Genre: Deep House Track list: A1 That Rhythm A2 Maceo B Clive by Night Release Info: Clive From Accounts is finally back on Dirt Crew Recordings! After some excellent contributions and remixes for the highly acclaimed New York based “Razor-N-Tape” imprint, he graced us again with three new gems that show the great diversity in his productions. Since his first “Cooking the Books EP” in 2021 and the follow up “Pearls EP” in 2022 he has continued to build a strong following of fans, so we know for sure a lot of you have been waiting on new tracks by him. The uplifting opener “That Rhythm” is a smooth deep house roller with chopped up dusty samples, inspired by the US and French masters but with a heavy UK sub bass added. Following up is the wonderfully crafted “Maceo”, a groovy instrumental jazz funk workout built around the genius of The JBs legends Fred Wesley and Maceo Parker. Closing out this new EP is the acid laden and also title track “Clive by Night”, deep and lush house music that we love him for since his first release on our label, here he’s finding joy in deep evolving repetition, it’s an ode to the 303 and Xpander. Best played at night. Get in these 3 new hitters from Clive now, we are looking forward to hear these played out in dark clubs and wide open fields this late summer and golden fall. Enjoy! All tracks mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Photography & Art by Break 3000.

Ben La Desh - Expanding Signal
Genre: Deep House Track list: A1 Heel Goed A2 Lift Adrift B1 Fine Rise B2 Asanti B3 Expanding Signal Release Info: Our 20th celebration year continues with a very special comeback! It’s exactly ten years now since the last Ben La Desh release on our label, his sublime “Stellar Talk EP” hit big waves and together with the “Midnight Rendez-Vous EP” from 2012 he cemented himself in the lo-fi deep space house scene as an artist to look out for, no one produced deep house like he did back then. After a longer break from releasing music he is back and we think stronger as ever, with analogue gear and well curated sampling and live field recording we present you his “Fine Rise EP”. The opener “Heel Goed” is an amazing track with that distinctive 909 beat and DX bass driven “La Desh” flavour and a truly wonderful vocal sample from a 90s TV commercial, hilariously funny and brilliant at the same time! We can’t wait to see the faces of people, especially on the Dutch dancefloors, when they try to figure out and discover what the ladies are talking about! Second A side track is the super funky “Lift Adrift” that flanges itself to outer space, etherical with chopped break beats and various percussive and rhythmic Pearl Syncussion layers running through effect pedals, Lift Adrift! On the other side we start out with the deep title track “Fine Rise”. Here Ben treats us again to his trademark spaced out effects driven sound and on top a killer bass line and synth lead melody, reminiscent of the golden age of (good) trance music. Followed by the break beat gem that is “Asanti”, cautiously cut up breaks and layered machine drums with bubbly Syncussion sounds, rain drops falling down on different surfaces recorded in a garden in the French Drôme and processed African Kalimba. Did we already say Etherical? It is! Closing out this great new record is the ambient piece “Expanding Signal”, an analogue tune that consists of field recordings and deep dubby chords, a building Juno pulse, swooshes and again a profound DX bassline, think of “Sun Electric” or “The Orb”. Enjoy this one and play it loud on the dance floors or silently in your bedroom, it works everywhere as far as we are concerned! All tracks mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Photography & Art by Break 3000.

Loz Goddard - Your Face Melts
Genre: Deep House / Electronica Track list: A1 How’s This for a Vague Song Title A2 Lullaby 2.0 A3 Upside Down Melted Chair B1 Why Does That Chord Play When I Bounce B2 Sakura B3 Your Face Melts Release Info: In our 20th celebration year we welcome back Loz Goddard! It’s been quite a while since we last saw him on our label. With his standout debut collab release with Harry Wolfman in 2016 he has developed a unique mix of electronica, deep soundscapes and lush organic Deep House on labels such as “Oath”, “Razor N Tape”, “Church”, “Outplay” and “Apparel Music”. Now he finally returns with a mini album that features beautiful crafted ambient and electronica cuts paired with three upbeat tracks that will for sure shake the dance floors in and outdoors this summer! Enjoy! In his own words, here are some insights on the influences and production process of these six pieces: The release is named after a night in the White Hotel in Salford watching Skee Mask. At the time I had a bunch of unfinished ambient ideas as a result of making “Balloon Tree Road” (out on Oath). There were a lot of ideas I still loved that didn’t get finished for that release, so I set about finishing them late 2022 & early 2023 with the view to releasing an EP or ‘mini album’ that was again angled a bit more towards home-listening. The more upbeat tracks are newer jams that I created in 2023. I wanted to include a few club-ready tracks on the record as well, so the release appeals to DJ’s as well as home listeners. I approached the production much like my past two records on Oath, with lots of live drum elements, some sampling and a mixing approach which keeps everything sound warm and organic. It’s rough round the edges - as has been the case with my productions of late - and offers a nice contrast to my DJ sets and radio shows at the moment, in which I am playing mostly Deep/Progressive House, Breaks & Techno. There’s some influence on the title track from the Deep & Lo-Fi House sound of artists like Baltra & Mall Grab, and I have taken influence from all the breaks I’ve been playing in DJ sets for ‘How’s This for a Vague Song Title’. All tracks mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Photography & Art by Break 3000.

Pete Bandit - Luv Your Body
Track list: A1 Wild Feelings Ft. Nelson of the East A2 It’s Happening Again B1 Computer’s Creativity B2 Luv Your Body Release Info: We have a very special new artist for you from Berlin. Dutch native Pete Bandit relocated to Berlin some years ago where we first met in 2018 when he was part of the “Times Are Ruff” collective. They contributed a track on Dirt Crew for our “Deep Love 2018” compilation. Now recently going solo he developed his sound even more towards Detroit-ish house with dabs of techno and a bit of high tech jazz in there as well. This debut EP offers Loads of deep soulful grooves, spiritual “computer” music at it’s best! The A-side “Wild Feelings” is such a beautiful opener to this record, with it’s lush spread out intro it paves the way with that perfect mood for what is to come, a mix of soul, funk and electronics and overall well crafted deepness. The keys on this one were contributed by the mysterious “Nelson of the East” topped with vocals by Pete himself. “It’s Happening Again” continues the story with soulful deep house textures and this one especially reminds us a lot of those early 90s Chicago/ New York House gems, the track is building towards a great breakdown key change and with its atmospheric strings and pads it’s a truly uplifting “Good Times” tune. On the flip we have “Computer’s Creativity”. This track picks up the pace and is centered around a funky, almost slap like, bass line. Here again topped by a vocal add of Pete about “Computer’s Creativity” and with it’s cool break this one will also be a sure floor filler, guaranteed! The closing track on this record is the driving “Luv Your Body”, great percussion guides us through a loose set arrangement and make this one a perfect late hours or early mornings tune in any mix, it could go on forever! All tracks have been mixed by Ariel Schlichter in Berlin and mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Photography & Art by Break 3000.

Track list: A1 Love Attack A2 Make Me Feel Ft. Tee Amara B1 Next to You B2 Love Attack (Lorenz Rhode Remix) Release Info: Back from a hot summer we are presenting you this great new release by Steve Mill who truly captures the sun and warmth in these new jams for us. The Greek born artist who lives between Berlin and Thessaloniki just released his “The Mistake EP” on Tensnake’s own True Romance label where we could already hear his soulful and groovey disco infused sound. The opener “Love Attack” is a real “good times” tune with catchy vocal snips and a bad ass funky arpeggio bass line topped with spaced out strings and pads, this one reminds us a lot of Krystal Klear material and our own Lorenz Rhode. Saying that, we of course could not think of anyone better than him to take on this tune and drawing the inspiration to create his own super funked up version! As always all parts are played and recorded live in his Cologne studio with the same hot summer vibes on this one as well! You can find the vox version on vinyl and an instrumental as bonus digital track to get your party really started. On repeat! “Make Me Feel” featuring the Berlin based vocalist Tee Amara has disco flavors all over it and is just an irresistible house tune, majestic and soulful. Followed by the slow and developing “Next to You” that’s steadily building towards a crescendo “heaven” gem, much in the tradition of disco edits from back in the 80’s. It reminded us a lot of our old Ben La Desh records we put out some good 10 years ago. Maybe this one is our personal fave, for sure a tune you could drop on any floor: disco, electro or house. Get in the groove with Steve and Lorenz and let us surprise you with a truly funky, groovey and above all positive vibes only release to reminiscent the summer time. Enjoy! All tracks have been mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Photography & Art by Break 3000.

Clive From Accounts - Gravitate (Vinyl Bonus)
Track list: A1 Pearls feat. Jessica Roch A2 4 Time B1 Rough and Tough B2 Gravitate (Vinyl Bonus) Release Info: Our man in London is back on the label! Exactly 1 year after his first release on Dirt Crew and two very successful records on his own new imprint “Income Trax” and the New York based “Razor-N-Tape” label. Clive has been consistently growing his following this past year and refining his sound and production. So now we are truly excited to welcome him back, especially as this release will also be on a limited 12” vinyl. The opener “Pearls” features the amazingly talented London based musician/ composer Jessica Roch on violin and vocals. It’s an uplifting electronica meets deep house track that shines with positivity and beautiful melodies based on an analogue synth foundation by Clive himself. Truly a new addition to Clive’s musical language. The A2 track “4 Time” is a swinging groover featuring a lush deep beat topped with piano and strings stabs and consisting of great funk all over. Followed be the super fun “Rough and Tough” as first track on then B side. Clive really gives us his new summer anthem here as far as we are concerned. Dance floor happiness guaranteed and we can’t wait to hear this one in an open field and on a big sound system! As a treat for all fans, we decided to give “Gravitate” the well-deserved vinyl spot as the closing track to this great new record. This jam got massive support over the last months and is Clive’s best performing track on the digital platforms. Here we remastered it especially for vinyl and it sounds doper than ever! Enjoy! All tracks have been mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Art & Photography by Break 3000.

Idan Hana - Lo Fi Hi (Ron Trent Remix)
Track list: A1 Moon Desert A2 Galaxy One Two Three A3 Far from the Sun B Lo Fi Hi (Ron Trent Remix) Release Info: After his strong debut on our label last year Idan Hana is back with a very special follow up! This spring, close after his release on Berlin’s “Aterral” label , he celebrates a deeper and more open, eclectic side of his sound. This EP consists of a wonderful journey into jazzy, electronic spheres. The opener Moon Desert is a floating piano house track with ever evolving rhythms and melodies, showcasing the vast creativity happening in Idan’s LA studio during many late night shifts. Placed as a short break is the cinematic and joyful “Galaxy One Two Three” interlude, sustaining the mood and setting the tone for the last track on the A side called “Far from the Sun”. This break beat joint is reminiscent of classic trip hop combined with atmospheric deep house grooves, organs and synthesizer flutes, topped with a distinct vocal sample. On the flip there is a very special extended remix of one of Idan’s debut EP tracks “Lo Fi Hi” by none other than Chicago’s finest Ron Trent. He reworked the original in his unique style and arrangement and elevates it to new heights by adding beautiful strings, guitar and keys. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better remix for this track and are so honoured to have him featured on our label and this new Idan Hana EP. All tracks have been mastered by Salz Mastering in Cologne. Art & Photography by Break 3000.

