Wonderboy Franco Cinelli is back on track with "Keep On". A groovy funkalicious track featuring typical Cinelli's percussion and drive mixed with a perfect little dose of disco. To remix such a wonderful original track we needed to go back to the roots and invite Mr. Boo Williams and Mr. Glenn Underground who delivered us an exquisite latin jazz infused piece of music (we can't call this House because it goes much further). Enjoy the beats!

Renowned Argentinean artist Franco Cinelli returns to Unlock Recordings with three intricate ‘Cuts From The Vault’ this September. One of Argentina’s most respected producers, Franco Cinelli has been making music for over two decades. The Rosario-born artist has made a name for himself with excellent releases on the likes of Djulz’ Bass Culture, Esperanza and Raum...music, not to mention his collaborative project alongside Dario Zenker named Maria Fresca on Ilian Tape. With so many of the upper echelons of house, techno and minimal supporting his tracks, including Ricardo Villalobos himself, Franco Cinelli’s inimitable productions are not to be overlooked. Originally released in 2009 and now finally getting a proper vinyl release, Cinelli’s remix of Saccobros ‘Why Not’ constructs an energetic narrative that extends over ten minutes. Tight kicks work alongside looped atmospherics as a muffled hook and infectious sample add to the heightening suspense. ‘Cuts From The Vault’ also sees two new productions from the Argentinian. ‘Morph Sense’ is the more twisted of the two, demonstrating a medley of clicks and whirrs whilst sci-fi inspired arpeggios operate throughout. As the name suggests, ‘Dub Sine Of The Moon’ is the deepest cut on the package, with its crunchy percussion and subterranean tape delays that form a hypnotizing aesthetic from start to finish.

franco cinelli - Spok (Nektar Agu remix)
The Untold Stories label continues in cosmic vibe with their PRO series single entitled Spok, by Franco Cinelli. The Bside features a remix by fellow Argentine and emerging talent Nektar Agu. The two artists first collaborated earlier in the year with Franco Cinelli doing a remix of Nektar Agu's track Rainy Days, which received support from Ricardo Villalobos. Now continuing in fine form Nektar Agu returns the favour with a superb remix of Franco's 14 minute atmospheric dance floor filler, developing it joyously, with intricate percussion and an altogether enlivening mood filled with Maasai voices which gives the remix a very different and earthly tribal spin in comparison to the more cosmic aura of the original Spok. Live long and prosper!

Seven years after his last LP on Alpha House, Argentina’s Franco Cinelli has finished his next full length, All Frequencies, due for release on Esperanza in May 2014. Over the course of the last 15 years, Cinelli has released countless EPs on labels like Bass Culture, AirDrop and Ilian Tape and has proven himself to be a master of the groove, be it a house, techno or disco infected one. This new album encapsulates all that and channels his decades of musical experience into one album that has the dance floor as a common denominator. Disco, funk, house, techno, soul, dub, hypnosis, technology, love and peace are among the constant frequencies that permeate this album and make it such a compelling proposition. No time is wasted in getting down to business and opener ‘I Feel It’ pairs classic house percussion with heavy kick drums before playing with various filters, chucking in bleepy melodies and nice organic human voices. It’s an immediately arresting house track that leads on to the firmly rooted beats of ‘Chi-Trax’. This one is run through with some fine and pixelated synths, chattery claps and icy techno hi hats and it really makes you move. Form there the likes of ‘Cargo’ is built from some nicely rough edged sounding loops and ravey chord stabs, ‘Infiltrate’ drops into a much more subliminal and deeper techno groove and ‘Slippery Arp’ plays with a dynamic synth line that bubbles and boils up and down through the mix and take you with it every step of the way. Finally, there is also digital bonus track ‘Deep Forest’, a serene and emotive techno jam that is more about mind meditation and widescreen synths than it is sweaty dancefloors. It’s a beautiful way to end an album that is full of memorable moments and cultured but club-ready dynamite.

