To close out the e.p. ‘Nightflight’ takes you on a nocturnal tip combing swelling pads, dreamy arps and melancholic Detroit flavoured synth lines to great effect. 180G cyan blue 12" vinyl with Laser-etched tracklist in double sleeves and a deluxe PvC wallet with flap. Another in ART's first limited edition 20th anniversary release series sees a label debut for Dutch artists TJ Kong and Eric De Man. Both have known each other since the early days of dutch house music and often talked about getting together in the studio ever since they met - but it took them until now to actually do it! The music is a result of their shared love for the Roland SH101 and Girardin Black Label Geuze. Deep, tasteful with energy for the dancefloors, both Luid and Duidelijk fit the ART concept of forward thinking electronic dance music with plenty of soul. Luid gets the heavy club treatment from UK legend Mark Broom. A key part of Pittsburgh funky take on the Detroit blueprint, Rudiman has been blowing minds with his live shows for years - and now he brings some of that energy and DIY approach to sound-making to UK's finest dance label ART. The original mix is a perfect example of Rudiman's direct, live mix approach to recording - resulting in an energetic effect perfect for the dancefloors. ART-NR2 is the third release in ART Records Remaster series following on from Carl Craig's Psyche/BFC and Kirk Degiorgio's 'Nairobi' EP.
Promenade Eleven lives up to the billing of those illustrious predecessors, being a reverse-engineered remake of "Night On The Promenade" which originally appeared in limited quantities on the New Religion label in 2006 under the name "Super-A-Loof". Labelled at the time as a successor to classic Techno tracks such as Derrick May's 'The Beginning' and Rolando's 'Knights of the Jaguar', this re-make will finally bring it to the wider audience it deserves via the ART label.

Miles Sagnia builds on his sterling productions for Aesthetic Audio and A.E.R. with this fine slab of techno for Kirk Degiorgio's ART label. Transmission and Reticuli show the clubby side of Sagnia - with it's precision beats and acidic overtones, whilst the blissed out, two-part United We Stand rounds off each side in blissed out perfection. Sagnia continues to be somebody to watch in 2011.

Deep Space Orchestra is the recording pseudonym for a long-standing series of collaborations between Chris Barker and Si Murray, who met in 2005 while watching Joe Claussell and Danny Krivit spin at a Body & Soul night. Their music draws inspiration from classic house and techno as well as film soundtracks, sci-fi flicks, video games and a dark sense of humour.