Track list: A1 A21z A2 Walk With Me A3 Courage ft. Mona Vale B1 Sly Contrast B2 Fhloston Paradise B3 Workit Shep Release Info: Harry Wolfman has been a staple member of the Dirt Crew family since his debut collaboration with Loz Goddard in 2016. We’ve since seen considerable growth with EPs on Phonica’s “Karakul”, “Omena” and “Outplay” all lending a hand to the development of his signature sound into its now established lo-fi style, delving into a range of genres... ethereal ambience, electro and left-field rhythms, and of course deep, often break beat laden house grooves. This new EP is no exception, Harry drops some irresistible dance tunes with “Walk With Me” and the banging title track “Sly Contrast” but also explores the boundaries of his palette with the vocal interludes “A21z” and the majestic “Courage” featuring the voice of “Mona Vale”, dipping a toe into the floaty world of lo-fi pop. We also find ambient and Jazz elements cleverly combined in “Fhloston Paradise”. And the closing drum break joint “Wokit Shep” loops live drums, strings, piano and brass elements, twirling towards a majestic finale reminiscing dusty jazzy Trip Hop and instrumental Hip Hop pieces. This record offers hope for better times... we are really glad to have Harry back with these strong tunes and can’t wait to hear these out again on a juicy sound system. Enjoy!

Track list: A1 Sandpaper ft. Jamie Lidell A2 On the Nightshift B1 Sandpaper ft. Jamie Lidell (Sound Support Remix) B2 Sandpaper ft. Jamie Lidell (Instrumental Mix) Release Info: We are very pleased to finally present you a new Lorenz Rhode release, for the „Sandpaper EP“ Lorenz Rhode and Jamie Lidell get together again. Their first collab „Any Kind of Pressure“ was followed by Lorenz joining Jamie’s world tour and a remix of „Big Love“ for Warp Records. Jamie performs with an amazing energy, and his soulful voice is carried by a warm and playful house backing: Minimoog bass, Rhodes piano and just some sparkles of a very old Roland synth that Lorenz had just bought, and which is now broken. The second new jam „On the Nightshift“ is a fun stabby tune based on a spiraling chord progression. It loops every three-and-a-half bars, just to make life harder for DJs. A real nice warm groover. The remix for „Sandpaper“ is a true family affair! Sound Support is the all new project by Lars Dales better known as 1/2 of Detroit Swindle and Lorenz himself. They’ve just released their debut EP on Prins Thomas’ “Internasjonal” label in October this year, here they take Jamie’s vocal into a more dramatic and electronic territory touching electro grounds. To close things out we also added an instrumental on the vinyl and radio mix on the digital version of this new EP. Enjoy as much as we did putting this together for you!

SMBD - B3 Nan Madol
Track list: A1 Piano Lick A2 - 8 - B1 Glory B2 Purple Winds B3 Nan Madol Release Info: Our second release this year yet again explores the deep side genres of electronic music and deep house. The man SMBD aka Simbad has been on our wish list for quite a while now and we are super delighted that It finally worked out to welcome him for a full release on our label after his contribution to the first Dampé Ep we did last year. After a string of releases on labels like Apron, Freerange and BBE there is not much introduction needed for this house veteran. These five tracks range from soulful house to darker break beat material and ambient soundscapes. Especially the great title track “Purple Winds” is a beautiful emotional piece of music. The closing track “Man Madol” for us is very reminiscent to early Detroit electronic music. “Piano Lick” and “Glory” are packed with soul, funk, disco and basically just good times on the dancefloor while the moody and acid break beat excursion “ – 8 – “ is winding deeper and deeper and deeper … Not much more needed to be said here, we will let the music speak and let you enjoy these excellent tunes!

Track list: A1 A Way You Come Home to Me Ft. Christian Crow A2 Step by Step B1 Speaking Raman B2 Always 3 B3 Green Trees Release Info: After his last release on Dirt Crew in 2017 we are more than delighted to bring back the talented Harry Wolfman. With impressive records on labels like Phonica, Omena, Outplay and Toy Tonics in the last years he has drawn up a fine new selection of music that spans across many genres and moods. This is also the first release for us in the new year after a lil break and it continues to explore the more eclectic approach we are following for a while now since the outings of artists like Dampé, S3A and Dan Only. Harry presents an exciting opener for his new EP, together with vocalist Christian Crow he has made the blissful and breaks laden “poppy” good feel tune “A Way You Come Home to Me” that shines a bright light in these darker months. Followed by the deeper club tune “Step by Step”, building around yet another vocal recording. This time it’s Harry sampling his own voice and looping it into a repetitive piece of good feel House music. We are getting deeper on the B side with “Speaking Raman”, one of these signature Harry tunes, a playful dusty lo-fi piece of music build around a piano theme and embedded in deep bass and driving beats, his sound trademark on all of these more floor orientated tracks on the EP. To close out the record we added two of his cinematic, ambient electronica works that we personally love so much. The haunting “Always 3” is a deep sphere that sucks you in a meditational and soothing womb of sounds. Ending with the electroid cut “Green Trees”, it’s broken and fragile and gives this indie-tronica track a warm and gentle touch. We hope you enjoy these tunes and that they may be your soundtrack to the upcoming warmer months.

Dampé - 727 and Arp Breaks (ASOK Remix)
Vinyl 12” (Limited Full Sleeve) Tracklist: A1 A Basement, Ten Years Ago Ft. C_YS A2 727 and Arp Breaks A3 Sunday Night Machines B1 Garden B2 France B3 727 and Arp Breaks (ASOK Remix) Release Info: It’s been a busy eight months since Dampé’s debut on Dirt Crew Recordings. That time has seen the producer hold down monthly slots on Rinse FM, contribute a downtempo electronica/jazz edit to the S3A ‘Pages Remixes” EP as well as open big rooms for the likes of Surgeon and Blawan. The intervening months have also seen the producer set up camp in the Rhythm Section studio in South East London, and the result of new access to studio gear can be heard all across ‘Garden’. Compared to the debut ‘Peach Shuffle’ this is a far more machine-led and darker listening experience. Snatches of acoustic instruments and space remain, but it’s never long before the disembodied vocals and oversaturated classic drum kits return reminding you this is music best enjoyed in the club. ‘A Basement, 10 Years Ago’ started just there. A bass line dimly recalled from a long-lost 6am jam is sequenced on a weighty analogue keyboard, while syrupy R&B vocals dance around mbira and gangsa, all slowly building and building together. ‘727 and Arp Breaks’ is a love letter to two of the producer’s favourite instruments from the studio. A TR-727 and an Arp Odyssey collide across dubbed out stabs to form some very rolling breaks. Sunday Night Machines’ sees Dampé tame the box-of-physics that is the Arp Odyssey again with a sprawling meditation on two repeating arpeggios. ‘Garden’ is the one for the dancers. Four variations play with the same melodic theme in distinct sections, with the second variation being the deepest and most floor-ready the whole record gets. ‘France’ is a warped dub-come-hip hop beat that manages to conjure both Lil Jon and Yusef Lateef. We approached Liverpool’s finest ASOK (Lobster Theremin, M>O>S Delsin) for remix duties and to close out the record with a twisted bang. He turned in a propelling weapon that brings a whole new texture to the track listing. It’s very 90’s, very ravey and very raw, in a true IDM style. With this eclectic mix of sounds we are entering another chapter of the Dirt Crew story and we hope you dig it as much as we do!

S3A – Pages Remixes - Fever (Felix Leifur Flexi Leifs Remix)
After S3A's "Pages" double album earlier this year we asked some of our friends to re-interpret and re-construct their favorite original track off the album and deliver these fine remixes. We aimed to have a nice variety in styles on this record and hope you enjoy these tunes as much as we do! Track list: A1 Clarence J. Boddicker (Lorenz Rhode Remix) A2 Friends (Art Of Tones Southern Soul Remix) A3 Fever (Dampé French Retouch) B1 Friends (Nachtbraker Remix) B2 Fever (Felix Leifur Flexi Leifs Remix) Release Info: After S3A's "Pages" double album earlier this year we asked some of our friends to re-interpret and re-construct their favorite original track off the album and deliver these fine remixes. We aimed to have a nice variety in styles on this record and hope you enjoy these tunes as much as we do! Starting off with the live disco funk of "Lorenz Rhode" who sets the tone for a class dance floor EP and followed by the soulful deep house vibes of French master "Art Of Tones" aka "Llorca" who delivered 3 different mixes to this release. The main mix is on the vinyl and there are two bonus mixes added to the digital release, a "Beats" and a "Dub" version. Ending this brilliant first side is London's newcomer "Dampé" with that deep and jazzy electronica approach we got to love him for on his first debut Dirt Crew Recordings release. On the flip we pick up the pace and present you the faster dancefloor tracks of Amsterdam's "Nachtbraker" with his freaky hallucinating sounds placed atop of one of these irresistible bass lines only he can come up with and leading towards an "end with a bang" in best Detroit ghetto house style by our own Icelandic fire "Felix Leifur". Each artist perfectly transported his own unique styles into these tracks and we hope this release with its broad approach will serve any dance floor to its best!

The Revenge - Prizefighter
Vinyl 12” (Limited Full Sleeve) Track list: A1 Like an Ending A2 Work Out Right B1 We Have So Much We Can Gain B2 Prizefighter Release Info: For our fourth installment of the “Roar Groove meets Dirt Crew” series we present you this new set of shimmering and dubbed out Revenge cuts. After the last episode Graeme has been very busy working his “live” studio setup to come up with a whole range of new jams of which we have selected the below four tracks. We think these best represent his unique style and once you hear these in a club you instantly know “That’s a Revenge Tune”, something we have always loved about his sound. The opening “Like an Ending” is a trippy, melancholic-euphoric track driven by a Moog Voyager bass line and classic House keys and vibe. The original recording was an 11 minute live take that he has been able to capture the essence off and narrow it down to this thumping club jam. The A2 is all about those good times and it reminds us a lot of early 90s “French Touch”, filtering House at it’s best, it keeps running around in your head and with it’s slower pace we are sure this one will do especially well on the early morning dance floors and high summer sun drenched beaches. On the other side we enter darker and more dubbed out territories. Here is the first track in Graeme’s words “This one had been knocking around for a couple of years in various forms, but it wasn’t really until I stripped it all back and let the arpeggiated synth do it’s thing that it really seemed to gel. It’s really the rhythm of the whole thing, I ended up scrapping extra hi-hats and stuff that was just getting in the way.” And we have to mention that we personally love that marimba! This track is like a spaceship floating the skies and eventually touching down. To close out this new work we have one of these typical stab-y Revenge chuggers, loose and floating, synth lines underlaid by a distinctive beat, it has kind of a breakbeat feel to it and with the improvising on those synths and melodies on top of it all it’s a true Dub House track. Summer is here and this record sets the pace and tone! Enjoy!

Vinyl 12” (Limited Full Sleeve) Track list: A1 Someday Ft. AHKI A2 All That’s Left (Piano Dub Mix) B1 Emulsion B2 What I Want B3 Breathe Release Info: We are super pleased to welcome back Dan Only with a brand new EP on Dirt Crew. Since last year’s debut record “The Wurly Chronicles” Dan has been super busy in the studio working on his sound, experimenting with many genres outside of House. This EP is the product of many late hours in the studio that translate into his unique touch on a wider spectrum of electronic music. On The A-side you will find that deep and warm House sound we got to know Dan for when we first crossed paths. “Someday” is an exploration into the feeling of hopefulness and uncertainty that comes with looking towards a future state that is unknown. It’s steered by AHKI's bouncing bassline and the chord progression that it inspired. “All That’s Left (Piano Dub Mix)” has a driving groove with a slow reveal. This one carefully unmasks itself and shows its true colors towards the tail-end, leaving you with “All That’s Left”. The B-side of this 12” is all about breaks, electro, and jungle inspired tunes. The opener “Emulsion” is a balance between light and dark, soft and hard, speeding up and slowing down. The rhythm section drives this one forward, but the melodic elements are slowly pulling back at it, leaving you somewhere in the middle. It's a musical attempt of trying to mix oil into water and having one float on top of the other. "An emulsion is a mixture of two or more liquids that are normally immiscible." “What I Want” comes armed with an S950 and an MS20 – this one is a deep dive into the methods of making break-tinged music of the 90s. Brooding bass-lines and atmospheric melodies take you through the dark Canadian winter months when this was created. Closing with “Breathe”, expect waves of euphoria and gated mantras that'll pull you in and out until a state of bliss washes over you. Let the 909 and bubbling 101 carry you to shore. This one pairs well with deep breathing. Enjoy this new excursion into the sonic worlds of Dan Only.

