Following an erotic adventure in the jungle on his own Moonlighting imprint, Øyvind Morken returns to Full Pupp, with Invisible Objects. Øyvind Morken ventures into the functional aspects of dance music for his latest EP, calling on his invaluable experiences from the DJ booth and moulding them into four dance floor tracks that highlight the more mysterious corners of Oslo’s dance floors.
Built on the foundation of syncopated high hats and elastic Juno bass sequences that have become the Oslo DJ’s trademark sound palette, Invisible Objects finds Morken in a coy mood. Catchy melodic phrases repeat over driving rhythm sections, constructed from Morken’s vast knowledge and experience of the dance floor. Øyvind ingrains a mysterious air in the title track as the main melodic phrase drifts off its central pitch in a woolly distraction from the precise rhythm section. Unholy Trance’s Theremin-like central motif carries this sentiment through on the A-side, creating a hazy B-movie aesthetic against the backdrop of the primal pulse that has transcended the jungle for the cold solitude of space.
Morken is nothing but a curator of mood, taking the experience of the DJ booth once again to the recorded format. As Invisible Objects moves over to the B-side, the producer tones things down with the lusciously serene New age of Faith, a cover of LB Bad´s classic Nu Groove record from 1989, before making the final ominous statement with Dance of the Drunk, a track forged in the bowels of an electro beat while metallic bass-stabs make a sizeable impression in the speaker cabinet, before moving onto its next victim.

8 years after DJ Sotofett's last visit to our label(FPST1) we received some tracks perfectly timed AND
perfectly primed for that elusive number 75 release.
This time teaming up with Rex Ronny, we're stoked to have him back and even more
stoked about the music engraved in these grooves.
DJ Sotofett and Rex Ronny embodies a solid 7 track EP for Full Pupp with a strong Sci-Fi pallet of Cosmic-Italo racers. "Epidermis" is not another conjectural Nu-Disco record but a strong Disco-Dub infused travel in rhythm and melody. The entirety of the EP is bound together by four Galactic synth tracks and three driving Disco cuts, all with an individual approach. It's a solid nod to the excellence producers of Italian Disco and UK left-of-center dance music has taught us since the late 70's. Rex Ronny (aka Ronny Nyheim from PsyPal fame) was challenged by DJ Sotofett to play all synth parts live in the studio, for Sotofett to mix the material in his new studio set up for ultimate Cosmic, Dance & Dub sonics. To perfect the rhythm suction, congas by Stiletti-Ana (from Jesse) was added in the mix, and LNS contributed with a harmony-bridge for maximum pathos.

After a long Pause Full Pupp are finally back - and with New Oslo Talent Supreme.
Jaeger Club´s resident Ivaylo returns here to Prins Thomas' always on-point Full Pupp label for a release defined by its imaginative take on contemporary house and techno. Featuring three peak-time dance floor tracks, Syklon is a release that speaks to discerning dance floor connoisseurs in emphatic fashion.

Anyone who’s followed Ivaylo’s musical career to date will know that this is a man who values quality and eclecticism above all else. Raised in Bulgaria but now firmly based in Oslo, the Jaeger resident has really been finding his feet of late, playing alongside some of the scene’s best-known names and consistently putting out expert sounds courtesy of his Bogota label. 2019, however is the year that the producer’s sounds are sure to reach a new audience still. Indeed, his first solo release of the year comes at us here courtesy of fellow Oslo dweller Prins Thomas’s always on-point Full Pupp imprint. Featuring three classy tracks that explore the producer’s many influences, this one is every bit as exciting as we’d anticipated.



It’s the dubby, weighty sounds of ‘Syklon’ that get the release underway. Notable for its classy drums and unlikely turn of pace around the halfway point, it’s an innovative track that speaks volumes of Ivaylo’s knack for taking chances—and being greatly rewarded for doing so. Kicking off on a fairly innocuous tip, it morphs into a full-bodied techno workout thanks to some expert synths and an old-school vocal.



