Part 3 of the "Nachtboutique" Album by Berlin DJ legend Oliver Marquardt aka Dj Jauche releases the third sampler of his album 'Nachtboutique - Dirty Night s and Boogie Light s ' on Flaneur Recordings. FR 008 comes from Rockford Inc. First release came out on Jay Haze's Turning Spork to later be followed up on Hamburg Label, "Baalsaal" along with diverse remixes for the Berlin's "Sonar Kollektiv", FM Music and many more. This is a 3 Track Ep with a long, deep a-side, the track spreads over 11 minutes, always changing while keeping the foundations strong. May saw the release of Matthias Vogt's extraordinary new album: Pianissimo. A sound journey based on piano compositions, enriched with guitar sounds, drum and percussion parts, electronic influences and snippets of interviews with environmental activists.
Music that is very unique and cannot be directly assigned to any genre.
Two club mixes of Pianissimo tracks were created, which are now released on Flaneurecordings:
The Losoul mix of "The Mind Traveller" is a twisted dub that is cleverly teasing original elements again and again and finally boils up in a break. Peter Kremeier aka Losoul, producer legend from Frankfurt's Playhouse environment is himself a traveler in electronic music and takes us here on his very own internalized trip.
Flaneur boss DJ Jauche takes on "Shimmering Sea" and works close to the original, but refines the track masterfully for the deep dancefloors. A sound that works great for open airs as well as clubs. Very soulful, crisp and stylistically confident.

Incoming for the second release on House Music label Ascension on Wax, AoW's co-founder Lavan is dropping his 'For The Love EP.' This raw, authentic, party-ready release is arguably his best to date and pushes the purity of the old-school house music sound, whilst bringing it into the present. Lavans notorious usage of MPC sampling and borrowed synthesisers is flowing throughout the release alongside gorgeous jazz elements. Hydro-trip specialist Black Eyes closes the EP with a subterranean, downtempo roller of a remix which gives a nod to the iconic Detroit sound championed by the late Mike Huckaby amongst many others.

The Label Boss returns to his own Yore Imprint with another stunning solo Release. These are Different Times indeed for Andy Vaz if the EP's three mighty jams are indicative of where his music's heading. The A-side's "Over Here (A Glance Over Prime Time Mix)" roars from the very first moment Vaz unleashes its steaming, Latin-tinged groove. A far cry from the techno the Yore label head once issued, the tune finds Vaz exploring straight up dancefloor territory with a dizzying house pulse that straight up rocks. Melodies and voices rise to the surface of the Dionysian broil and then just as quickly recede, leaving room for a driving bass line to gain the spotlight. The flip's "Hurry Hurry (Before It's Too Late Mix)" is classic deep house just as one expects on Yore. A jazz-inflected strut with Tilman Ehrhorn's sax playing, wailing over waves of rollicking piano playing and spirited vocal chants. The energy level doesn't flag for the disc's final track, "Bygone Times (Nostalgia Mix)," which stokes a fiery house swing with its locomotive pulse, futuristic synth patterning, and high-velocity bass lines. Vaz's music has never sounded more impassioned and energized than it does in these three tracks and consequently, just as one might predict, Different Times feels like it's over far too soon.

Oxia's classic 'Domino' gets reworked for it's ten year anniversary - in 2 vinyl parts.

A decade after initially seeing the light, Oxia's now classic 'Domino' get's reworked to celebrate it's anniversary. The new release features a new cut by Oxia himself as well as several remixes by none other than Frankey & Sandrino, Robag Wruhme and Matador. The EP will be released through Agoria's newly found record label Sapiens on February 24th.

Ten years ago the track made waves in the international dance music circuit, striking up chords with techno, trance and house DJs alike to quickly become an all-time classic. Having never expected the track to reach the status that it his, it's a very dear project to Oxia and he needed quite some persuading to give in and let Agoria and his team create something that was worthy of the original. The set of tracks are the first officially commissioned remixes by Oxia ever.

Kyivian producer JOSS breaks the first ground with "Assessing". A sweet opener that immediately reveals its emotional but happy core. As the song progresses, it gradually immerses you in its world of smooth and phasing string pads. The rhythm groove, while fluffy, also manages to create a sense of intensity that keeps the listener engaged throughout. This third and final installment of the Fusion remix series sees Len Faki personally select from his most beloved producers to expand on his ambitious album project Fusion that was released as a double LP in 2023.


First up is Herbert's trippy rework of Don't Be Stupid Day, one of the album's most memorable vocal cuts. Herbert's Brain Dub transforms the track slowly and playfully, using the witty lyrics for crafting catchy hooks.

Irish powerhouse Cromby has two appearances on this EP, getting to revamp the more house-leaning productions from Fusion. His take on It's Time (to Move Your Body) is grooving grand, its bubbling acid riff and dancing hi hats teeming with life. Meanwhile, the Blackjack remix further energizes the original's shiny centerstage synths, crazily riding the pitch up and down for an all-out party.

Finally, the brotherly duo Glaskin are reshaping the ambient album highlight Gamma into a highly effective, reduced but propulsive, tunneling techno affair.