Boddicker C2 Friends C3 Joint No. 5 D1 Leaving 19th D2 Obsession D3 Eaux Troubles D4 Outro (Bastien) Release Info: After S3A's "Deep Love" contribution last year we are stoked to present you this great collection of music! Coming from the French underground S3A aka Max Fader is absolutely no stranger to the scene. With releases on Local Talk, Quartet Series and his own "Sampling As An Art records" he is deeply rooted in House, Hip Hop, Disco, Soul and Funk serving residencies at Paris clubs "Concrete" and "REX" he has become a local favourite as well with his DJ and Live sets. We are more than excited to release this special debut album that showcases some older and recent work, with live acoustic songs from early 2017 recorded at the Paris "Red Bull Music" studios to new sample based House and Disco infused tracks in the signature "S3A" style we got to love so much in recent years. "Fever", "Friends, "Joint No. 5" and "Greed" are all funk fuelled jams composed by Max, re-played and recorded again in several live jams with fellow musicians Nicolas Taite, Raphael Vallade and Pierre Vadon and edited in the studio by S3A afterwards, they breath this special Soul and Funk love Max got into by listening to "Masters at Work" and old Disco jams. The latter "Greed" has a special story, it is a cover of an early "Laurent Garnier" track that got reworked by "Avril" in the early 00's, here Max wanted to present his own Jazz and Funk perspective on that same track. The club stompers "First Day With Lucien", "Lockwood", "Clarence J. Boddicker" and "Leaving 19th" are the true party business on this album and range from Deep House to more classic edit style Disco tracks with live improvisations played on top of them. This is what made us love the S3A sound from the start and it has that unique cut up sample work Max is best at. "Interlude for Marc", "Obsession" and "Eaux Troubles" introduce a third vision of S3A's musical universe. Cinematic, emotional and with an much more old school "Trip Hop" approach to them, in some parts even referring to 80s "Italo / Cosmic" and early French funk. These are some of our personal favourites on the album, especially "Eaux Troubles" is a 6 minutes dramatic string filled trip that is just the perfect ending to a beautiful album journey. As a vinyl only bonus Max also added a very personal Intro and outro that consists of field recordings from his trips abroad and kids Eva and Bastien accompanied by Rhodes and strings recorded during the above mentioned live sessions. We hope you enjoy this album and it will become the soundtrack to your summer on travels, the beach, at home and of course at the clubs and House parties around the World!

Vinyl 12” (Limited Full Sleeve) Track list: A1 Peach Shuffle A2 St James' Road A3 Move Me Ft. Laura Steel B1 Peach Shuffle (Nebraska Remix) B2 Carn Ft. SMBD B3 Zongo Junction, At Night Release Info: We are very excited to present you this new signing and debut EP by Dampé. A studio and live project from South East London. Since moving to the city, Dampé has been intimately involved in its club culture – from running warehouse spaces and booking venues to DJing and performing in groups across the city and Europe, under a slew of different aliases. The music is made on a boat on the Thames and is a combination of dusty analogue gear, live instrumentation, and samples. For Dampé, influential parties were “Co-Op, FWD>>” and “You're A Melody” and echoes of those dances can almost be felt in the sound. Across five original tracks, the EP explores weirder and worldlier ends of house music, all with a nod to undeniably UK sounds. “Peach Shuffle” is a made-for-the-floor, broken beat work-out that has this great warped and chopped Persian vocal sample giving the track a unique and world-wide touch, followed by “St James’ Road”, a crunchy live Rhodes jam and ode to a favourite street south of the river. “Move Me” is all garage-infused vocal loops and singing bowls and acts as an experiment-come-DJ tool. “Carn” is a super-swung hip hop beat featuring “SMBD” aka “Simbad” providing additional keys. Closing out with “Zongo Junction, At Night”, a late night roller with material pieced together from saturated CR 78 samples and field recordings made when Dampé was recording sound for a film about witchcraft and the internet across rural Ghana. To round up this exciting EP we ask a fellow SE London enthusiast “Nebraska” to make a remix of the title track “Peach Shuffle”. Cutting up the vocal of the original, adding some mean bass and pouring a smooth “dance floor” sauce over it. The delicious end result is something we are very proud off and we hope you will enjoy as much as we do!

Track list: A1. Stingray Nebula A2. Undine B1. Thales B2. Inside B3. Train Ride to Bratsk Release Info: The OUER guys just live down the road from us in Berlin and we have been crossing paths many times these past years so it is with great joy we can finally present a full EP with their unique approach to electronic music on Dirt Crew Recordings. Since their debut on “HEIST” in 2016 Xaver and Oliver have consistently pushed their sound and production, on their own OUER imprint they released four EP’s up till now and the latest called “E” is just a few weeks old as we speak. The A side opens with the title track “Stingray Nebula”, a bliss composition of layered arpeggios underlined by a deep sub bass, building steadily towards etheric strings setting in and descending again with a break beat ending that builds perfect grounds for the following dance floor stomper “Undine”. That second A side track is a great mix of Deep House and Electronica and is what makes OUER’s music so special, almost entering trance territories here but keeping those Chicago and Detroit references alive. When we head over to the B side we encounter some new tracks that really made us want to release this EP in the first place. The beautiful “Thales” contains live bass and percussive instrumentation and is a crossover indie-tronica gem. Following that is the deep “Inside” where an “emo” piano themed House jam meets clever vocal sampling and filtered synth stabs to produce a great going groove. Closing out we have some real ambience electronica for you in “Train Ride to Bratsk”, again played mostly live and using acoustic instruments recorded in their Berlin studio the OUER guys are crossing borders again and turned out this piece of goodness. Enter the world of OUER, we hope you like it as much as we do!

Lorenz Rhode - And I Said (Tensnake Remix)
Track list: A1. Belair A2. Jubilee B1. On Top (Strip Steve Remix) B2. And I Said (Tensnake Remix) Release Info: Exactly one year after Lorenz’s debut EP on Dirt Crew he is back with a super funky follow up. With the recent “Marakuja” track on our “Deep Love 2018” compilation he already set the tone to a much more fluid and organic live approach to his sound recording. The opening title track “Belair” is a heavy “wurly” organ jam he developed mainly by playing live and afterwards finalizing it in his Cologne studio. After his recent tour and shows as part of the Detroit Swindle live outfit he really got into improvising and composing his tunes on the fly. The Funk is all over this one and it is a great uplifting “sunny” jam to play out. Following this one is the slower and deeper “Jubilee” that’s adding even more soul to the “Rhode” funk with an irresistible bass line and melody and when the clavinet break sets in it’s nothing but Good Times on the dance floor! A certain rewind for us and favorite track off this new EP. On the flip we added two remixes from his previous high in demand tracks “On Top” and “And I Said”. Lorenz has been working a lot on various projects with his good friends Strip Steve and Tensnake and both had their go on these tracks from last year. Strip Steve took the parts of “On Top” and turned them into a deep Detroit flavored House Jam with stabby beats and beautiful strings added. Last but not least Tensnake fires up a high octane remix of “And I Said” that leans much towards old school New York house rhythms and the additional “Sax” topping gives it a groovy 90s feel to it. For sure bringing back that great happy and funky flow of the original. We hope you dig this funk and soul laden EP by Lorenz Rhode as much as we do! Enjoy!

Track list: A1. Between Us A2. Hamburg 3011 B1. Pinot Noir 1985 B2. Modern Soul Classics B3. Merlot 1988 Release Info: Felix has been working his Studio hard this past summer and caned out a whole bunch of awesomeness! We are more than pleased to welcome him back on Dirt Crew this year after his excellent new EP on “Bobby Donny” and the “Buster” jam for our “Deep Love 2018” compilation. The A-side starts off with “Between US”, a cool, pump-y and jazzy track with a hypnotic tribal bongo rhythm that winds up in that typical Leifur swirl. Followed by the super deep “Hamburg 3011” that flicks an off-beat mash up of soul, guitar samples and funk hi-hat vs snare groove that is just irresistible dance floor goodness, we can’t wait to drop this on a massive sound system. Over to the musical world of that B-side! What can we say, Felix changed his style quite a lot here and delivers some bang on Electro with “Pinot Noir 1985” that just bounces in yer face with a dope ass beat keeping those typical Leifur flavors alive with a warped piano loop and delayed vocal snips. Second is the almost garage-y tune “Modern Soul Classics” with massive subs underlaying the “Rhodes” and drum cut ups, moody and deep in his signature style. The closing track is a real Icelandic Bossa Nova affair! Silky ‘n smooth again he works that piano loop towards eternity, we love this piece a lot! Reminding us of past 90s electronica by the likes of “Sabres of Paradise” or “Nightmares on Wax”. The best ending to this EP we could have hoped for! Enjoy this varied ‘n eclectic EP by our Icelandic talent Felix Leifur and make your Autumn a hot one by dropping these jams on the floor!

Vinyl 2*12" (500 Limited - Full Cover) Track list: A1 Lorenz Rhode - Marakuja A2 Jaxx Madicine - Blue Bird B1 Felix Leifur - Buster B2 S3A - Modern Soul B3 Harry Wolfman - Space Cakes C1 Ponty Mython - It’s All Understood C2 Ouer - Lost Mindset C3 Dan Only - Lofty D1 Times Are Ruff - DF3 D2 25 Places - Bleak Moments Release Info: This is already our seventh Deep Love compilation and we dare to say our most complete yet in sound and flow. The ten pieces on this sampler blend in perfectly with that laid back “late” summer mood. We are very pleased to welcome yet again some new acts to Dirt Crew with the likes of “Jaxx Madicine”, “Ouer”, “Times are Ruff” and “S3A”. We cross many borders not only in genres but also country wise. From the heavy Disco sampled jam by French producer “S3A” to the Jazz and Funk laden epos of the Italian 3 piece “Jaxx Madicine” over to the Dutch deep house boys “Times Are Ruff” who are well known from their, same named, label and finally to the Berlin duo “Ouer” who also run an own label and released with our good friends at “Heist Recordings”, delivering an ecstatic electronic floating tune here. This is all completed by some excellence from long time Dirt Crew artists. “25 Places” have been with us for many years now and their two Ep’s have gotten so much love from the deeper deep house community. Here they drop an epic almost IDM techno like tune that closes this great album in the best possible way. Our Icelandic stall wart “Felix Leifur” drops a heavy hitter named “Buster”. After his recent “Bobby Donny” Ep earlier this year we are thrilled to have him back on Dirt Crew! “Harry Wolfman” and “Ponty Mython” need no introduction really, they are adding Electro/ Disco/ Electronica fuelled cuts that form a great middle part to this mix of tunes. Harry going in very smooth and relaxed, something else than his usual House workout which we really loved to present to you. “Ponty Mython” drops an irresistible “good times” indie acid track in his unique “free” style. Last, we must of course not forget “Dan Only” and key wizzard “Lorenz Rhode”! With another beautifully smooth cut “Dan Only” follows up on his latest debut Ep with us. Again a smart cross over in Techno and House with a distinct relaxed groove and atmosphere to it. Lorenz is back “On Top” here after his super successful first offering to the Deep Love series last year and his “And I Said” EP which stormed many charts. In the middle of touring and working with Detroit Swindle on their “High Life” album we are super happy that he found the time to make another gem with that raw n funky live feel to it... We couldn’t have started this compilation off with a better joint than “Marakuja”. Enough words for now ... just put these vinyl on your decks or stream/play it on the go and don’t forget to drop them at a sweaty club night. Deep Love is here to stay!

