German producer Tigerskin needs no introduction in discerning deep house circles so we won't wax lyrical here other than to say our exchange with him prior to this EP being commissioned was based around our love affair with earlier edits/tracks he'd done 'Chuckle' and 'Feel For You' that get a rinsing on the Future Classic dancefloors. This EP picks up where those moments left off. 'Windfall' and 'Lied' are killer non-linear batty disco infused house jams that set dancefloors alight while 'Try The Impossible' and 'In Public' are deeper jams for the more 'serious' moments of club emotion if you can put it that way. A rare Future Classic club twelve inch for our deejay friends.

Since the early years of our Label Tigerskin has been one of our most prominent artists. An integral part of Dirt Crew, he has over 15 releases on the label, either as solo artist or in collaboration with Till von Sein. He has put out some of his best tracks on the label, as well as his debut album "All Those Goodbyes" two years ago. With his new EP "Alex Krüger" shows his many talents in dance music and proves he is not a man of musical boundaries, it ranges from Deep and Tech House through to Techno, with influences from all over. On the vinyl, 'Faint feat. Grambow' is a bright and soulful dance floor gem, the melodic Detroit style house track is ripe with tuned percussion, electrifying drum motifs and a live key jam from feature artist Grambow. The A2, 'Stay', is a subtle, classy, vocal deep house cut perfect for the early morning. The flip holds 'Descent', which resides in more spacious territory, steady and deep with acid and techno undertones, and our very special vinyl only bonus track, Tigerskin's biggest hit, 'This Place Is Empty Without You'. Tigerskin aka Alex Kruger is certainly one of the most prolific artists releasing electronic music these days. His Tigerskin alias has released music on a plethora of respected platforms, far and wide across the spectrum of electronic music labels. Now we happily welcome him to Audiomatique, Steve Bug's imprint designed to support the techier, more intense end of his eclectic love of house and techno.
Lead cut 'Everybody Likes Ollie' whirls and skips across a liquid platinum backdrop of silky smooth grace and ecstatic wonder. Part tough pumping house, part disco, part future techno, its an anthemic track that throws the listener right in the middle of an epic, mind-blowing main event! Uplifting spaced-out synths sing and climb, augmented by funky percussion patterns and classic strings stabs. Pure quality, as if we expected anything less from this producer!
On the B-Side the longer and more tripped 'Supersonic' comes on strong like a techno classic. Bubbling and freaking in the background with off-kilter FX, and building slowly as a number of momentous synth elements mark its incline, its a building monster of the highest order.

To celebrate the new signing, Kenton Slash Demon have released 'Harpe' - the first half of a forthcoming AA-side 12" Harpe/Syko.
Future Classic founder Nathan McLay says of the signing:
We are psyched to be working with KSD. They are an illusive act whose infrequent originals and even rarer remixes became early morning staples at our club nights in Sydney over the years. We never expected it but when we were recently sent demos of some new original music to consider it was an easy and natural thing for us. KSD make forward thinking four to the floor club music with strong emotional gravitas that's at once bleak and euphoric. They are also not afraid to experiment - be it old school rave or reinterpreting breakbeats - which is also appealing to us in a genre that can sometimes feel stale. We are chuffed to sign future classic's first Danish artists!
Silas Moldenhawer and Jonas Kenton, both children of the early 80´s, grew up alongside each other in the tiny big city of Copenhagen. In their teenage years they discovered electronic music and this led them to start spinning records and producing tracks together. Years later they met two other talented musicians and formed Danish indie-electro outfit, When Saints Go Machine, but still kept building Kenton Slash Demon as a separate project.
Whilst working on their When Saints Go Machine debut, Kenton Slash Demon released their critically acclaimed 'Khattabi' EP on Tartelet Records. A steady succession of high quality EPs followed on the Danish label: 'Sun' EP (2010), 'Matter' EP (2010)'Daemon' EP (2011) and then the 'Ore' single (2012), garnering the duo widespread recognition and praise from critics and peers alike. Fans over the years include DJ Koze, Dixon, Claude Von Stroke, Brodinski, Luciano to Hot Chip, John Talabot, Gold Panda and Michael Mayer. Kenton Slash Demon's sound is both organic and futuristic, and their obvious skills take their productions further than the typical frame and dramaturgy of a club track. Ever elusive duo Flight Facilities dropped a bombshell on unsuspecting, devoted fans, announcing the wholly unanticipated - and yet incredibly welcomed - debut album, "Down to Earth". The production pair, best known for their string of popular club singles have done the unexpected, announcing a cracking new set of tunes to compliment their already impressive back catalogue, along with a headline world tour that will see the guys conquer their biggest headline shows to date, via the likes of The Enmore (Syd), The Forum (Melb), Webster Hall (NYC) and The Regent in LA. Some of the guests waiting in the departure lounge include the divine Ms Emma Louise, New York's most soulful comedian, Reggie Watts, a star turn from Melbourne's Owl Eyes, a foray into hip-hop with hotly tipped rapper Bishop Nehru, along with existing favourites like Micky Green and Giselle. These are just some of the highlights that will be coming out of the "Down To Earth" carousel in the near future. Since their arrival in 2009, Flight Facilities have proven themselves to be one of electronic music's most consistently popular songwriting duos. Their first hit, Crave You, has become the unofficial soundtrack to summer parties from Sydney to Stockholm, and they've since deployed six successful singles, including the self-released slow-burner Clair De Lune, which went Gold in Australia. They've racked up serious air miles, touring the globe and playing headline shows and festivals in every major destination, from Coachella to Falls Festival and their recent 'Stand Still' tour saw them selling out huge rooms for over three months.

His debut EP Voyages was released independently on the Thrupence Bandcamp in March 2012 where it received over 1000 downloads within 24 hours. He has played Outsidein Festival the same year alongside Flume, Shigeto, Smoke DZA to name a few, supported Chet Faker at Revolt in Melbourne, sold out his Voyages EP launch at Workers Club in Melbourne and played alongside Oliver Tank, Mitzi, Lost Animal at Melbourne Music Week.
