12 track deep jazz LP from Parisian producer Onra and friend - fellow producer, composer and arranger - Buddy Sativa.
Combining as the Yatha Bhuta Jazz Combo this LP may be a surprise to followers of Onra, while Buddy Sativa will be known to some via his own 2011 jazz leaning LP "Deus Ex Machina" on Favorite Records. There they collaborated on their first jazz track - "Indica". Pleased with the results they carried on, keeping it simple and adhering to straightforward play-more-jazz stylings they have crafted this LP over sessions sandwiched between their assorted commitments over the last two years. Opening the LP "Universe is Love", a shout to Lonnie Liston Smith, is the first track they created under the new no-rules-spontaneity rules. The rest of the LP was created in a similar vein - a drum pattern for tempo or a bassline for tone and layering instrumentation repeatedly on top. Mistakes allowed and encouraged! Spoken word from Brooklyn poet Aja Monet on "The Time is Now", otherwise it's an instrumental trip.
So Yatha Bhuta - as it really is, insight, a mix of experience and spontaneity, a LP not created for release, more a liberating, therapeutic break from their other oft constraining aliases.
Jazz because they like it and not for the sake of it, a chance meeting with the late Mati Klarwein's son at an exhibition in Dublin, led to the icing on the cake as the record is beautifully housed by the artists "Conceptual Tree" painting.

SDK is the collaboration between Stano and David Kitt. Stano, a post-punk pioneer from Dublin, is known for his strikingly individual work. A recurring collaborator with All City, Going Back to the Unknown marks his first new material for the label and his return to vocal work after many years.The project began after a chance meeting at All City led to a connection with David Kitt. In Kitt’s studio, guitars, pedals, tape delay, and synths combined to form dense, dreamlike textures. The music moves between ambient atmospheres, layered guitars, and fractured song forms. Stano’s words appear only where the music calls for them. The result is Going Back to the Unknown, a collection shaped as much by intuition and chance as by design. The album is completed by Kitt’s contribution “Fireworks,” which seals the record’s arc.

Following their rattling 45 Cry / I’ll Be There Now and the wiry full-length My Mother Was a Friend of an Enemy of the People, Blurt returns to All City with Mecanno Giraffe - a new 12" capturing Ted Milton’s band of beat-punk absurdists in full, surreal stride.
The A-side delivers the title track: Mecanno Giraffe, a spiky, off-kilter groove threaded with Milton’s unmistakable bark, rhythmic sax blurts, and angular momentum that feels both mechanical and oddly animal. It’s Blurt as alwaya: driving, dry-witted, and defiantly out of sync with any prevailing trends.
On the flip, Milton shifts gear with a number of spoken word pieces. Stripped bare, intimate, incantatory. More Artaud than Allen, these pieces reveal another facet of Blurt’s singular frontman, echoing threads found in recent interviews tracing his ongoing collision of poetry, punk, and performance.
Third strike on the label and still no sign of softening. Mecanno Giraffe proves that Blurt still remains gloriously out of step, part animal, part machine!.

A sparsely documented yet iconic era for Ted Milton's psycho-funk afro punk fake no-wave pogo jazz group Blurt has been brought to life with an expansive collection of restored versions of live performances. Captured on early camcorders during the frenzy of counter-cultural activity that characterised Europe around the fall of the Iron Curtain, these recordings of Blurt, recently posted by fans on YouTube, are a visceral reminder of a scene whose influence is writ large on today's alternative music culture.
Ted Milton's trio have produced an impressive string of albums, not to mention his numerous solo recordings. Featuring 15 tracks spanning their extensive discography from their 1980 debut single – also the title of this collection – “My Mother Was A Friend Of An Enemy Of The People” to 1999’s “Eat Up Your House”, this live collection of performances have been digitised by whatever means available. The original sound captured by the inbuilt microphones of these camcorders and the videos concerned are in many cases the only documentation of an iconic era whose zeitgeist was so masterfully epitomised for many by Blurt.
Refurbished / restored/ repurposed using new AI tools there is a spectral roughness to them but surfing on these reconstructed waveforms, the inimitable machinations of Blurt ride out once again, emerging from a pixilated oblivion to put into perspective the peculiar absurdity of our human condition.