Track list: A1. Times Get Tough A2. Subconcious B1. Searchlight B2. Come Down Release Info: We present you the third release in our very successful collaboration series with “Roar Groove” and “The Revenge”. Straight after his new brilliant album “When the Thrill Comes” that was release in May this year Graeme Clark is back on Dirt Crew with four new gems. The opening, funky and twisting, “Times Get Tough” is a deep rolling down tempo Disco/ House stomper that builds into this ecstatic groove we got to love so much from his previous outings. Pure good times and hands in the air action promised on this one! “Subconcious” is that darker and meaner side of House track with a slammin’ Chicago beat he delivers this old school jackin’ feel. Big bass lines and soulful vocal samples tied together by “on the fly” drum patterns. The B-side of this new EP opens with an hypnotic jam that builds and builds till those sweet synths start soaring in. All carried by this ultra phat bass line, we can only imagine how this one will sound on a massive sound system! “Searchlight” is def a highlight of this release. Can we go even deeper and darker? oh yes! With “Come Down” we get a proper come down to close this EP. Deep sub basses with floating tops and again that classic Jack House beat. Certainly a late night track made for those sweaty and long dj sets. Summer is here and “The Revenge” has the perfect soundtrack for hot and steamy nights, inside or on the open field!

Vinyl 2*12" LP Track list: Track list: A1 - Intra A2 - King's Cave B1 - Helix B2 - In Air B3 - Ghost Button Ft. Haushausen C1 - Future History C2 - Nervana C3 - Last First Time D1 - Transition State CIV D2 - Self-Similarity D3 - R.U.G. Ft. Haushausen Release Info: An artist as versatile as Alex Krüger is a rare find these days, not only did he release numerous EP's and albums as Tigerskin or Korsakow since the mid 90s, he's also been on the forefront of the "Dub Techno" movement since 1999 with outings on classic labels such as "Raum…Musik", "Force Tracks" and "3B/ United States of Mars". Now ten years after his last album on "Opossum Recordings" Alex is back with this well crafted genre bending full length "Caves & Cages". From deep techno cuts through rippling ambient excursions to funky reggae infused live jams with Haushausen this work is yet another milestone in the creative bubble Alex lives in (i.e. his studio). A predominantly analogue producer, Alex recorded most sounds for "Caves & Cages" on his modular synths and vintage gear at Organic Domain during 2017 and early 2018. Throughout the album tension ebbs and flows effortlessly via syncopated subs, analogue improvisation, subtle chord stabs and sustained swells interspersed with textured field and home recordings. The ambient opener "Intra" sets the tone for the album. Rich with alien atmospheres, distant soundscapes, out of reach voices and licks of live instruments dug up from numerous recordings dating back as far as 30 years, even before Alex started his electronic journey. The sojourn ventures deeper from there. Subaquatic dub techno is the mood on "King's Cave", "Helix" and "In Air" only surfacing ever so slightly for moments of clarity where shimmering tops and glistening synth lines shed some light on the steady grooves. The tracks "Future History" and "Transition State CIV" border on deep house territory. A punchy, gruff bass line and shaken percussion on the first adds suspense and energy, while the second quivers slowly with jungle tainted toms and blips and squelches from machines. Laid back dub reggae is the tempo for "Last First Time" as well as "Ghost Button" and "R.U.G" where Alex is joined by his Berlin studio neighbours Haushausen. Seasoned musicians in their own right they jammed with him on these two tracks, delivering deft performances on drums, bass and guitar and adding yet another, more human dimension to the unfolding release. The feeling peaks becoming almost aerial on "Nervana" and "Self-Similarity", where quicker tempos, glitchy modular patterns dart along while seemingly eternal reverb tails and strings transcend space and time. Dub Taylor returns with an all consuming, otherworldly listening experience. "Caves & Cages" is an inter-dimensional hour of sound from the mind of Alex Krüger.

Track list: A1 It's Clear A2 Be Major…Believe B1 Don't You Understand B2 Truffles Release Info: We got to know Dan Only, an exciting emerging artist from the Toronto underground, when he collaborated with Jesse Futerman on our recent "Deep Love 2017" compilation. His debut record, released on Adam Marshall's "New Kanada" imprint, introduced his deep instinct for electronic music and unique, boundless approach to deep house. An avid collector of old school gear you can hear the analogue warmth throughout this intricately detailed yet heavy hitting four-tracker. "It's Clear" opens. A solid House jam, its thumping drums and resonating melodies follow a steady bass groove ready to heat up the dance floor. "Be Major…Believe" leads in more gently before warbling key lines and synth details layer over gritty percussion pushing the mood closer and closer to bursting. This one conjures images of summer nights and distant coast lines. On the B, simmering vocals and tropical rhythms dance amongst straight forward house energies on "Don't You Understand". Rich with subtleties, it's somehow smooth while seriously impactful. Finally we have "Truffles". A very modern twist on Disco vs House it's an original Italo infused gem with an edit feel, that maintains the vibe of an 80s era hedonistic night throughout. Perfect as a peak time mood elevator or blissful, hands-in-the-air closing record. We're convinced Dan Only's future is bright and are overwhelmed by the quality and musicality of this, his first solo EP on Dirt Crew Recordings.

Track list: A1 Perspectives of the Youth, A2 Soukoun, A3 Treize Zero Zero Trois B1 Treize Zero Zero Trois (Nachtbraker Remix) B2 Crown Collection Release Info: We're super excited to present the latest artist to join the Dirt Crew stable, French producer Sekou Babe. He ticked all the right boxes for us with this beautiful debut EP "Foresight Prevents Blindness" which explores his fresh and vibey outlook on house with sideways glances to smokey jazz, breaks and garage. The a-side lines up three varied tunes. "Perspectives of the Youth" and "Soukoun" step in quickly with lively breakbeat rhythms. The first boasting warm soul vocals and steady bass groove, the second a melancholic yet uplifting back and forth between vintage piano and warbling rhodes. "Treize Zero Zero Trois" is a deep and dreamy house jam. Cinematic elements infused with punchy percussion and 80s sonic touches add up to good times all round. On the B, our good friend Nachtbraker does what he does best, flipping "Treize Zero Zero Trois" bringing the deep, dubby Amsterdam vibrations. His version is lush, textural and slightly fruity, with surging synths, tropical percussion and a stomping kick. Sekou Babe rounds things off with the extravagant "Crown Collection", showing us yet another colour in his musical spectrum. It's trip hop meets Detroit where warped strings introduce shuffling drums before the track begins to build layering subtle arpeggios, smooth pads, crash hits and a buoyant melody. Sekou Babe would like to add that all tracks were written and produced by b.b. at 7e Republique Studio and says thanks to Peter, Ghizlène, Mohammed and Florian, you beautiful souls.

Vinyl 12" (500 Limited - Full Cover) Track list: A1 And I Said A2 Risa B1 And I Said (K.98 Rubbadub Mix) B2 Xpandau Release Info: Hot off the back of "On Top" that featured on our "Deep Love 2017" compilation, Lorenz Rhode returns to the label with his debut full length EP "Risa". A gifted musician, known for his fierce take on funk, performance prowess on German TV show "NEO Magazin Royale" and as part of Detroit Swindle's live outfit, he's sent us a three-tracker packed full of vibe and musicality. Opening the A-side "And I Said" is an uplifting, funked-up house jam. Exuberant and alive it's built around a Rhodes riff with a romantic twist, swelling stabs and straight forward percussion direct from Lorenz' collection of Roland machines. The following "Risa" is loaded with energy. A gritty analogue snare and raw drums punch as central synth lines and rippling arps ramp up the intensity to bursting. On the B1 the mysterious Amsterdam based K.98 returns with his second ever remix! After the huge success of the "Thrilogy" remix for WOLF Music in 2015, we are extremely happy to see Lorenz' original turned into a blasting 909 frenzy, 100% guaranteed dance floor action on this one! Closing we have "Xpandau", a feel-good indie/disco gem reminiscent of Lindstrøm and Röyksopp. The central lead that sounds like something sampled from a dusty African guitar recording, actually came from a vintage Oberheim Lorenz recently fell in love with. Warbling key melodies dance over the top along with tuned percussion, maintaining the light hearted, tropical tinged tone to the end.

Vinyl 2*12" (500 Limited - Full Cover) Track list: A1. Nachtbraker - Cobi Cabani, A2. Roman Rauch - Sweet Ears B1. Lorenz Rhode - On Top, B2. Jesse Futerman & Dan Only - Changes, B3. M.ono - Jamas C1. Felix Leifur - Record, C2. Ponty Mython - Who Am I Kidding ?, C3. Jun Kamoda - Whole Lotta Love D1. thatmanmonkz - Liebestrasse, D2. Loz Goddard - Now Is Where We Are, D3. BAL 5000 - Under the Influence Release Info: The annual Deep Love compilation has become one of our most important releases to showcase what Dirt Crew Recordings is all about. It gives us the chance to highlight and welcome new faces alongside the residents who keep the Deep music we stand for alive. This year more than ever we have artists from all over the World, from Japan to Canada and Lithuania to Austria represented. The man the myth…Mr. Nightcrawler himself is back with another masterpiece. True to his usual unique blend of many styles, Nachtbraker has delivered typically off-kilter "Cobi Cabani" with crashes and sound design that punctuate a freaky bass and rippling lead. Dropping in for his debut outing on our label, Viennese resident of Sass club and founder of the "Secret Crunch" imprint, Roman Rauch brings the filtered Disco House. Ripe with fruity percussion and deeply ingrained groove, "Sweet Ears" breathes and builds keeping up energy to work bodies throughout the cut. Close friend of the Dirt Crew family and member of Detroit Swindle's Live super group, Lorenz Rhode is an extraordinary artist who's not only active in the House Music scene but also created his own Big Band, the Rundfunk-Tanzorchester Ehrenfeld. He gets right to it in "On Top" a legit live key and bass jam with all the funk from a seasoned jazz musician. From across the Atlantic we have Toronto's Jesse Futerman teaming up with Dan Only, Jesse remixed Harry Wolfman's last EP on DC and is known for his laid back house grooves. On "Changes" he wanders into coastal tinged Deep House territory. Subby toms amble alongside a gruff bass, while vocals echo in from the horizon. As usual we're very happy to welcome back Leipzig's finest, M.ono. Taking a solo moment from repping great Disco/House alongside Luvless on their label Rose Records. He's produced "Jamas", a rumbling, samba touched, hip moving jam with powerful horn stabs and jangly percussion bring a true street party feeling. The Icelandic wunderkind Felix Leifur is present once again after recently debuting on Frits Wentink's label Bobby Donny. His artful mix of glitched lofi breaks, signature rhodes, dusty hip hop samples and scratched jazz cuts flex into outer-worldly extravaganza "Record". Then what's left to say about Mr. Mython? Continuously producing diamond after diamond we make sure to reach out regularly so we can catch a gem before the gifted musician erases them from his harddisk. Ponty's latest, this super spacious disco sojourn "Who am i Kidding?" is classy, deep, sauntering and aloof. Great music from beginning to end! The Nagano based artist Jun Kamoda has become a good friend, and we're pleased to have back on Deep Love 2017 with his crazy mix of influences. On "Whole Lotta Love" arps bounce amongst sweet melodies while crisp drums play with pitchy vocals, it's functional yet left-field House in it's finest. A multitalented creative, he's also painted the wonderful artwork featured on the front of the record's sleeve. Thatmanonkz, back after a full EP earlier this year, goes sooo deeep…"Liebestrasse" is smokey and soulful with a casual clap, glowing Rhodes and winding lead. It's G-funk meets Deep House in the best kind of way. Next up Loz Goddard returns with a blissful summer tune, his feel-good mix of Disco and House reminds us of early Groove Armada goodness. The ambrosial melodies and meandering mood on "Now is Where We Are" brings a 70s mansion complete with scantily clad swimmers to mind, a perfect "Love" track for this compilation. Wrapping up the session BAL 5000 has made one hell of a stomper. The Hungarian producer who debuted on our sister label S P I E L gives us "Under the Influence". Rave stabs intersect a guttural bass and acidic lead on this electro infused House groove, reminiscent of early WARP-ish Bleep house.

