Sweden’s Tiger Stripes returns to Rekids with the ‘Dance For Peace’ EP, following on from February’s ‘All Night Long’ and 2024’s ‘I Heard It Through The Bassline’ EPs. Across four warm and funk-fuelled cuts, he delivers another essential selection of House grooves primed for peak-time moments and deep, late-night sessions alike, already supported by Oliver Dollar, Riva Starr, Anja Schneider, and more. The opening track, ‘Time For Peace,’ is a brilliantly loopy roller, featuring bouncy drums, muted synth motifs, and a vocal swirl of soulful cries that ramp up the energy. It’s a stylish tension-builder, paving the way for ‘Rockin’, a chunky jam with funky melodic riffs buried in the beat and wordless ad libs teasing out the soul. ‘The Street’ keeps the vibe flowing with swinging drums, knotted guitar licks, and subtly filtered vocals worked into a steamy, party-starting groove. Swedish producer Tiger Stripes, the alias of Mikael Nordgren, brings his techno touch to Hot Creations for his debut EP on the label this summer. Jack My Yum is a heavyweight three-parter that sees the Swede invite Hot Creations stable mate, Matt Tolfrey, to provide a stellar remix. Opening track Jack My Yum is a warped and heavy roller with a smattering of dark vocals. Haunted brings with it a bass that you can feel reverberating off the concrete walls of a darkened club, interspersed with an eerie melody. Following his recent release Americas on the label, Leftroom Records boss Matt Tolfrey brings his groove and a bouncier bassline to proceedings with his version of the title track. Since first bursting onto the scene back in 2004, Tiger Stripes has released on an impressively varied array of labels including Ibadan, Get Physical, liebe*detail, Drumcode and Strictly Rhythm. January 2014 sees Swedish artist make his long-awaited debut on Desolat on the 'Sisters EP'. Title-track 'Sisters' kicks things off off a bumping bass line and strong percussion and the track moves along until a distinctive vocal, which is sure to be one of the most memorable hooks of the year, enters the fold. 'Sisters' reminds us that there is always summer somewhere, a true anthem.
Following on is 'Keep A Movin' which is a hypnotic rolling house track full of energy but with a darker vibe and an equally engrossing vocal - sure to be deadly on the dancefloor. On remix duties, tINI instantly marks her personal stamp on the original by taking out much of the vocal, slowing the BPM and infusing a woosy meandering bassline with the original melody. The end result is both brilliantly trippy and totally engrossing. Overall then, the 'Sisters EP' showcases Tiger Stripes considerable talent through three tunes of the highest calibre.

The ‘Three Decades' album opens with a title intro, in which Mathias Kaden expresses gratitude to those closest to him before moving into his signature deep, emotive House sound. Tracks like ‘Keep Balance’ set the tone with sub-heavy bass and crisp, driving drums, occasionally punctuated by vocal snippets, while ‘I Got You’ features Cassy for a high-energy, soulful dancefloor moment. German House artist Oliver Dollar announces his ‘Contemporary’ LP on Rekids, arriving 21st November 2025. Since 2024, he has released four EPs on Radio Slave’s label, featuring collaborations with over a dozen artists and singer-songwriters, supported by the likes of Dam Swindle, Louie Vega, Honey Dijon, Hunee, Kai Alce, and more.Since 2011, Industry Standard label boss Oliver Dollar has become a trusted name in House music, he was one of the leading proponents of its Fidget subgenre in Berlin at the height of its popularity, propelling him towards releases on labels such as Snatch!, Classic Music Company, and Defected, alongside a reputation as a formidable collaborator that’s worked with the likes of Crazy P, Mousse T, and Todd Edwards. For the ‘Contemporary’ LP, he doubles down on this spirit of partnership, bringing together a transatlantic cast of friends and peers, linking Berlin and Detroit through a shared House vision. The album begins with ‘The New Is Here’, where Oliver Dollar teams up with Nils Ohrman for a soulful sermon that sets the tone with warmth and gravity, which was previously reimagined into a club-focused dub for ‘Contemporary Part Four’. From there, the mood shifts into ‘Downtown’ with Phil WZK, a deep, Jazz-in?ected groove underpinned by a spoken monologue that feels both intimate and eternal Vocalists like APROPOS, Boog Brown, and Billy Love then bring soul and gospel ?re, while producers including ADMN, Seven Davis Jr., Harvard Bass, Brillstein, and Austin Ato shape grooves that range from Disco-tinged uplift to deep, dubby hypnotism. Rather than a showcase of features, the album ?ows as one uni?ed statement, a celebration of community, connection, and the timeless energy of House music. Founded in 2006, Radio Slave’s Rekids has since launched the Techno-focused Rekids Special Projects in 2017 and its latest sublabel, REK’D, in 2024. First up is 'Night Blooming' feat pbeatgirl - a provocative figure in Sweden's post-pop underground. The sensual late-night lullaby has soft drums and even softer spoken words whispered in your ear. Add in the dreamy synths, and you have perfect house hypnosis. 'Someone Stop Me' slows the tempo but ups the texture with raw, tumbling drum loops, incidental guitar licks and sustained pads that help you zone out and gaze into the distance on a summer's afternoon.
'Svalor Radiosignal (Axel's Dub)' features Joakim Åhlund, who is currently on tour of Australia with his band Les Big Byrd, and is also a guitarist and lead singer in the Caesars band he founded, as well as being a prolific producer. World-renowned multi-disciplinary artist Jockum Nordström works across painting, sculpture and collage and also features. There's a signature Boman innocence and charming naivety to the melodies here. They leave wispy, painterly trails above the smooth, dubby groove and fill you with warmth and comfort. Closer 'Spooky' journeys later into the night with a more rickety, edgy mood, but beautiful, shape-shifting synths are like a tender hand guiding you into darkness.