‘Aerodynamisk’ is another impressive battle weapon, with this one drenched in positive, sun-glistened sounds and emotive overtones. Banging but also deep in parts, it walks the tightrope between two very different strands with an impressive distinction. Like ‘Syklon’ before it, it refuses to stand still and opt for a straightforward approach, with this one also taking the listener on a wild ride over the course of its 6-or-so minutes. Culminating the release is ‘Karla’, a baseline-led jam that really comes to life with the piano keys come into play. A catchy jam that’s hard not to fall for, this one is full of enticing, mysterious vibes from the off. An imaginative listen from start to finish, Ivaylo’s latest truly is a release worth treasuring.

Tom Dragebo is a Norwegian born Dj and Berlin Residential Producer whose love for techno and house music is infectious and radiates through every set he plays. Hailing from a small leafy town in Norway, Dragebo has been Djing for over 10 years and has been producing tracks since 2008. This album initially started out as an entry for the Inside Out series on Aus - based around the idea of collaborations with his nearest and dearest but when David sent me the music and wrote a few new tracks there was such a cohesive, timeless feel to it as a body of work I decided that it had to be a stand alone artist album. These tracks have been written over a twenty year period and involve 6 people but it sounds like it was written in one sitting. This is testament to David's creative aesthetic and the closeness of the relationship with his collaborators as a common feeling of warmth and smudged soul oozes out of every poor of this record. Sean La’Brooy is an Australian producer and composer currently based in New York, who’s work traverses ambient, jazz and house music. He is the co-founder of Australian ambient label Analogue Attic Recordings. With this release, La’Brooy has hooked up with the Scissor and Thread label to put out Merchant - five dreamy and versatile tracks featuring his distinct style of harmonically complex pads mixed with jazz-influenced instrumental melodies and solos. Snow Storm starts the journey, coupling field recordings with snippets of gentle jazz lines and wandering percussion. Cargo is the most dancefloor-oriented of the release, and locks into a driving groove early on, featuring various synth and piano fragments to add and flow through the track. Pilot is a track that also finds an off-kilter groove, embellished with dubbed-out percussion by fellow Australian Joseph Batrouney and samples. Storage too features a guest—New York based drummer Leo Yucht—who delivers a rolling breakbeat which is intertwined with live percussion, airy pads and snippets of piano to build a rich atmosphere. The closing piece is Helipad, a dubby bassline providing the anchor for an intricate rhythm of bongos and synth to support a light-as-a-feather melody.

Mount Liberation Unlimited are Tom and Niklas, two Swedes from space who have spent the last 5 years
carving out a particularly vivid niche in contemporary electronic music. Their previous work has seen them
connect with an impressive list of global dance powerhouses: New York's Beats In Space, Melbourne's
Superconscious and Munich's Permanent Vacation have all released 12'' heat from the duo, while their
hometown buddies at Studio Barnhus provided an outlet for what has been perhaps their biggest and boldest
release yet, 2017's double smash single Double Dance Lover. Their live shows are fervent, fast-paced and very
multi-instrumental affairs, performed non-stop at an increasingly prestigious list of clubs and festivals, serving
as prime examples of the MLU boys' core obsession: the interaction of human rhythm and electronic pulse.
They have their own great little radio show on Gilles Peterson's Worldwide FM! Australia loves them! They
got their artist friend Tom-Hadar Elde to sculpt their heads for their debut album cover!
That self-titled debut, to be released May 31 on Studio Barnhus, has been in progress since the very formation
of the MLU project in 2014. It contains some of their earliest work and of course their very latest – all perfected
at the Neve desk of legendary Gothenburg studio Svenska Grammofonstudion, in cahoots with mix engineer
Christoffer Berg (Depeche Mode, Robyn, Fever Ray).
The result is a sonically fascinating, endlessly generous and straight up FUN record that takes the listener on a
joyride through bittersweet stoner disco, frenzied scando-kraut jams and some of the sweetest dance pop to
come out of Sweden this side of Super Trouper.
The record is preceded by a limited 10'' release of album track Climb Me Up, complete with an exclusive club