Track list: A1 Every Night A2 Grit B1 Never Learn B2 Krokodille Release Info: Never one to rest, our pal The Revenge has been busy as always. His latest LP as 6th Borough Project "Find Your Rhythm" recently dropped on Roar Groove, he created a beautifully delicate remix of Auntie Flo's "Waiting for a (Woman)", had a change of scenery relocating from Scotland to Denmark and his collab EP with Dirt Crew, flush with Nachtbraker remixes was one of our biggest records of 2016! Amongst the action he's taken the time and a more "in yer face" approach to write us his latest EP, a four-tracker of proper club tracks. "Every Night" brims with raucous disco energy. The "French Filter House" reminiscent gem's strings shimmer and funk horns hit heavy, a jam destined to wear holes in shoes. "Grit" attends to the easy-going Disco grooves we love so much from The Revenge, plenty of shake and soul it's overflowing with good-mood energy. B-side opener "Never Learn" gives us a glimpse of the darker end of The Revenge's spectrum. Subby toms rumble, tweaked out synths bleep and slide and delayed key stabs shift the party into smoke hazed, underground rave mode. The closing track "Krokodille" brings that Bass n Electro gritty booming sound! The acidic lead wraps around sturdy drums. Straight forward with plenty of kick, what an ending to a high quality EP!

Tracklist: A1 Fermi A2 Ice Thin B1 Downstream B2 Ice Thin (Jesse Futerman Remix) B3 Outro Version Release Info: We're happy to welcome back Harry Wolfman for a full record after his fine collaborative "Square Lane" EP with Loz Goddard last year. Here he delves into the leftfield side of house, this dreamy 5-tracker. Toronto's Jesse Futerman joins us for the remix fresh from his debut releases on Church and Omena. "Fermi" brings the tropically tinged deep house heat, wavering pads and buoyant bass paint us a mirage of sweltering summer days ahead. "Ice Thin" starts as a melancholic mover, it steadily builds through dusty samples, shaken percussion and smokey moods elevating the energy into something euphoric. Things get gritty as we flip to the b-side. "Downstream" is a dark and grainy outing, edgy arps work in and out of tough drums and frenzied synths. Jesse's superb rework of "Ice Thin" features distant horns and vocals that ring out over a warbling rhodes and rumbling bass, then comes the lick of a slide guitar reminiscent of some kind of twisted western. Wrapping up this beautiful and somewhat nostalgic journey we turn to "Outro Version" a funk laden work out. Rich strings and woodwinds fill out the lush landscape that swells and soars across the steady, bottom heavy, dance inducing groove.

Track list: A1 thatmanmonkz - Manna for Poppa , A2 thatmanmonkz – Intrinsic Divine B1 thatmanmonkz & Clyde Phalanx - Space Jam 2017 , B2 thatmanmonkz – Evolver Release Info: Sheffield’s thatmanmonkz is quite the sonic force to be reckoned with. With an impressive discography across the board, dropping his most recent album “Columbusing” on Delusions of Grandeur in 2016 and running his own successful imprint “Shadeleaf”, we’re very happy to welcome him to Dirt Crew and present his latest EP “Shade Throw”. Kicking things off rough and ready in true Detroit “Hight Tech Jazz” style, “Manna for Poppa” is a Saxed up dance floor bomb ready for the taking. “Intrinsic Divine”, a sonically soaring breakbeat outing lightens the mood a little, think classic trip hop meets modern deep house. The cinematic string arrangement is accompanied by freestyle piano and licks of ad-libbed sax over a steady kit. “Space Jam 2017” sees thatmanmonkz team up with New York City’s Clyde Phalanx to create a pure psyched up space house outing. We can picture this one over a sun-drenched Balearic scenery or deep in a dark and smokey basement somewhere. Jazzy freestyle drums underpin a live guitar improvisation that gets truly nasty on this interplanetary journey. Slow and sexy is the tempo for the closing track. “Evolver” is a soulful disco burner reminiscent of Idjut Boys, grooving along with smooth RnB vocals and salacious keys while intoxicating strings lift the energy to pure cosmic goodness.

Tracklist: A1 - Eyelids A2 - Classy A3 - In General B1 - Midwinter B2 - Apollo B3 - Mine Release Info: New kid Felix Leifur made quiet a stir with his debut release on Dirt Crew last year. The Icelandic juggernaut comes from the striving Reykjavik music scene and is working closely with the "Lagaffe Tales" guys on building a new northern House empire. Since his debut he's been working hard on creating a more varied vision of his unique lo slung hip hop approach to house music. With this EP he offers six new outings that have one thing in common, very warm and moody sounds ranging from Disco through jazz and hip hop. We're certain that he will continue to further cement his name in the coming years and we're looking forward to working with him on plenty of exciting projects. Opening with "Eyelids", Felix delivers a rough, deep and dark house cut with broken beats, warped piano loops and twisted sampling throughout. "Classy" has a smoky jazz feeling, kept tight with clever beat programming while evolving around a catchy sax motif. Our personal fav is the title track, "In General", a stunning broken beat house jam, smooth and loose, with swirling keys and a funk flavoured bass. The B-side begins with "Midwinter", a dance floor gem on a straight up junket. It's deep, forward moving and bass driven, much like his track "Feels Like" that featured on our Deep Love compilation in 2016. Yet another highlight for us is "Apollo", there's not many records out there that sound quite like this, thoroughly warped and contorted, depraved strings and a hypnotising Rhodes arc and strain until the bass drops and it all falls in place…Psychedelic beauty! He closes with "Mine", a dope lo fi hip hop beat that casually wraps our ears, an ice cold soul infused piece.

Track list: A1 Party in the Hills , A2 Closing Title Song B1 Closing Title Song ( Laurence Guy Remix ) , B2 Backyard Stories Release Info: Rotterdam based 25 Places are back on Dirt Crew with a bang! since their "Love More" release in 2015 the boys have been hard at work and have just released an EP for Chez Damier on his "Prescription Records" sub label "Balance". The bounce begins with "Party In The Hills" hosting a huge kick, loopy Rhodes, squelching bass, Ragga flavoured vocal and squeaky lead, it's straight up good times right from the get go. An infectious groove on this one! "Closing Title Song" heads into deep soaring territory, it's forward house beat and pulsing synth lead intertwine with loose tropical percussion and a rhapsodic horn hook. On the flip we have Laurence Guy who does not really need an introduction anymore, the man has been all over the place since this years releases on "Cin Cin", "Outplay" and the imminent "Church" where he dropped two big EP's "Bamboo" and "Kojak". Here he takes on the soulful deep Chicago House of 25 Places and turns it into a 90's breakbeat acid galore of ecstasy tingled UK House. 25 Places wrap up the rave session with "Backyard Stories", a raw and bouncing, bass face inducing jam. Uplifting and dirty in one stroke, its thumping kick and feverous melodies make it impossible not to move.

Constantly on the move, he's found time between touring throughout Europe, Asia and South America to continue to push his a-typical house sound forward with this year's HEIST release and his quirky jam "Busy Bee" that was featured on our "Deep Love 100" Compilation. This three tracker is jam packed with bouncing club tunes and a whole lot of flange. Things kick off with the title track "Really Ties The Room Together". It twists and turns over an unconventional but irresistible groove, shimmying shakers, brass stabs and a serpentine riff work together creating a super tight dance floor cut. "Rew" begins somewhere in deeper territory, suspense building beneath the clouds, a rumbling bass rolls in from over the horizon before a glorious funk guitar blows the whole thing wide open, letting the sun's rays burst through and that familiar Nachtbraker good time energy shine in. The rerub of "Rew" is something altogether new from our deep house protagonist, a break beat and casual groove guide gently towards an ever intensifying acid trip. Don't be fooled by the lovely deep chords, things get nasty in the end. It's best to expect the unexpected from our adventurous resident producer, and this EP is no exception.

Track list: A1 Detroit Swindle - Tori Karaage , A2 Felix Leifur - Feels Like B1 Harry Wolfman - Rainbow Set , B2 Huerta - BLVD , B3 Jun Kamoda - I Know C1 Nachtbraker - Busy Bee , C2 Marlon Hoffstadt - Extra Slim Manufactured , C3 Good Guy Mikesh - Boiling D1 The Revenge - Narrow Hatch , D2 Ponty Mython - New York, New York , D3 M.ono & Luvless - Whopa Release Info: Dirt Crew's 100th release falls on this year's Deep Love Compilation. Set to drop across a double vinyl on 12.09, with 11 all exclusive original tracks from new and old favourites including Detroit Swindle, Nachtbraker, The Revenge and Felix Leifur. Take a sonic trip across deep and straight up house, infused with jazz, disco and funk. This diverse and plentiful outing includes work outs for your dance floor alongside intergalactic analogue synth laden voyages, originating from artists we've uncovered from Japan to Iceland and many places in between. A truly great way to celebrate our 100th Release. We kick things off with a relatively new kid on the Dirt Crew block, Felix Leifur. Following up his stellar EP, the Icelandic prodigy brings us "Feels Like", a great broken beat like house cut laden with jangly percussion, warbling Rhodes and golden vocal hook, Phat! Detroit Swindle, long time friends and contributors to the label who have become a household name in the house scene and are no strangers to the dance floor weapon, have brought us a bomb. "Tori Karaage" is a driving, sweat inducing, disco house, dance floor mover. Ponty Mython is back with his trademark hustle and quirky sonic styling. A bouncing, intelligent and catchy groove rises with cries of "New York, New York" then gives way to a great break and spiraling arpeggio before getting right back to it. Get freaky with another one of our residents Nachtbraker, who delivers an a-typical groove and fresh approach to deep house. "Busy Bee" is heavily swung with licks of jazz piano, strummed strings and a soaring horn refrain. He flips it on it's head with an unmissable breakdown, then surprises us yet again with lush atmosphere. Harry Wolfman's "Rainbow Set" reduces the tempo slightly, keeping it deep and sexy. The sultry, smooth, disco touched vibe will have hips swaying in no time. Harry is a truly unique artist and one we're very pleased to have on the label. We take a trip into analogue territory with Marlon Hoffstadt. As part of the duo "Tender Games" and with his own imprint "Retrograde", Marlon is a fast rising new face on the scene. His track "Extra Slim Manufactured" is drum machine driven with a boisterous bass and soul to spare. "Whopa" indeed, Leipzig's finest and "Rose Records" owners M.ono & Luvless come to the party with an uplifting piano house excursion plus a whole lot of energy. A change in name but not in quality, "Huerta" aka "Steve Huerta" who collaborated on our label on numerous releases with Urulu is back with a deep and beautiful house cut. "BLVD" will make you take a breath. Pressing synths push and pull, lead lines glisten and straight to the point percussion drives it home. Go on a suspenseful odyssey with esteemed veteran producer Good Guy Mikesh. Housier than his last release on SPIEL, he brings us "Boiling", which increases in energy degree by degree, intensity rising until the heat can no longer be contained and the whole thing begins to bubble, tumbling arpeggios releasing the pressure. Yes yes! The Revenge is back as well! Another belter from the master of the live jam direct to press. Showcasing his signature mixture of disco and house, the diva calls us to dance while thumping drums, a massive growling bass and tasty lead show the way. Direct from Japan, the latest newcomer to our label and another intrinsically original artists, we're pleased to introduce Jun Kamoda. He made his debut on Brooklyn's "Mister Saturday Night" and has surprised us with a completely new twist on house. "I know" presents casual melodies and positive energies on a transcendental landscape. Take this one on a long trip somewhere. Perfect for plane and train rides, the music speaks to time spent gazing out the window. With that we say farewell on our 100th release, we hope you enjoy the ride.