But the Delano Smith remix updates it for modern palates, ironically by delving back even further, to the early 70s model Kraftwerk from whom he borrows some very austere but classy synth sounds and a touch of electro syncopation. Ich möchte ein Eisbär sein…Written by Martin Eicher after a nightmare in which he saw talking polar bears on the walls, and with music by the Grauzone crew consisting of Martin and his brother Stephan Eicher, Marco Repetto, Christian "GT" Trüssel, and Claudine Chirac (on saxophone), "Eisbär" is the most recognizable title from the band, a sublime mix of ingredients reflecting the transitional era it comes from - the raw energy of punk music still palpable, combined with the audacity of early electronics, the warm groove of a disco gem, beautifully fragile lyrics, and one of the best basslines ever. Opponents Stims has two cuts from his current live show, the blistering, pummeling, nominatively deterministic Relentless Opponent and the euphoric / cathartic Who Booed the Geese, maxing out Goose intensity. They nestle up against two coy vignettes, Uxor Cut and My Crow Life and then Frisky Mellows. That's an addictive, briskly paced 4/4 Detroit-tinted number that could almost be a lost Carl Craig classic.

Soul Quest Records proudly presents SQR021 – Healing EP, the first release of 2026 from
label co-founder and London deep house torchbearer Max Sinàl.
More than just a collection of club-ready cuts, Healing EP is a deeply personal body of work.
The project is built around a narrative of Max’s mental health journey, with each track
representing a different chapter in his life, moments where his mental wellbeing was tested,
reshaped and ultimately strengthened. Sonically, each record inhabits its own distinct space,
reflecting the emotional contrasts of those periods, before culminating in a closing statement of
healing… a journey that, as Max emphasises, remains ongoing.
Opening with “Reflection”, Max sets the tone with smooth, lush deep house built around warm
Rhodes chords and a rich, rolling groove. Longtime friend and collaborator KingCrowney adds
soaring trumpet lines, elevating the track into a heartfelt conversation between keys and
brass… timeless, musical and deeply soulful. As the title suggests, it mirrors a period of
introspection, setting the emotional foundation for what follows.
“Maya” shifts gears into deeper, jacking territory, driven by a punchy, garage-inflected bump. A
tribute to Max’s daughter, the track balances dancefloor toughness with unmistakable warmth,
weaving swung drums and hypnotic bass into a celebration of love, responsibility and legacy. It
captures a transformative chapter where fatherhood became both grounding force and
motivation.
On “Alone”, Max ventures into broken beat territory, showcasing his versatility as a producer.
Clever but mournful vocal sampling floats over infectious chords, intricate rhythms and detailed

Raving reviews all over the place, various elections as „album of the year“ and solid playlists at the radios express the huge interest in the fantastic album. While 2006 has been topped of with a tour through Australia, the first Trentemøller highlight in 2007 will be the release of „Moan“, the second single from the album. For the a-side Trentemøller himself created a brilliant remix of the „Moan“-Vocal Version, which has been released on the Bonus-CD of the limited edition album only. Trentemøller managed to keep the mystic melancholic vibe of the track featuring the vocals of danish talent Ane Trolle, but adds punshy drums, screaming synths and some more guitars to guarantee serious dancefloor-action. Radioslave aka Matt Edwards aka Rekid aka Quite Village, on of the most in demand remix artists at the moment (Moby, Booka Shade, Justice, Peace Division, Pet Shop Boys, Joakim etc) contributed a great remix on the flipside.
