REPRESS ALERT: UK techno stalwart Russ Gabriel has proven himself time and time again in the deeper corners of the genre, not least at the helm of the seminal Ferox label. Recent appearances for the likes of FireScope and Rawax have equally affirmed his position at the forefront of his field nearly 30 years after first emerging. The standard is no lower on this new release for Subconscious Algorithms, which kicks off with the Detroit-styled delights of "Photoa" before melting into the mellow brain food of "End Of Doubt". "Dromedary" brings some luscious acid sounds into the melodic mix, and "16 Hours" completes the set with an elegant trip through pin-prick electro for the after-hours set. More

FireScope welcomes the amazingly talented Russ Gabriel aka Mr Ferox with his debut Firescope EP - The Controller. The opener and title track “Controller” twists and turns its bass line to speak to us in tongues. With no kick drum, this one is interlaced with strings and percussion and the melody of a future classic. “Drimmits” takes over the reins and is a surprising contrast with its pounding kick drum and accompanying bass groove, lush strings and an upbeat happy vibe.
Turning to the B Side “The Way To Go” leads the way. When label boss Steven Rutter heard Russ jamming with this on a FaceBook Live stream he just had to sign it. Reminiscent of some early Detroit techno, this one uses glorious pads to evolve into and epic track. Leading out we have “Nova Deep” with a nice retro feel and prominent bass line once again. This joyful uplifting track could have you dancing around or just chilling out with your headphones on.
Finished in blue and white splatter vinyl with exclusive full colour artwork as always.

To celebrate the label's 25 year anniversary Ferox brings you this three-tracker from label boss Russ Gabriel. The A side is Russ's classic "Peace For Thought" from 1993. Long overdue for a repress and one of his most treasured works, this track is a mesmerising journey of warm pads and strings. On the flip there are two brand new recordings from Russ. There is no introduction to two of our most favorite artists on Dieb Audio. Phonogenic and Sasse teamed up once again and laid down a solid, deep tech track “High Gee”. They have also delivered a dub version of “High Gee” resulting to a hypnotic yet very groovy vibe. To comple the package, we have asked technohead “Jesper Dahlback” to remix High Gee and delivered a techno bomb. Jesper is well known for his releases and remixes with Adam Beyer and on labels like Drumcode, Turbo, Harthouse, Soma, Novamute, Mute and Pokerflat among many others. We're delighted to present what we feel is another outstanding addition to our release catalogue. Enjoy!!

We are proud to present "Solee" (owner of Parquet Recordings) who has crafted a pick time tech, yet melodic bomb for our 20th Dieb Audio release. Solee simply delivered a production that bears all the hallmarks of his attention to quality and detail. "Oasis" is sure to cause damage on dance floors, Watch out for that bass line when it kicks in while tripping with the strings. Providing some variety to the package, we have asked from label regular "Russ Gabriel" to remix Oasis and he delivered two amazing versions with his unique deep tech sounds and synth creations. Completing things, Dieb Audio owner and studio whiz "John Dalagelis", delivered a deep old school sounding remix with brilliant drumming and great chord pads!