Track list: A1 How To Get Your Life Together and Succeed , A2 Changes We go Through , A3 Watch Over Him B1 Life, Love, Changes (Red Rack’em Remix) , B2 Love Is Not a Thing , B3 Lopp 17 Release Info: Straight after his contribution to the splendid Delusions of Grandeur compilation and collaboration with Sebastien Vorhaus aka “Soul of Hex” as well as his latest EP's on the Russian “Capital Bass” label and "Swedish Brandy" Ponty Mython is back with a full swung EP packed with cosmic deep house tunes. “How To Get Your Life Together And Succeed” sets the pace for the record, bringing together a kaleidoscope of sounds in Ponty Mython’s signature style, soul meets dance floor punch. “Changes We Go Through” oozes hip shaking appeal, a deep and sleazy bass line leads the charge on this bumping house track. “Watch Over Him” slows things down a touch with live funk and jazz licks conjuring images of session musicians jamming in a smokey club, urging you to get down. On the top of the B-side, we have man of the moment Red Rack’em who delivers a wonderfully “Wonky” house remix in his very unique style, casually combining elements from three of the originals. Next up we have “Love Is Not A Thing”, another body moving sultry deep house offering, dripping with soul, as easy vocals ramble over lazy keys and lively percussion. Finally, easing us to the end of our outing in the sonic stratosphere is “Lopp 17”, back in the funk realm, with some tropical percussion thrown in and a steady grooving bottom end to keep heads nodding right to the last moment. All in all one of the most exciting and Musical records we have ever released .. and with 3 tracks per side this is somehow more a mini Album than EP .

Track list: A1 - Looking for Mushrooms ft. Das Eb A2 - Tsukiji B1 - Octocat B2 - Red Fox Release Info: Our latest "Looking for Mushrooms" EP comes to us from a collaboration between long time Dirt Crew resident Tigerskin and gifted jazz pianist and composer Grambow. We first heard from Grambow when his fluid key stylings featured on Tigerskin's "Faint" in 2015. The title track is a suspenseful and moody journey, lead by live double bass from feature artist "Das Eb". Building in intensity with Tigerskin's warm production and steady percussive instrumentation until Grambow's live lead on a gritty synth growls in over the top. A true modern electronic classic as far as we are concernred. "Tsukiji" is a playful deep house groover. Balmy tuned percussion and shaken highs roll along under the light hearted piano which cruises along throughout the whole tropically touched endeavour. This track has "Party" written all over it! "Octocat" is a tougher italo disco tainted work out, tightly programmed live and analogue percussive elements push along, while wailing keys lick over a tenacious grunting bass. You can really taste and feel the long studio sessions the guys had to compose this great track. It is so much more than generic dance music. "Red Fox" is a divine culmination of the pair's compositional prowess and dance music knowhow. A cinematic and spirited house track that glides and glistens via delicate piano, plucky percussive riffs, bright strings and woodwinds. We are very honoured to release this outstanding musical release by Tigerskin and Grambow.

Track list: A1 - Berg Toppur A2 - Giving B1 - The Sunday Club B2 - Berg Toppur (Hidden Spheres "Rocky Top" Remix) Release Info: Introducing Felix Leifur, Dirt Crew's latest discovery, an all new, raw and savvy talent from Reykjavík, Iceland. Reykjavík has a population of just over 120,000, so the disco, hip hop and soul sampling, house music community that Felix rolls with is pretty tight knit, giving him a unique and inspired perspective on the sound. Remixing is friend of the label, Manchester's Hidden Spheres. After breaking through on our 'Deep Love 10' compilation, he went on to drop his 'Waiting' EP last summer on 'Distant Hawaii' (the dreamy offshoot of 'Lobster Theremin'). On the A, 'Berg Toppur', is a dance floor workout, a sublime balance of shimmering rhodes and vibrant arps with slamming organic percussion. 'Giving' is a spirited and warbling cut, crooning vocals and gritty horn blasts punctuate it's steady groove and loose live clap. This one's got open air written all over it. On the B-side, 'The Sunday Club' is a eclectic and somewhat eccentric jam, samples from across decades, weave together to create something altogether new. Next up, Hidden Spheres' "Rocky Top" remix of 'Berg Toppur' eases in with a casual vibe, steamy drums, and a no-nonsense bass line set the pace, while the arps and elated vocals from the original sweep and soar, building to a feverish peak of sun-scorched bliss. Finally, 'Wait' sets the mood with a dusty jazz piano refrain and a strutting groove, before bringing the playful yet punchy trip home with a solid head-nodding bass line. Felix Leifur's diverse ear and distinct style gives 'The Sunday Club' EP the perfect blend of breezy summertime spirit and serious night club heat.

Vinyl 12” (Full Cover w/ Poly lined Inner, Sealed) Track list: A1 – Conkers A2 – Do The Right Thing B1 – Do The Right Thing (Nachtbraker Remix) B2 – New Attitude Digi Only – Conkers (Nachtbraker Remix) Release Info: We are proud to announce our first ever collab release with another label and above all, from one of our all time fave producers out there, “The Revenge”. His Label „Roar Groove“ has become a household name for excellent deep dance floor excursions into dubbed out and disco fuelled house music and is the perfect fit for our vision of dance music. Making up “Roar Groove meets Dirt Crew Recordings” you’ll find three originals from The Revenge himself, plus two remixes from our resident producer Nachtbraker. We get right into it on the A1 with a rolling disco workout on “Conkers”. This track lifts and intensifies into a straight up dance floor destroyer. The perfect balance of elements, tantalizing synth licks, an oscillating bass line and a vocal that dares you not to get up. Next, “Do The Right Thing” explores the aforementioned quintessential dub disco territory, slipping and sliding, pulsing keys and glistening melodies sing to rum infused coconuts and salty sunsets. Nachtbraker flips the same jam on the B1 giving it his signature deep house vigor, while adding some new jazz elements, highlighting the undeniable underlying funk of the original. “New Attitude” reps that proper “Revenge” sound, this track resides in the realm of the indescribable, we’re not sure if techno is quite the word for it, but a deep and rhythmically pulsing exploration through gritty soundscapes bringing some , always welcome, disco lasers along for the ride. Finally, on our digi only special, Nachtbraker slows things down a little reworking “Conkers”. He’s swung the vibe, infused a little more funk, and once again taught us all a lesson on how to write a bass line you can get your body behind. On these 3 originals “The Revenge” proves to be on top of the game, and adding two excellent Nachtbraker remixes to the release, things can’t get any better really ... we are more than thrilled to put out this special product on beautifully designed wax. The artwork is courtesy of „The Revenge“ as well.

Waze & Odyssey have also had killer releases on their own imprint "W&O Street tracks" and with their latest "On the Downlow" single they stormed the dancefloors and major radio playlists. Waze & Odyssey is best know for their straight up bangin' House cutz and with these two tracks you get exactly that! "Go Go Go" is a filterred House banger that takes us back to the early Chicago and French House productions from the mid 90's. On the other side of this fine 10" the deeper and more electrofied "We Go Home" delivers some nasty breakdowns and with it's manic pitched and ascending lead sound it should shake and stir your brain to get your feet moving for sure. Track list: A1 – Uncle Buck A2 – Problem Child B1 – Uncle Buck (Brame & Hamo Remix) B2 – Neck of the Woods Release Info: Always on the scout for the freshest talent, Dirt Crew Recordings breaks into 2016 bringing together a couple of our more recent discoveries, Loz Goddard & Harry Wolfman for their all new ’Square Lane’ EP. Relative newcomer, from Manchester and London respectively, the pair in fact debuted on our label in 2015, on independent tracks ‘The Schrew’ from Harry as a collaboration with Laurence Guy, and Loz’s solo jam ‘That Same´Thing’. Straight up vibes on the groove stricken ‘Uncle Buck’, a no questions asked dance floor weapon and a testament to Loz & Harry’s ability to bring together the finest samples, synths, live percussive elements and a whole lot of soul. ’Problem Child’, gets a bit sleazier, vocal cuts and swirling keys ease us into a broken beat throw down in the break before thrusting us back to the mercy of the straight up four to the floor swing. On the flip resident Dirt Crew Recordings producers and all round top blokes Brame & Hamo came to the table with a funked out version of ’Uncle Buck’, enlisting Brame’s brother to jam out the smooth stepping live bass for the remix. Rounding out the pressing ’Neck of the Woods’ has a blissed out melodic quality, coasting along with a sunny energy and and just the right amount of cowbell, while the digital only offering, ‘Sundays’ is soulful and shaking in the deepest sense, those bass licks and key riffs definitely give us the feel of this very special day of the week. Uniting on this EP Loz Goddard & Harry Wolfman are a sign of things to come in for Dirt Crew Recordings. We have a lot of huge plans in store for the year ahead already and look forward to a massive 2016 filled with music.

180g Vinyl! Track list: A1 - Hump A2 - Backstabber , B1 - Time Is of the Essence B2 - Monday Mourning Release Info: The man that represents the deeper side of Amsterdam house is back on Dirt Crew. His last outing on Detroit Swindle’s “Heist Recordings”, the “Le Troubadour EP” was another fine example of that laid back funky deep house only Nachtbraker can squeeze out. Settling into the groove immediately is ‘Hump’, bouncing chords and a warbling Rhodes lead into an irresistible bass line. The title track, ‘Backstabber’ hits right in the hips, a chugging feel good work out for the dance floor. The flip remains true to the flavor of this whole EP, offering up a massive speaker rattling bottom end and funk flavored keys on Time Is Of The Essence’, while ’Monday Mourning’ steps up with expertly cut disco samples, an effervescent excursion with a jazzy lead and a touch of vocoder for good measure. The release is rounded out with digi only offering ‘Yaaa’, a sub driven deep house work out, boasting swelling loops and hypnotic percussion. Nachtbraker’s sharp sense of harmony and knack for vibe is ever present throughout this whole release, he has truly fine tuned his sound to a perfect balance of unbounded energy and stylish musicianship. We are happy to welcome him back on Dirt Crew with this classy release.

tigerskin - this place is empty without you
Track list: A1 - Faint Feat. Grambow A2 - Stay B1 - Descent B2 - This Place Is Empty Without You (Special Vinyl Reissue) Release Info: Since the early years of our Label Tigerskin has been one of our most prominent artists. An integral part of Dirt Crew, he has over 15 releases on the label, either as solo artist or in collaboration with Till von Sein. He has put out some of his best tracks on the label, as well as his debut album "All Those Goodbyes" two years ago. With his new EP "Alex Krüger" shows his many talents in dance music and proves he is not a man of musical boundaries, it ranges from Deep and Tech House through to Techno, with influences from all over. On the vinyl, 'Faint feat. Grambow' is a bright and soulful dance floor gem, the melodic Detroit style house track is ripe with tuned percussion, electrifying drum motifs and a live key jam from feature artist Grambow. The A2, 'Stay', is a subtle, classy, vocal deep house cut perfect for the early morning. The flip holds 'Descent', which resides in more spacious territory, steady and deep with acid and techno undertones, and our very special vinyl only bonus track, Tigerskin's biggest hit, 'This Place Is Empty Without You'. This masterpiece was originally released back in 2012 as a digital offering, but we've had so many requests from fans over the years to press it on vinyl that we could not say no!

