The sophomore offering in the Selador’s Decade series brings together four more collaboration tracks featuring nine more artists all working in tandem in celebration of the label’s 10 year anniversary.

Kicking off proceedings, Selador co-founder Dave Seaman and long time friend Quivver’s latest creation. Having been in a rich vein of form recently collaborating on releases for the likes Sum Over Histories, Mobilee, Poker Flat and Einmusika, ‘Rapid Unscheduled Assembly’ is a relentless peak timer roller that’s not to be missed.

Next up, in demand Isreali producer Magit Cacoon joins the Selador fold alongside our old friend Lonya with a label debut to be reckoned with - let the Quantumania commence.

On the flip, like a long-lost love child of Lil Louis’ ‘French Kiss’ and Pete Lazenby’s ‘Sacred Cycles’, the titanic trio of Hannes Bieger x Luke Brancaccio x Gai Barone have created something truly special here. A timeless beauty for the ages.

Another quartet of gems, Selador’s latest 12" vinyl outing, once again in our tasty new house bag, brings together four of the label’s most popular digital releases of recent months.

We open with another majestic piece of work from Brazil’s techno don Renato Cohen. This huge remix keeps the peak time spirit of Steve Parry’s evergreen What You Make It very much intact – but then turns it up to 11 with a muscular new interpretation. Big!

House music royalty, Charles Webster then delivers a psychedelic electro gem of a re-rub of Dave Seaman favourite Racket Abuse. Tripped out genius that makes maximum use of the original version’s mind-bending vocal hook and reached Number One on Beatport’s Electro Chart.

Next, Progressive House Don Anthony Pappa teams up with Electronic production guru and fellow Australian, Jamie Stevens for Here We Go, a dark yet uplifting, tribal workout that was one of the label’s best sellers of 2021.

And finally, Barcelona-Berlin soundclash alert! Two of our favourite electronic music epicentres are represented with former F1 driver Jamie Alguersuari, aka Squire at the wheel, and sonic wizard Hannes Bieger on remix duty. ‘True Religion’ is a thing of rare timeless beauty. A true gem.

Seth Troxler’s Slacker 85 imprint prepares to expand its repertoire of ne’er do wells and inspired outsiders, with two new singles shining a flashlight on talent at the characteristically esoteric producers on the fringes of Troxler’s always increasing circles. American-Ecuadorian sound engineer and musician Andre Salmon has already left his fingerprints on underground dance music’s global scene, developing the current iteration of Inner City with Kevin Saunderson, as well as collaborating with house icons Paul Johnson and K’Alexi Shelby. Having already made a fixture of his supremely effective ‘Heartless’ mashup of Saint Etienne’s classic ‘Only Love Can Break Your Heart’, Slacker now welcomes Salmon to the family to exercise his studio technique and ‘sacred resonance’ deepness. The result is ‘La Mano de Dios’, a voluminous dance on the edge of house and techno, as smooth and impressive as the jets descending above the Terrace at DC10. From Detroit to the East Coast, TB-203 delivers a contrasting energy on ‘Movin’. A fresh alias of NYC DJ, producer & label owner Tommy Bones, this bubbling, raw acid workout finds fresh heat at the intersection of jackin’ hip house and latin freestyle, driven by loose and lively vocals from DannyP.