Imagine if you could put together a dream line-up of MCs and producers from all four corners of the rap world?
That’s what artist and illustrator Gangster Doodles set out to do when he put together a stellar collection of tracks by the rappers and talent that inspire his work for the first Gangster Music comp back in 2018. Working on that he says “was one of the most satisfying & fun projects I've been able to be a part of and the idea of continuing the series was a no-brainer. Thankfully All City was interested in keeping the party going”
If it ain't broke and all that – this second volume follows the first with an all-star line-up which features everyone from hotly-tipped emerging Producers and MCs like Ovrkast, Shungu, Woodie Smalls, Big Baby Scumbag next to underground perennials like Teebs, Ohbliv and Knxwlege all the way up to top flight producer Dam Funk and established vets like M.E.D, Black Milk, Lil B and Open Mike Eagle.
This second collaboration between All City Records and Gangster Doodles is a jam-packed sonic adventure featuring 28 killer tracks from some of the finest creators out there. “Gangster Music Vol.2 is a living/breathing tracklist of all the music and artists I've been obsessively listening to over the past couple of years(and beyond). Every artist that's on Vol.2 is a creative force pushing boundaries and trailblazing new paths to greatness.”
An exhausting compiling process via emails, DMs, texts and a myriad of other electronic form of badgering and prodding, the last few years have been busy for Marlon "Gangster Doodles" Sassy. In addition to this he released his acclaimed Gangster Doodles (The Book) alongside an ever-expanding array of prints, original works, apparel and exhibitions across the globe. Topping that off with animation projects, a graphic novel in the works and now, with this his second curated LP titled " Gang$ter Music Vol 2".
Describing the cover art “Every morning I start my day with a bowl(or 2) of Fruit Loops. Usually on the back of the box they have different activities to do. On one of them was a black and white image of Toucan Sam chilling in a tree. In large colorful font, it said you could cut out the image and color it in to create your own version. That idea really resonated with me. Continuing the cartoon cat theme from Vol.1 I chose Felix the Cat to help encapsulate this idea and then flip it on its head. A black and white album cover that could be left as is or if the mood strikes- go and grab some markers, pens, crayons, paint, ink and create your own unique doodle versions”

Patience is a virtue well-rewarded in techno; finding the right groove to build on then holding your nerve long enough to pay off the wait at the optimum moment is a much more skillful endeavour than it would seem for such a minimalistic style. And few display this talent better than Detroit originals Scan 7. Part of the hallowed Underground Resistance family, Scan 7 first broke out in the mid-90s with a series of jacking machine funk 12”s that showcased their savvy for self-control - a faculty they have demonstrated in releases year-on-year since.
Highlighting this continuous font of vitality, Tresor Records has returned to the source and is proud to announce the reissue of Scan 7’s debut LP, Dark Territory. First unleashed on the label in 1996, the album has been remastered from the original DATs by Mike Grinser, augmenting already powerful tracks such as the snake-like, teasing Unusual Channel (mixed by the master Blake Baxter), and the harder-edged VII resulting in music that will, without doubt, provoke an enhanced response when the pressure is finally released.
Repressed on vinyl with updated artwork, these tracks still sound like a blueprint for the future, testament to the prescience and assurance Scan 7’s leader, Trackmaster Lou, clearly had when writing “I hope you enjoy my records in the phuture to come” in the sleeve notes nearly 30 years ago.

Detroit pair released under di erent monikers within a single year. This phase marks a groundbreaking time
for the duo, their cosmos breaking wide open, right at the dawn of a new technological era in electronic music

Wildchild returns with his new BBE released double vinyl & digital album, Child of a Kingsman. Featuring guest artists of the calibre of Keyon Harrold, Aaron Green, Beatslaya, Amber Navran, The Soulyghost, Darus Jones and Nottz amongst its roster of creative contributors, this album is a giant of Hip-Hop, Rhymes and beats that is a must have in any collection of Black Music.
Since returning from his musical hiatus to be a full time father to his son Miles, Jack 'Wildchild' Brown has written and produced a double album of intricate and powerful lyrics laid over tracks that blends Jazz with Neo-Soul and is destined to be a stand-out addition to the global cannon of cross-genre, collaborative blends of rhyme and music.
Wildchild first found his musical home alongside Madlib and DJ Romes in the 90's Hip-Hop band Lootpack and as a band member and solo artist has worked with legends such as Phife Dawg, Common, DJ Scratch and now with the aforementioned Keyon Harrold and other contemporary giants of soul, jazz and Hip-Hop. Wildchild's driving ethos of of uniting cultures through music and dance is absolutely writ large through the 17 track stroke of genius that is Child of a Kingsman.
Child of a Kingsman is released on BBE Music as a double vinyl LP and high quality digital and follows the digital releases of the singles Change For My 2 Cents feat. Keyon Harrold & A-G and the Nottz remixed Season of Kingsmen.

In 2009 Boozoo Bajou released their 3rd album "Grains". It is the duo's most organic album so far, making beautiful sounds by blending modern electronics with live instruments. An album of underground sounds, but based on strong melodies and emotional vocals. Inspired by acoustic singer-songwriters they made 'Grains' being in love with the Laurel Canyon sound. They created something fresh and modern from their old-school inspirations, weaving them into their studio soundscapes. Their fans will appreciate the rich mix of contemporary and vintage sounds. A folk songbook for the 21st century.

Tresor Records is fortunate enough to be sitting on a catalogue of past releases that no other label in electronic music would turn down. Three of the finest in this collection were contributed by Surgeon; “Basictonalvocabulary”, “Balance” and “Force + Form”, which all came out between 1997 and 1999.
Surgeon’s inimitable combination of Detroit techno and post-industrial sounds emanating from his British homeland found its fullest expression in these masterful trio of releases.
Following the release of Surgeon's first album in 5 years "Crash Recoil" earlier in 2023, Tresor Records have decided that its high time to give these seminal albums another airing.