John Barera - True to Yourself Release Info: After last year's successful 'Deep Love 10' compilation Dirt Crew now bring yet another massive collection of exclusive tracks by label residents and new faces. 'Deep Love 15' is packed with outstanding new releases that vary from the deep grounds of house to the underground sides of techno and disco. Releasing the entire 16 tracks across a five-track EP and bonus 11 track CD (sold as one product) the compilation splits and stretches itself across all formats. The five vinyl tracks are all more towards the deep house side. Funk and soul laden grooves with main house heads 'Brame & Hamo' and 'Nachtbraker' starting off on the A-side, both tracks showing their signature sound written all over. The third track is by label newbies 'Homework' from Amsterdam who Dirt Crew know from their great outings on 'Exploited' and most recently 'Let's Play House', as well as studio neighbours of 'Detroit Swindle' and kind of part of the family already. The B-side is by the UK act 'Voyeur' who made a good name for themselves already with their release on Kerri Chandler's 'Madhouse' label. Their track 'The Long Way Home' is truly one of the highlights of this compilation, with it's jazzy and classic sounding house approach. To close off we have the Berlin based Spanish brothers 'Kyodai' taking over, with a true journey of a track they go way deep into the house and techno regions, instant goosebumps when you hear this on a big system! Over to the CD, the music covers all genres and it was a challenge to fit them all together in one nice package. We start off with a couple of new heads, on the first tracks. 'Laurence Guy' teamed up with 'Harry Wolfman', both from the UK and both on Dirt Crew HQ's watch list for quite a while, they make that great mix of funky and jazzy sounds with a hint of disco. Next is the mysterious 'Soul of Hex' from Mexico who just recently released their first 12" (one member here is 'Sebastien Vorhaus' who just released an EP on Dirt Crew together with 'Ponty Mython'). We also have 'Loz Goddard' among these first few tracks, he will be doing a full EP later this year with 'Harry Wolfmann' on Dirt Crew - so a lot of collaborations coming up between all these guys. One thing they all have in common is a very fresh twist to the current house genre. 'Kito Jempere', 'Downtown Party Network' and 'Waifs & Strays vs PBR Streetgang' need no introduction. All have made brilliant releases over the last few years and all have one thing in common, a love for disco and deep grooves, 'Kito' of course is the jazz man here, his crazy twists and unique sounds make all of his tracks very special. The American side of the Dirt Crew family is also represented by LA based 'Edit Murphy' and 'Rhythm Operator'. Both have a very old schoolish approach to their music and both tracks could well have come from an obscure early 90s Chicago twelve. Having made an excellent album last year on Steffi's 'Dolly' imprint with 'Will Martin', Bostonian 'John Barrera' closes the CD with a blistering Detroit techno cut. Lastly DC of course had to feature a track by Belfast lads 'Schmutz' who released their first EP on Dirt Crew in January. Their unique dark twisting techno sound is just like no other, distorted but always with that warm underground house feeling to it. So there we have it. Deep Love 15. 16 brand new and exclusive tracks across three formats, showcasing just where Dirt Crew is in 2015. Keepin' it underground!

Track list: A1 - Sebastien Vorhaus & Ponty Mython - Face Down , A2 - Ponty Mython - Apple Arp , B1 - Ponty Mython - Mila, It’s Not Over! , B2 - Ponty Mython - Narcolepsy Release Info: Our latest release ‘Mila, It’s Not Over’ comes from the mysterious Ponty Mython (Alex). With roots in St. Petersburg, he now sends us his latest intricately produced works from his studio in Vilnius, Lithuania. Alex joined the Dirt Crew family last year, adding his excellent artist name and ear for exotic samples to our ‘Deep Love 10’ compilation with his track ‘Movin On’. First up on this new release is ‘Face Down’, a cross-continental collaboration with Tijuana based tastemaker Sebastien Vorhaus. Sebastian and Alex recently dropped their ’Lux or Cairo’ EP as a 12” on Quintessentials, and have backed it up with this funked out jam. The remainder of the release has´been no doubt meticulously put together by Alex himself. The record is full of surprises, with audible influences from house, italo and disco, it brims with the unusual and unfamiliar, but is held together with its dance floor propensity. ‘Apple Arp’ is a joyful excursion, with a bubbling arpeggio, oscillating lead and an irresistible groove. The title track ‘Mila, It’s Not Over’ rolls along with swung live drums and acid touched bass line, before taking an unexpected turn, floating off into an almost cinematic break, where film score woodwinds and strings call out over muted voices. ’Narcolepsy’ hosts breezy flute and psychedelic swells of sound and ’Paulette’ boasts mesmerizing tuned percussion and singing synth lines. All in all this record is completely unique and full of life, a bizarre and colourful journey into house music, perfect for the party.

Tracklist: A1 Lamaj (Original Mix) , A2 Lamaj (Andy Hart Remix) , B1 Four Lights , B2 Garlic Fist Pump Release Info: We first introduced these strapping young house aficionados from Sligo, Ireland, with their debut EP as a pair, "Street Urchin", a little over a year ago. Since then the guys have been busy with a massive release on Detroit Swindle's label Heist, not to mention their unbridled musical passion lead them to launch their own label Splendor & Squalor beginning of this year, kicking things off with a sell out vinyl only pressing of another four track EP of their own imaginings featuring a hot remix from Session Victim. We're pleased to share with you their latest creation, the stunning "Lamaj's Secret EP". Now, we're not sure who Lamaj is exactly, but the mystery, funk and raw sex appeal in these four jams certainly has us wondering. First up we meet "Lamaj", this track drips with delicate melodic samples, jazz tainted drums and bass driven funk galore. We asked our long time friend, Australian Andy Hart, to give it a flip for us on A2. He opened things up, deepened the vibe and brought some bass toms to deliver a final punch. The B-side begins with "Four Lights", here the guys slow things down a little and remind us of their gift for nostalgia touched soul and groove samples. Finally, "Garlic Fist Pump", as the name suggests, takes us straight back out to the dance floor, between the dynamic live drums, subtle vocal snips cry to the hip hop Brame & Hamo draw so much inspiration from. Welcome to the House of Lamaj, we hope you'll take off your coat and stay a while.

UPC/EAN: 827170590168 Tracklist 12": A1 Love More - A2 Strange Days - B1 These Moments - B2 Ecstatic States Release Info: Rotterdam duo 25 Places are a talented pair we've been following for some time. No strangers to the label, Tayfun and Stefan appeared on Dirt Crew with their roller of a track "Good Time" on "Deep Love 3" in 2013, while the latter of the two dropped his solo "Warehouse EP" under his Last Mood moniker with us back in 2012. On top of everything, the guys launched their own label Late Night Running last year. We are proud to present their latest creation for Dirt Crew, the "Love More" EP. The "Love More" EP is old school and raw house music, it's a complete collection of classic sounding cuts that explore moods for all hours. The title track "Love More" locks us in a groove, mesmerizing melody lines build drama and tension, luring us into the fold. "Strange Day" reaches to deeper territory with subby bass, soft spoken pads and distant vocals. On the flip "These Moments" lifts the tone again with light hearted licks and tight percussion, then the journey takes another turn, with the deep, dubby, alluring soundscapes of "Ecstatic States",strictly unadulterated emotion. Last up, on the digi you can get your hands on "Sometimes", an evolving excursion into house, with enough building energy care of it's swelling synths and throbbing kicks to whip any floor into a sweat. This deftly produced and musically comprehensive outing from our friends 25 Places has found it's way into our record bags, and we're happy to share it with you.

Both relocated to Berlin last year and have since then been extremely busy with their solo output on labels like "Let's Play House", "Needwant", "Shabby Doll" and Urulu's own imprint "Amadeus". Here they are giving us a clean cut of both their styles, combined it is truly an all original blend of deep and raw House music. The A side features two club bangers while the B side explores the deeper side of things with more laid back vibes and dubbed out jazzy elements. One of our personal favourites is the irresistible D.E.G.L. that best describes the "Urulu & Huerta" Sound. All in all the guys managed to deliver a well rounded package with all elements a good EP needs. We are quite sure this new release will be a great follow up to their successful first EP that Became a Dirt Crew Classic and one of our best selling tracks ever.

Vinyl : DIRT086 UPC: 827170565562 Release : 02.03.2015 Tracklist 12": A1 Do You Know Me (Original Mix) A2 Do You Know Me (Roberto Rodriguez Remix) B1 A Thousand Times (Original Mix) B2 A Thousand Times (Nachtbraker Remix) Release Info: St. Petersburg resident Kito Jempere is back on Dirt Crew with his first full release after his debut album on "Fata Morgana" and a great EP on "Freerange" last year. Following his great contribution to our "Deep Love" series we now welcome him with these two unique tracks. Ranging from House to Disco and Jazz influences, Kito found his very own style and switches easily between them. Up tempo and energetic tracks with great melodies, driving bass lines and clever sample use. To complete this fine package we asked one of our all time fave producers and almost neighbour of Kito, Roberto Rodriguez from Helsinki, He turned "Do You Know Me" into a deep and bass heavy beast, much more stripped than the original tune he managed to make a true dance floor Gem of a remix. The second Man on remix duty is our Boy Nachtbraker from Rotterdam, also a Dirt Crew fave and meanwhile a household name for great melodic house jams. He added a brilliant bass line and cut the original "A Thousand Times" up to turn it in a true Nachtbraker tune. A very cosmopolitan affair this is and musically one great record we are very proud of to release!

UPC: 827170459786 Release : 26.01.2015 Tracklist 12": A1 Peelers A2 The Charge B1 Gold Bars B2 Sherara Release Info: Originating from Belfast is the new emerging outfit Schmutz. We first heard of them with an excellent EP they released on Gerd's "4Lux Black" and more recently they contributed a stormer of a track to our "Deep Love 10" compilation in August last year. They also run there own nights and have a big impact on the Belfast scene. Schmutz is all about deep banging Techno and House jams. Somewhat of a new thing for us to release music like this but these tracks just blew us a way with their originality and it is exciting to see if we can take on this direction as well. We have road tested these tracks a lot these past few months and the crowd reactions were great! All tracks have an incredible power and with their dark hypnotizing sounds and grinding beats they are perfect for the darker clubs and big sound systems. Get in there and discover the world of this refreshing duo from Belfast!

(Kaytronik's Nyte Tyme Remix) Release Info: After the very successful "64 Ways" Ep that we released earlier this summer we are ready for more Dam Swindle "Boxed Out" goodness. The boys have selected some of their fave producers to Lay their hands on four originals from the album. First up is Mr. Freerange himself, Jamie Odell, who delivers a typical deep and fresh sounding reinterpretation of B.Y.O. under his Jimpster moniker. It's a true house jam as only he can build it wit a great "Live" feeling. This is followed by MRSK from Sweden who you might know from his excellent releases on "Rush Hour", "Skudge" or "Sushitech". He boosts the banging "He's Just This Guy, You Know?" to even higher levels with a raw Disco and Funk infusion. The B side opens with Germany's finest "Cuthead" who has just released his debut album on "Uncanny Valley" and who has been a huge inspiration to the boys in the past years, we are very glad that he drops his great skills on the smooth "Me, Myself & You" track. Closing off is non other than legendary Baltimore producer Karizma aka Kaytronik, it's a great honour for us to have such an influential producer on this EP and his take on the album Hip Hop jam "For The Love Of…" is something special. Crystal clear Techno/ House beats with deep subs and the cut up vocal from the original turn this remix into something very special and timeless.

