New dance version of the classic funk/blues track by Area Code 615, a band made up of Nashville session players. A 1973 release, it came to prominence on the club scene in the 80s in NYC when originally caned by Jellybean at the fabulous Funhouse, where they called it "that hillbilly jam", although it had also been famous for a decade on the other side of the Atlantic as the theme music for The Old Grey Whistle Test.
