returns to Hypercolour after 2020’s hugely successful trilogy series (Amen Andrews/Modern Rave/Rave Hop) with his 18th album (not counting albums released under his other monikers Kerrier District, Plug, Wagon Christ et al). ‘GRIT.’ finds Vibert in playful mode (and, let’s face it, whenever isn’t he!), as twelve tracks of acidic and squelching drum machine tracks come rolling out to play. Bouncy and hypnotising 303 jams of the highest order are served up here, with rhythms pulled from the electro, garage and house pools, all delivered in Vibert’s inimitable style.

Shelley Parker - Deepfield
Very much at the forefront of the UK electronic scene, since 2001, Shelley Parker has innovated and thrilled with live performances, DJ sets, sound installations, and scores for contemporary dance. Parker's recorded output is just a small part of her musical orbit. That said, a debut album 'Spurn Point' in 2014 and various singles, remixes and EPs for Hessle Audio, One Little Indie, Honest Jon's, Houndstooth, Structure Recordings and OOH-sounds have whet the appetite for more. 'Wisteria' lands on Hypercolour, and succinctly encapsulates Parker's layered and dense production aesthetic, as a myriad of concrete rhythms, breakbeat science, inner city ambience and industrial strength bass unfurl over eight uncompromising compositions.

Moiré - Lost In Pacific
Having already made a big splash on labels like Rush Hour, Ghostly, Spectral Sound and Werkdiscs, the London based producer Moire´tees up his third full length player for Hypercolour. ‘Good Times’ goes someway to pulling back a positive energy to recent global events and finds Moire´collaborating with fellow artist Demigosh on a good chunk of the album cuts. Hazy agit house and drowsy beats anchor an album filled with smooth ambience and soulful sampling. Low frequencies and foggy tones make tracks like ‘Magdan’ and ‘Vertigo’ strike a chord between lo-fi electronica and abstract ambient noise, whilst the collaborations with Demigosh add an ethereal soulful touch that’s both stirring and emotive in equal measures. Exotic beat science is deployed on cuts like ‘R1’ and ‘Telefunk’, whilst the jazzy licks and lumpy rhythms of ‘Lost In Pacific’ seal off an extraordinary album that exemplifies the advancing maturity of Moire´’s sound and vision.

DMX Krew - Sounds Good
Self-styled ‘house husband, record producer’, DMX Krew, continues his effortless stretch of releases that date back to the early 90s, with a new album for Hypercolour. His deft melodies and mechanical, electro-tinged beats have made for some classic albums in his repertoire, from his incredible run of albums for Rephlex Records, up to 2020’s ’Ghost Bubbles’ long player for Terrestrial Funk. And so ‘Loose Gears’ marks DMX Krew’s fourth album for British stalwarts, Hypercolour, and fans will not be disappointed. Armed with an arsenal of hardware, and a head full of futuristic visions, ‘Loose Gears’ collects eleven tracks of the customary quality we have come to expect from DMX Krew. From the funk laden ‘Solar Transit’ to bleepy chugger ‘Dejected Ambient Twerp’, the vibrant synths and spongy rhythms of ‘Torpedo Tube’ to the beatless wiggle of ‘Xpansion 2’, there’s much in store to be savoured on ‘Loose Gears’, as DMX Krew serves up another fine selection of electronic goodies.

Zodiac - Brother John
Zodiac, a new collaboration between Brendon Moeller and Monty Luke, present a heady brew of sci-fi dub and deep rhythms on a full-length album, ‘Serengeti By Night’. With meditative roots music at the very heart of ‘Serengeti’, experimental ideas are excavated over ten tracks. Vivid atmospheres are conjured up, as tribal trance, voodoo dub and otherworldly electronics are deployed over rock steady rhythms. With influences that lie in the musical endeavours of African Headcharge to Rhythm & Sound, Public Image Limited to Cybotron, Zodiac keep the flame burning for exploratory dub-leanings, and deliver an album from the space station above that administers sophisticated braindance sounds that will command repeat listens...

sebastian mullaert - Are You This Fleeting Moment?
Who is Boelja? Who is Sebastian Mullaert? Who are they really? Are they the finite body and a collection of thoughts? And who are you? Are you your memories or perhaps your projections of the future? Or are you this present moment? What is silence? Is it solely the absence of sound? Or are all sounds springing out of silence and falls back into the same? And what is sound without context? Is it just nonsense? Or is there something more universal to it? Where did the second vinyl go? Is it sitting in an attic or warehouse somewhere waiting to be discovered? Is it being played as you are reading this? Is all of this just a game? Are YOU being played? Did someone make this music or did the music just happen? Where does the process of creation start? Where does it end? And who is the listener? How does the listener affect the music? Is there really any separation between the creator, listener and the music? Are they all one and the same? What is next? Where is all this going? Is there an end? Or are your actions just another event happening in this never-ending stream of consciousness? And to whom is it happening?

