The new dance album by Biicla called HYPER HOUSE is an imaginary club, where the main hero is the listener. The vibe in this house is Uk influenced modern take on bass / garage with a kind flow and naked emotions. The record has been in the making last 3 years and you could have heard some singles from the album already - GAS (4.21), MAKING NEW, MISS YA were all released via System 108 in 2023, the label has also become by accident a new home for the artist. Before arriving on System 108, Biicla has been releasing music for a while and getting exposure in big US Festivals, like Lollapalooza, Hard Summer, Bonaroo and many more, celebrating millions of streams worldwide. With System 108, Biicla found a new home and new dedicated audience, and it seems like a match made in heaven.

The process of production of the album took time during some challenging years - when our ordinary world started to shatter... Therefore the cover is divided in two parts - on the right, we observe chaos and destruction; on the left, people are having a quiet and happy life. Modern / hybrid club sounds in the album co-exist with sensible, soulful vibes, sorrow and hope. On top, the finishing comes in a close to perfection studio-engineered sound. HYPER HOUSE therefore is an intimate record with a personal meaning for Biicla and for us, as a label. Together as a team, we represent Biicla in all facets of his creative output, would it be his self-branded party BIICMAK, live shows or support of new names in the scene, discovered by the artist, as an example here comes the V/A Radar 108, curated by Biicla - tip! The Simple Symmetry brothers together with the enigmatic Lord Fascinator deliver their most epic track that we nominate as the title of the whole compilation - 'The Search Continues' is a psychodelic / indie infused house tune with same cool vibe from their previous collab 'Czars in My Eyes', remixed by Prins Thomas. Local superstars Cream Soda roll out 'Uuueee', an effective and funny peak track, road-tested on many summer dancefloors. Closing side A is our mainstay Kovyazin D. 'Moscow Central Circle' is an ode to railway trips and is inspired by the world that unfolds from the window on a train ride, rushing through the urban landscapes.

Side B is opened by our very own Lipelis, who this time teams up with Cosmic G in his Belgrade studio to render that 'dancing with closed' eyes track 'Locked To Heaven', essential for long and epic sets played at special locations. Gleb Filipchenkow is a new guy in town, heavily praised by mum, dad, &ME, Adam Port, AME and Dixon. 'Mieux La' features Ode on vocals and is a perfect closing track of 'Eight Years Of Love' Pt.1, that highlights the spirit of the RadugaDiscoClub floor - the brighter side of things that run at big System 108 events parallel to the main blasting techno floor. Utilizing her experience of early years playing in garage bands and the experience as an in-demand DJ, Errortica comes with a fresh and original approach for production on Sweat and Get Down. Break-beat, balearic, jersey and bass music, Sasha denies genre borders, and incorporates what she plays out into her own new music world. System 108 resident Lipelis teams up with Carrot Green from Rio de Janeiro to create a dreamy, summer vibed EP simply dedicated to them both: Leo & Caito, with naming and artwork playfully inspired by Sertanejo genre standards.The duo emerged in early 2020 on the streets of Rio and started to jam same night in the studio of Carlos, who is affiliated with all cool gangs of the Brazilian dance scene. Just like on Lipelis's critically acclaimed Function As A Meaning EP (a System 108 instant classic by now!), things took off by themselves: intuitive sampling of chords taken from Brazilian gospel found some unexpected modular synth tweaking. Repress!
Moscow's celebrated label System 108 presents the latest split release by Danny Daze and Anthony Rother. The "Binary" EP is inspired by and dedicated to Moscow and its rich and distinctive atmosphere. One side of the record consists of a raw-sounding and dancefloor-oriented techno track "Moscow" by Danny Daze. With a slight correspondence to the Dutch sound, the track also has a soulful synthesizer touch to it. During the process. Remixed by producers Etapp Kyle and Tarra. The second part of the EP belongs to the German electro producer and artist Anthony Rother with his track "Kocmoc", referencing the Soviet satellite launched in 1966, as part of the Dnepropetrovsk Sputnik program. The track is presented in two versions - the original mix being more dance-oriented, whilst the space mix is more abstract in its sound and style! More

'Dark Shades Of Moscow' EP is a new thriller by Kovyazin D. The track list is headed by a remix of the French hero of electroclash and EBM music - David Carretta. As Dima describes, this release is dedicated to work in solitude, analog synthesizers, secrets and the secret places in Moscow, as well as the utopianism and psychedelicity of everything going on in the world today. Many years of meticulously studying different genres of electronic music, from acid house, electro and new beat to Birmingham techno, industrial and Rotterdam hardcore, have allowed Kovyazin D to form his own unique sound, that you can witness in his live shows and DJ sets. According to the Inverted Audio publication Kovyazin D's music is so universal it can be easily heard in the culmination points of Helena Hauff and Nicolas Lutz sets. His bangers 'Close The Distance' and 'Tales From The Bottle' are a clear example of that. More

Fast and playful techno tracks from one of Russia's popular techno artists known for his collaborations with Nina Kraviz Trip label. Here mr Gorbachov deleivers a 5-track EP "Nichego Ne Ponyal" on System 108 records Philipp Gorbachev is known as the resident of the notorious Mutabor Club, member of ARMA17 and the System 108 community. His previous releases on Comeme, Trip, ARMA, and his own PG TUNE label are versatile and energetic! The new EP, which translates to 'I understood nothing' is an ode to isolation, where one's personal state of solitude simultaneously clashed with a global pandemic lockdown. The record was produced in the process of a fleeting stream of thought, and rather than relying on the use of automatization and the digital, it consists of recorded instruments. Drum machines, live drums, drum pads, keyboards, accompanied by bewildering vocals - all create an enticing audio tale that embodies the ethereal state of today's existence. Whilst being confined in the new secluded and virtual reality of the world, the artwork was devised via Facetime by photographer Nick Gavrilov, and just like the EP, it depicts the act of creation as such; Gorbachev's kitchen transformed into a temporary art studio where the interchange of imagination roamed free. The 'Nichego Ne Ponyal' EP is a result of Philipp Gorbachev's collaboration with System 108 and is the 3rd vinyl release of the creative platform, which is recognized for delivering outstanding events in Moscow's electronic music scene More

A four track full colour special edition vinyl from Mella Dee. The lead ‘Riptide’, features original vocals from synth-pop trailblazer and founder of New Order/Joy Division Bernard Sumner. A slice of euphoria streaked with melancholy, 'Big Eff Off Groove' was the first track of the EP to be released as a single, following on it's massive Summer of 2022 where it garnered support across some of the biggest festival stages and clubs internationally. Mella Dee speaking on the record describes it as “Exactly what it says, heavy hitting no frills groove, complete with full on dubbed out effects. Enjoy.”! Followed up with two cuts of rolling house music on track 'Find Love Yourself', the 'Deeper Love Mix' explores Mella Dee’s affinity for the murkier corners of dance music, whilst the original mix is a deep-in-the-dance groover paired with a haunting Little Dragon vocal sample. The A-Side is comprised of classic tracks that have been given fresh life for with new remixes, kicking off with Mousse T.’s re-work of Dennis Ferrer’s ‘Hey Hey’, followed by Dario D’Attis’ remix of Kings Of Tomorrow’s ‘Finally’.
