Demon Records Single Club are delighted to present a Fresh Records double sider. On Side A we have the mega club hit U Sure Do by Strike. Featured on the groups only album I Saw The Future, U Sure Do would go on to peak at no 4 in the UK charts and number one in the UK Dance Singles Charts. Widely considered as one of the biggest dance anthems of the 90s this is an essential reissue of anyone into 90s dance music. Flip it over and we're in equally good company. Lovestation's track Teardrops on the B side reached No 14 in the UK Singles chart and was a massive garage hit regularly played by everyone from Todd Edwards to Zed Bias. To complete the set we have added quality mixes from Flava and Joey Negro (Dave Lee) and it's housed in the classic Fresh Records sleeve.

After the released her fifth album, Closer than Close in 1995 she was dropped from Motown Records yet two years later, a remix of the title track from the album was released as a single by Big Bang Records, after it had appeared on bootlegs. Newly remastered, this single features mixes from the creator of house music himself Frankie Knuckles and legendary house & garage producer Tuff Jam.

Vancouver Dj/producer Yu Su has previously impressed via occasional contributions to the Mood Hut-affiliated Libra Mix series. This is the DJ/producer's debut solo release and boasts two high-grade cuts on one single-sided People's Potential Unlimited 12". Opener "Infi Love" is typical of the hazy, dusty and spacey Vancouver deep house sound - all soft focus intergalactic chords, vintage drum machine percussion, cut-up female vocal samples and undulating analogue bass. The jazziness continues on "Soon (MOA Mix)", where wonderfully hazy trumpet samples and horizontal chords trickle down over a bossa-inspired beat. As you might expect, it's seriously evocative and atmospheric.

Up there in clap heaven, the chords fly candid, and all that hi-hat suspense fashions bliss. These dancers met an angel, circulating eternally towards the strobe. Oh, how they wished all that trance never ends in 1993, when CJ Bolland, one of the most influential and successful producers Belgium created in the nineties, dropped “Camargue”. An instant trance techno classic. Atemporal, abnormal, amoral. Raved together with British producer Cisco Ferreira for Belgium’s finest R&S records. Both worked on many sensual club music artworks together. Like “Tokyo”, the B-Site with an A-Note. Tripping fast, more hi-hat ecstasy, techno kicks, somewhere Goa is in there.
