The Boogie Twins aka Ashley Beedle and Ray Mang have reworked and edited one of Paul 'Trouble' Anderson's biggest signature tracks
A message from Ashley Beedle:
We loved going to the Electric Ballroom to see the legendary Paul 'Trouble' Anderson who was killing it in there with Boogie, Electro, Hip Hop and Disco - he was such a huge musical influencer.
When he dropped 'Heaven and Earth' in the mid 80's, the joint went ballistic.
That tune ruled London and became not only a rare groove classic but remains a much loved staple of today's club scene - all because of Paul's exceptional ear for music.

The Godfather of the Montreal disco Robert Ouimet was a resident DJ at The Limelight between 1973 to 1981.
Basically this man got history!
After a fine release on Basic Fingers last year he now got two funk-disco edits for GAMM.
On the A side Robert takes on a classic, Yellow Sunshine by Yellow Sunshine (translated in French on the release) which was a well established b-boy anthem as well as a classic cut for DJs like Danny Krivit and David Mancuso.
On the B, we find another obscure funk-disco jam packed with soulful vocals, moog synths and big disco breakdowns.

London based Prescription Pricing Authority returns to GAMM with another 7" monster. With heavy doses of soul, funk and jazz infected disco this beautifully designed release delivers on both sides. A side's Pick'em Up is a real disco thumper with big horns and powerful vocals that just works. The B side delivers a mid 70-s jazz-funk rework that will definitely get the jazz dancers moving.

Italian edit maestro Moplen is establishing himself as one of the key figures on the re-edit scene and has been a returning act on GAMM for years. On this strictly vinyl release we see Moplen reworking Deodato's jazz-funk classic 'Whistlebump' into a massive + ten minutes long escapade...
that string breakdown towards the end is jus’ bad ass! On the flip we also included his much demanded rework of Chaka Khans 'I Know You, I Live You' that has been a big spin for many close fam DJs over the last year. More

SMBD aka Simbad is back with his third seasonal EP on GAMM. After a long and dark winter SMBD thought we all could need some uplifting and soulful spring music...church style! These three gospel boogie/disco jams have been his personal DJ weapons over recent years but now they're given a sweet edit twist for your dancing pleasure.