This year we celebrate our 10th anniversary. After many years of changing music styles and hypes we are very happy to be stronger as ever and still up and running with a monthly output. The best thing about all this is that Vinyl is back and we over won the Digital vs Vinyl "crisis". We even started or new sub label "S P I E L" last year that focuses on more Indie and Disco orientated music. With recent big albums from "Tigerskin" and "Detroit Swindle" we are also stepping into the full artist album game which is another big leap for us. This year will see more fine releases from a lot of up and coming young talent like "Nachtbraker", "Schmutz", "Kito Jempere" and most recently "Brame & Hamo". We don't follow trends and are confident that our fan base will follow us into the new styles of these young producers we are about to launch. To accompany this great event we will be releasing this special anniversary compilation called "Deep Love 10" on CD and Vinyl 12" that features even more exciting new faces to the Dirt Crew Family. Rather than looking back at all those great releases and artists we worked with in these past years we choose a slight different approach and bring you a CD packed with mainly new artists. Only our most consistent artist "Tigerskin" and Japanese House head "Yosa" are familiar faces here on this compilation. The start off with a smooth rolling intro track is by the mysterious Chicago based "Edit Murphy" who has been releasing on the fine "Smoke n' Mirrors" label before and who is a personal fave with his deep disco infused House. Followed by Irish newcomer "Fion" who is a fellow producer and friend of "Brame" and "Hamo" who released their stellar debut earlier this year… same as these guys also "Fion" takes it in the spacey and deep direction, a great bouncy and funky track. The third track is by "Yosa" who just released his first full album in Japan on his own imprint and has been doing great things on Dirt Crew in the past, also this track is a true "Yosa" banger with great vocal cut ups and a high energy House/Disco feel. Leeds based "Death on the Balcony" deliver the next track, these guys have a steady release schedule on labels like "Dikso" and "Seven Music", they slow down things a bit and take the CD in a more laid back and moody direction. Track number 5 is from one of the young newcomers we present you, based in Berlin "Timothy Blake" has only done one release before and has a very fresh Italo Disco approach to his House sound.. much like old "Kerrier District" stuff this joint is funky as hell and also made it on the vinyl edition of the compilation. The middle track of the compilation is by "Kito Jempere", the St. Petersburg based producer is mainly known for his great release on "Freerange" last year and most recently for his cool debut Album he did on his own label "Fata Morgana". As "Timothy Blake" he also has an eclectic mix of Disco, Electro and House. A real jam that deserves without doubt to be the A-side of the vinyl. We will also release a follow up full EP by him early next year so stay tuned for more from this stormimg talent... London Based "Matt Masters" drops track number 7, a slow analogue burner that pans between electro and techno and takes the CD towards darker spheres just to be followed by the breaking track of the compilation, the beautiful and jazzy "Baby's Smile" from the very talented Manchester based producer "Hidden Spheres". He also contributed the digital only bonus track "Wind & Rain". With his first full release on "Save You Records" this year we predict a bright future for this newcomer. Our very own "Tigerskin" takes on track 9 with one of his powerful dance floor bombs, the cool off beat and stabby bass of this track catches you from the start. The next track is by a buddy of "Kito Jempere", also from St. Petersburg "Ponty Mython" shows that the Russian House scene is more vibrant than ever and that there is much more to discover from this part of the world. From Lithuania we have the next new face with a storming track, "Zoe Zoe" already released on "Hypercolour", "Local Talk" and was featured on "Maya Jane Coles" DJ Kicks compilation. A great newcomer to keep an eye on, we expect more cool stuff from him! The closing track for our anniversary compilation is by "Schmutz" from Belfast. With their incredible tight Techno and Electro influenced "Who Knows" they just blew our minds when we first heard the track. We immediately agreed on a full EP by them for later this year to follow this first offering. With their debut release on Gerd's "4Lux Black" label they already caught our attention earlier this year, the mix of Detroit House vs Classic 90's UK techno is very refreshing and we think they will surely have a bright future with their music. Also this cut made it on the Vinyl 12" which we will release with this compilation on special Mint Green Coloured Vinyl.

UPC: 827170547964 Release : 22.09.2014 Tracklist 12": A1 Alright A2 Braun B1 Janus B2 Warme Kachel Release Info: Amsterdam based House head Nachtbraker made his first appearance on Detroit Swindle's infamous HEIST recordings earlier this year with his fantastic debut EP. We are very pleased to welcome him to our Dirt Crew family and to release his second record. Being best known for his smooth and deep production with jazzy and soulful elements he also added these ingredients carefully in these 4 new tracks. The opening track "Alright" has this great cathy piano hook that progresses though the whole track and gives us that sweet old school House feeling, absolutely funky as hell and a standout track that will have you run to the booth to check what the hell it is... unique in every way. The second track "Braun" takes us to rougher and more bouncing Hip Hop like beats with spaced out sounds and great Detroit-ish chord progressions. The title track "Janus" is the true Gem of this release, slow and funky with a tasty Bass Line that gets you moving like crazy once it drops. The whole track teases and teases until it finally opens up to House heaven in the latter part of the track. Last on this wonderful EP is the elegant "Warme Kachel" or should we say "Hot Oven" haha.. well the sound is in the title, a very warm and cosy little piece that gets you in the right mood for some heated party action.. either way as warm up track or cool down closing song this beauty will set the right mood for sure. Hope you Dig this little Funky Ep as much as we do!

UPC: 827170547865 Release : 25.08.2014 Special remarks : Vinyl - Mint Green Coloured Vinyl 12" in Plastic Sleeve with front Sticker. Tracklist 12": A1 Kito Jempere | It's a Trap Admiral A2 Schmutz | Who Knows B1 Edit Murphy | You Got the Look B2 Timothy Blake | The Town Is Quie Release Info: "10 Years of Dirt Crew Recordings" In 2004 we started our little label and had no idea it would take these proportions. Also this cut made it on the Vinyl 12" which we will release with this compilation on special Mint Green Coloured Vinyl.

Barcode Vinyl : 827170547766 Release Date : 21.07.2014 File Under : Deep House Track list: A1 - Stellar Talk A2 - Whiplash B1 - Moon Swing B2 - Call Her INFO: Ben La Desh drops his follow up to the very successful “Midnight Rendez-Vous EP” from 2012. Back than this was his debut on Dirt Crew and it gave him great recognition in the Deep House scene. Since that first release he has done proper work on labels such as “Sleazy Beats Black Ops”, “Outernational”, “Young Adults” and most recently on the great “Delusions of Grandeur” with his remix for “6th Borough Project”. In this 4 track EP Ben La Desh digs even deeper in his universe of moody House. Taking the tempo down and making the grooves tight and driving. The pace is set with the first track of the EP “Stellar Talk” that evolves around a great pumping bass line and wide atmospheric textures with hints to some Disco and even 80’s sounds. The second track “Whiplash” is a much darker affair, for us one of the most interesting tracks Ben La Desh has produced to date… it winds and twirls around a phased sound that places the whole mood of the track in a spacey almost sci-fi movie scenery. The third offering is the shiny “Moon Swing” that picks up the tempo again and is a real dance floor joint much like “Stellar Talk” it continues with great sampling and atmospheric “Vangelis” like soundscapes. The last track of this EP is the ultra slow and sexy “Call Her”. Absolutely the highlight for us on this great record. With it’s slow beat and the Hip Hop style break beat and cowbell thing going on this is a real slow burner for those lazy summer afternoons… Chilin’ on a groovy Tip.

Dam Swindle - 64 Ways Feat. Mayer Hawthorne (Kraak & Smaak Remix)
Barcode Vinyl : 827170547667 Release Date : 16.06.2014 - REMIXES BY KERRI CHANDLER & KRAAK & SMACK File Under : Deep House Track list Vinyl: A1 64 Ways Feat. Mayer Hawthorne (Kerri „Kaoz“ Chandler Vocal Remix) A2 64 Ways Feat. Mayer Hawthorne (Kerri „Kaoz“ Chandler Instrumental Remix) B1 64 Ways Feat. Mayer Hawthorne (Detroit Swindle’s 65th Way Dub) B2 64 Ways Feat. Mayer Hawthorne (Kraak & Smaak Remix) Following the great success of Dam Swindle's "Boxed Out" Album we present you the second single take out. Their collaboration with Mayer Hawthorne on “64 Ways" already gained massive support from DJ's and radio stations around the globe in the past weeks and we're proud to present you this remix pack with none other than Kerri Chandler, Kraak & Smaak and Detroit Swindle's remix of Detroit Swindle (Inception anyone?) It's an honor to have one of the godfathers of House: Kerri Chandler on remix duties. He has been a great supporter of the guys over the past years, often showing off his piano skill over "Guess What" and generally supporting a lot of The Swindlers tunes. He turned the original version of "64 Ways" in a true Kerri "Kaoz" Chandler tune with the use of his trademark key progressions and drums. Don't miss out on the instrumental if vocals aren't really your thing. The second remix is done by the guys themselves and oh boy what a monster tune it is! Stripped down to just a few basics from the original, adding a lovely filtered key loop, they made a deep dance floor burner in true Swindle style: "swing, drop, and everything else". As a final to this fine remix pack we asked fellow Dutch house heads Kraak & Smaak to return the favor on the remix tip after Dam Swindle remixed their track "The future is yours" with Ben Westbeech. They came up with a full on Disco House stomper, with a bass line that will stick with you for the rest of the day and an irresistible disco feel. Have fun dancing to these great cuts! we for sure can't sit still :)

Barcode Vinyl : 827170139220 Release Date : 05.05.2014 Track list: A1 Ghetto Lament A2 Street Urchin B1 Street Urchin (Glenn Astro & Imyrmind Remix) B2 Retrospect Newcomers Brame & Hamo from Sligo in Ireland have teamed up for the first time ever for this fine deep debut EP. Brame already released on Morris Audio before and had a very successful EP together with Klansee last year. Even more new music is on the way for these guys in 2014 on labels like Drumpoet Community and Saints & Sonnets… so this will be a great year for them for sure and we are once again very happy to give you a first debut release on Dirt Crew! “Street Urchin” and “Ghetto Lament” are two fine pieces of classics deep house with dark rolling bass lines and soulful chord progressions, the Piano sample in “Ghetto Lament” is a beautiful reference to the golden era of Disco. As a little extra we have none other than Glenn Astro & Imyrmind on the remix, these guys have been putting out some serious dope stuff lately and this remix is no exception... raw underground house music. The last two tracks on this EP is “Retrospect” on the vinyl and “Fear In Rapture” as digital only track are more straight forward and stripped down stabby groovers with quirky acid lines that work extremely well on the dance floors ... road tested many times already… Brame & Hamo will definitely make big waves with this release and we are happy to welcome them to the Dirt Crew family.

A lot has changed for Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets in the past two years since they first send me a demo with their music. When we met in Amsterdam in 2011, they had just started their Dam Swindle project and were making music just out of fun. They did not yet think of taking it to a more professional level. After some time, Elef got them to send me a few of their first tracks, which resulted in the “Nothing Else Matters” EP together with the now “classic” Dam Swindle track “Jick Rames” on it. “Jick Rames” is truly a breakthrough track for the guys: it was something completely different at the time with its ultra slow tempo combined with Detroit/ Chicago-esque feel and hip hop attitude. Along with their well received release on Huxley’s “Saints & Sonnets”, this marked the jump start of their musical career and it were these releases that marked the way the guys would take, combining the early 90’s garage styles with deeper Detroit and Chicago house influences. good listen, and an extremely infectious club album.

Mostly known for their brilliant releases on “Best Kept Secret” and “Silence Music” the Vilnius based Saulty and Bradka have proven over the years to be experts in producing haunted Electro and Disco influenced Deep House tracks. The A-side track “In The Air” is a glorious ecstatic dance floor burner with it’s fragile female vocal sample and funky bass line it takes us right back to some of the best early nineties House moments. The B-side features the darker and more electroide “Call On Me” that could easily be taken from a mid 80’s cosmic album. It has this laid back Italo groove and long stretching pads and chords that just put you under a spell. The reverbs and space like bendings in this track are very haunting. The bass is groovy and funky, a real new funk electro track. Hope you enjoy playing these two jams out as much as we do!