Rosario born Argentinean Franco Cinelli has been firmly rooted behind the decks since the tender age of 14. Drawn by the call of the drums and having researched the creation of music through computers and samplers, the mid ’90's saw Cinelli’s first productions taking shape. Rapidly becoming a key player on the Argentine scene, Franco played throughout the country, holding a residency at the prestigious El Sotano. His first forays to Europe came in 2003, but it was 2005 that his own music really made an impact. Having released a handful of releases and mix compilations on smaller labels, it was his “Picaro” EP with Bruno Pronsato that really brought him to the attention of the music world. Since then, Franco has gone on to release and remix for a number of established imprints including Ilian Tape, Produkt, Claque Musique, Hello Repeat, Airdrop , International Freakshow, Alphahouse and the label of his great friend Kasper, Esperanza. In 2011 following his critically acclaimed “Planet Dub” debut EP on Bass Culture Records, Franco Cinelli finally achieved global recognition with his massive underground remix of Cassius “Sound Of Violence” that placed strongly in many of the end-of-year Top 10 best remix of 2011 lists. Today Franco returns to Bass Culture Records for a new take on his trademark deep & techy house with 4 original tracks on the “Take Me Back” EP.

Amazing double pack from one of the most gifted new producers coming out of Argentina. His previous releases on Milnor Modern and Telegraph have just warmed you up to his sound. Intricately programmed club stompers, you can call minimal until you hear these tracks ripping trough a big PA! With the opening track 'Flog' you get a taste of the freaky after-hours grit that Alphahouse Records is becoming known for. 'M26' is a robotic hair-raiser for the new generation. Think M-nus on steroids. 'Twisted Machine' features a stompy groove and some snare work to drive the dancefloor. 'Vertientes' is a great DJ-Tool with a low slung bassline and dancing synths. 'C3d' bounces along with a razor bassline and some tricky transitions. and 'Project 64' finishes off the LP with a synth line that falls out of the ceiling and straight onto the dancefloor. No filler. Two slabs of A-Side.

Esperanza´s 25th release comes from labels boss Kasper. Been this his third solo release on the label and the second of his Dope Beats series, on the A side we have the Art of Rebellion, a deep burner with some disco infused sounds all over the place. The track builds up around a heavy bass sample filtered in and out from start to beginning. B side, The Dreamer, is just yet another example of Kaspers love for the classic sounds. This time teaming up with Vitorias best kept secrets, Mario Castillo, also Known as Kastil for his releases on Soul Notes, Outernational and Seven Music, they deliver a true tribute to Chicago's house sound from the 80s. 707, Juno and what more!!

Andres Zacco & Marco Zenker, Rosario & Munich, Argentina vs Germany. An old Football classic since ever again. In this case here its less about VS or VST, way more about teaming up for a split Ep and wiping on another debate between Dave's place and Pompak's knee shirt. While Andres is selling knee shirts every summer at Rosario City's hotspot El Putito del Calore, Marco could directly move into Dave's place as he spent more time there in 2011 then Dave's couch.Must be the Schlachthof vibe or simply Dave's roomate cooking for the boys.Simply wonderful mix between bavarian & argentinan carnecerias. The cuts are huge and fat as always.Played by everyone instead of nobody.Grazie per Tutti - Esperanza Label el Records.

Esperanza's second release of the year comes from label's boss Kasper. His love for the classic sounds is 100% represented on this EP full of 707 drums and acid. Obviously influenced by Chicagos house from the 80s Kasper delivers two bangers ready to jack the dancefloors from all across the world. Although both have the old school vibe going they both keep up with todays production standards. Raw and dirty house music. B side comes with a Damian Schwartzs remix. Huge acid bomb, check it and freak out!.

NEW MASTERING I guess we don't have many words to describe this new Esperanza in which we are proud to present 'On This Vibe' from the one and only Fred P (Black Jazz Consortium) and a delightful remix by Sistrum's favourite Patrice Scott. The original track is an amazing late night Detroit ride which evolves slowly until it makes you feel floating on clouds. It may last 10 minutes but it's absolutely the kind of track you would want to be endless. On the flipside, Patrice makes some twists and turns to the original track to put his own trademark signatures delivering another breath-taking emotional space walk. We are proud to release this record and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Supported by: Raresh, Laurent Garnier, Kiki, Dj Sneak, Karotte, Lee Curtiss, Alex Kid, Jimpster, Brothers Vibe, etc..
