'Spoiled Love' is the debut album from Buzzy Lee (aka Sasha Spielberg). Spoiled Love is unapologetically confessional, The album is about the cycle of an unhealthy relationship, the understanding that one might play a part in that themselves, coming to terms with it and then returning to a state of childhood adolescence following it. These songs started breathing on the coast of Northern California, sat through the traffic of Los Angeles and then found their way to Northern Italy where she crafted and recorded them with longtime friend and collaborator Nicholas Jaar over three trips.

Future Classic - the Australian independent label and home to Flume, Chet Faker, Flight Facilities and Jagwar Ma - are proud to announce the signing of Danish production duo Kenton Slash Demon. To celebrate the new signing, Kenton Slash Demon have released 'Harpe' - the first half of a forthcoming AA-side 12" Harpe/Syko.
Future Classic founder Nathan McLay says of the signing:
We are psyched to be working with KSD. They are an illusive act whose infrequent originals and even rarer remixes became early morning staples at our club nights in Sydney over the years. We never expected it but when we were recently sent demos of some new original music to consider it was an easy and natural thing for us. KSD make forward thinking four to the floor club music with strong emotional gravitas that's at once bleak and euphoric. They are also not afraid to experiment - be it old school rave or reinterpreting breakbeats - which is also appealing to us in a genre that can sometimes feel stale. We are chuffed to sign future classic's first Danish artists!
Silas Moldenhawer and Jonas Kenton, both children of the early 80´s, grew up alongside each other in the tiny big city of Copenhagen. In their teenage years they discovered electronic music and this led them to start spinning records and producing tracks together. Years later they met two other talented musicians and formed Danish indie-electro outfit, When Saints Go Machine, but still kept building Kenton Slash Demon as a separate project.
Whilst working on their When Saints Go Machine debut, Kenton Slash Demon released their critically acclaimed 'Khattabi' EP on Tartelet Records. A steady succession of high quality EPs followed on the Danish label: 'Sun' EP (2010), 'Matter' EP (2010)'Daemon' EP (2011) and then the 'Ore' single (2012), garnering the duo widespread recognition and praise from critics and peers alike. Fans over the years include DJ Koze, Dixon, Claude Von Stroke, Brodinski, Luciano to Hot Chip, John Talabot, Gold Panda and Michael Mayer. Phenomenal Handclap Band is back on Toy Tonics with remixes by Superpitcher & Ray Mang! The New York indie disco crew delivers their third song to the Berlin dancefloor label. Their last 2 Toy Tonics singles, Judge Not and Jail, have already made big waves with heavy rotations in the sets of people like DJ Harvey, Artwork, Gilles Peterson, Keinemusik and many others. Now they are back with another surefire smash: „Remain Silent“
The Phenomenal Handclap Band from New York has been known for a couple of funk-driven releases before, but also for supporting or collaborating with such giants as Bryan Ferry, Marcos Valle and Nile Rodgers & Chic .
The band, based around multi instrumentalist and producer Daniel Collás, is releasing this new single in advance of their new album on Toy Tonics in 2020. This is just a warm up!

Cadenza´s head honcho Luciano teams with House music legend David Morales
up for “Esperanza” a long awaited release that will fire up the summertime. David
and Luciano composed the track together but then each one refined his own personal
mix.
Luciano ´s “Flow Latino Mix” is a long tribalistic ground moving crescendo with a
sub-frequency dense kick and sparkling nuyorican flavoured percussions. The hand
drums ensemble ride a magnetic bass provoking a state of hypermnesia slowly
reaching a climax of celestial chords. This subtle spectral progression finally breaks
down a feeling of positive trust and spiritual healing.
David Morales' "Red Zone Mix" is a lengthy dramatic ascension with a darker
feeling. Stretched textures are the background of a constellation of scattered
percussions, over which fast paced hi-hats subliminally introduce evocative strings
and arpeggios, as they were coming out, at last, as the Hope from the Pandora's
Box.

Don Laka, short for Donald Laka, is a South African jazz and funk musician. He was a very influential musician in the 80`s and 90`s, working with the likes of Sipho Mabuse, Brenda Fassie, and Sankomota.
In 1986 he released a four track EP, Stages of love. The track Stages, an upbeat, synth-driven disco song, has never been released like this before. Here you have the original song, wonderfully pressed on a whole side. The other side contains a delicious Prins Thomas edit, almost nine minutes of high octane South African discoboogie. Both sides are remastered, giving the song the whole sonically register. The original 4 tracker is almost impossible to find, but here you get the full original version plus the tasty Prins Thomas edit, in a beautiful cover reinterpreted by the 1986 original cover.

Take Daniel Leseman's signature swing and loose arrangements, add a touch of Junktion's knack for jazzy chords and sampling, and you get Fouk. After a set of excellent solo releases on their own Outplay records and Slow Town, the duo now turn to Heist with a killer EP. Kill Frenzy's wobbling bass line might easily be a playful Dave Holland getting into his zone, and all the tiny elements and variations give Kill Frenzy that perfect vibe to really get a party going. Lefty's Bar goes a step further on the jazzy vibe, with the same loose percussion and vintage keys, a lazy horn section and a lovely twisted and turned female vocal sample filtering in and out. Ken sent me is perhaps the most straightforward track on the EP, with Rhodesy pads and a great use of tremolo to give swing to the 4x4 rhythm. Our suggestion: get it while you can, cause this one is gonna hit hard.