The heavy industrial crunch and rubbery synths of FRAK’s trademark sounds come to Hypercolour with the four track ‘Berga Magic’ EP. The Swedish techno trio have been active since the late 1980s, issuing cassette tapes (and later, vinyl) filled with blueprint techno and electronica on their own Börft Records label. Following in the footsteps of Severed Heads, D.A.F. and Devo, FRAK have truly embraced performance art and experimental minimalism over the years, never compromising, always innovating. The ‘Berga Magic’ EP comes brimming with raw analogue explorations and delightfully incongruous noise.

D1. Lava In You
Short info:
Losoul returns to action with his first long player in almost ten years, and delivers a stunning collection of
compositions for the Hypercolour released “Island Time”.
Otherwise known as Peter Kremeier, the German producer has mesmerized us for many years with his organic
and emotive house music, largely released on the influential Playhouse label, but of late has seen him release
singles for Karat and Tardis Records, as well as his very own Another Picture label.
Fans of Losoul won’t be disappointed, as a diverse yet utterly familiar sound aesthetic pours out over the album’s
seven tracks in his own inimitable style. The jazzy broken beats of “Gold Tooth” shine with their micro-sample
chops, whilst “Mean Time” is a dense and dubby slow stomp, teasing the drums with space echo and injecting
sparse bass work where it matters. Inventive, spongy house grooves are delivered on “Boppin Lower” and
“Square Down Smoother” whilst the album closer, “Lava In You” is a master class in ambient sonics and
shimmering keys over a lo-fi swinging groove.
It’s been over 20 years since Losoul’s signature single “Open Door”, and the German producer continues to pour
out honest and rewarding music.

A1. Artin (Original Mix)
A2. Cahen
B1. Artin (Zenker Brothers Remix)
B2. Brown
Short info:
As proprietors’ of the Will & Ink label, Yaleesa Hall & Malin Genie have been maintaining a busy
and consistent release schedule of top notch techno sounds, largely releasing their own, well received,
productions. The duo appeared on Hypercolour’s “10 Years” compilation in 2016 with the
excellent “Buchan Trap”, and we’ve been blessed to secure a full single release with the on-point
pair.
The mechanical funk of “Artin” swings with plenty of assured groove; the shuffling hats, dense kicks
and dubby stabs that ping pong across this fierce production mark this out as a real killer cut.
Dario & Marco Zenker, AKA the Zenker Brothers, take time out from their busy Ilian Tape
operations to remix “Artin” into a brutal yet funky techno goliath. Congas perpetually roll forward,
with frenetic 909 hats and raw and ready stabs in what may well be one of the Zenker’s finest remixes
to date.
The essence of funk continues in Hall & Malin’s music, with “Cahen”, a great slab of compelling
techno that never slips too far into darkness, instead keeping an ever evolving groove and some
abstract drone like synthesis to keep the mood buoyant.
Wrapping up the release is “Brown”, a track that finishes as urgently as it starts, perhaps with a cap
doffed to the Purpose Maker sounds of a certain Jeff Mills, but broadening the palette to allow
some trippy sound architecture and an effective breakdown mid way through.
Modern day techno supplied by a duo that will most certainly flourish over the coming months,
Yaleesa Hall & Malin deliver the goods aplomb on this Hypercolour single.

Short info:
Having given us a taster of things to come back in September 2016, with the ‘Pressing Matters’ single, The
Cyclist returns to Hypercolour with a brand new, full length album. And as the title suggests, “Sapa Inca
Delirium” leans heavily on South American mysticism, not just musically, but in the visual imagery that the
eleven-track album paints so well across its various tempos and rhythms.
From the tropical burst of mood setting opener, “Go Back” to the steamy and pacey percussive flow of
“Inhale/Exhale” which features regular collaborator Tanaya Harper on vocals, The Cyclist’s fourth long
player is crammed full of intriguing atmospheres and soundscapes.
“Antiexist”, with its down-tempo rolling snare fills and ethereal Gregorian chanting segues effortlessly into “A
Blind Girl Drinks Ayawaska”, a suitably discordant and hallucinogenic skit that ensures the album flows into the
more rhythmic cuts like “Skateboarding In The Jungle” and “Mirrors” (the second album cut to feature Harper
on vocals).
Even the traditional jazzier vibes of “When We All Break Down” featuring Joni are kept rugged and boisterous,
with heavyweight bending bass, choppy breakbeats and FX’d ambience amongst the smooth jazzy chords and
sweet vocal delivery.
“Sapa Inca Delirium” is one of those albums that will reward on repeat listen, such is the diversity of style on
show here, and the detailed and wide eyed curiosity offered up across the long player’s fifty three minutes.
