Submerge Sessions Vol. 1 is inspired by the music production studio’s periodic listening sessions- a brain child of UR member Cornelius Harris aka Atlantis. These listening sessions attract talent from all over the map, emulating Motown’s cut-throat talent sessions.

London-based artist Hilit Kolet returns to Rekids, collaborating with New York’s The Illustrous Blacks, the project formed by Manchildblack and Monstah Black, for the ‘Transatlantic Kiki’ EP, landing 29th August 2025 via Radio Slave’s Rekids. Legendary father-daughter duo Floorplan remix the single, with the release following up Kolet’s 2024 ‘Snap Talk’ EP, which won support from artists like Dam Swindle, Chloé Caillet, Bradley Zero, and more. With lyrics that connect London and New York, ‘Transatlantic Kiki’ is a tough, funk-fueled roller true to Hilit Kolet’s signature production style, infused with an unmatchable personality via The Illustrous Blacks’ playful, vogue-like vocals. It’s hypnotic, bold, and irresistible, with the pair supplying a loopy ‘First Class’ mix that introduces vocal elements not featured in the original, amplifying the track’s qualities to hit even harder, and works the dancefloor into a sweat. Robert and Lyric Hood, known together as Floorplan, remix Hilit Kolet & The Illustrous Blacks’ ‘Transatlantic Kiki’. Equally infectious as the original, they transform its rhythm into a drummy late-night cut. Incunabula, the debut full-length offering from Autechre finally made available again on vinyl, having been out of print on vinyl since 2001. Having first emerged onto a post-acid house 1993, Incunabula was released as part 7 of the now legendary Artificial Intelligence series of albums and compilations from Warp. A series that gave us early records from artists who went on to sculpt the electronic landscape both in and out of the club. Being lined up against such contemporaries as Black Dog Productions (Balil and Plaid) Aphex under his Polygon Window guise, Richie Hawtin's FUSE project, Speedy J, B12 & on the series' closing compilation, artists as diverse as Seefeel, Richard H Kirk & The Higher Intelligence Agency. Incunabula set the tone for the following landmark albums from Ae, huge caustic dissections of sound that almost resemble vast mathematical equations more than they do club fodder (though tracks like the breakbeat whip crack of Doctrine and the acidic euphoria of Maetl, which when deployed by the right DJ will go off). For those just arriving at the edge of Ae's world and are looking for an entry point into the sprawling discography of the group, or those of you looking to delve into the pre-MaxMSP archives, this is the record for you. There is not much we can say that has not been said before, but this truly is a landmark album of UK electronica, a legendary recording that still even after twenty-six years still sounds like a future we are yet to arrive at.

The word 'Icosahedrite' refers to the geometric figure icosahedron, and arises from the idea that the EP is an amalgam of electronic music styles with many other aspects of traditional musical genres, like jazz or blues. Metaphorically, those genres act as the multiple sides of an imaginary icosahedron. Something complex yet solid that sits outside of the conventional emerges as the final result.
A1 "Phason Jazz" - This is a track where conventional jazz structures converge with electronica, and the influences Eduardo gets from Miles Davis and John Coltrane shine themselves. Twisted keyboards patterns mixed with delays and deafening effects form a place to get lost, and eventually repetition becomes hypnotism and turns into an automatic trance.
B1 " Mr Dewey D" - Mr Dewey D is referring again to Miles, and his first and second surnames.This song is much more influenced by Dark Comedy (aka Kenny Larkin) and all the records that he throws out on the french label "Poussez" titled "FunkFaker: Music Saves My Soul" Blues breath tirelessly in this composition where there is not much time for an objective analysis and where everything finally leads to an insane ending.

Landing 29th August 2025, the emotive 2019 track is reimagined with a powerful take from Bäumel plus a Club Mix from Amtrac himself. Damian Lazarus welcomes Kentucky-born, Los Angeles-based artist Amtrac to Crosstown Rebels for a special revisit of his much-loved track ‘Just’, originally released in 2019 on his label OPENERS. The 2025 remix package brings fresh interpretations crafted for the dancefloor courtesy of acclaimed German-born, Lisbon-based producer Patrice Bäumel, alongside Amtrac’s own extended Club Mix. Known for his fearless musical evolution, Amtrac, real name Caleb Cornett, has carved a reputation for bridging genres with emotion-led dance music that resonates both on and off the dancefloor. Revisiting ‘Just’ with Crosstown Rebels marks a new chapter in the track’s journey, opening it up to a new wave of club-ready reinterpretations. As the original’s shimmering melodies meet fresh layers of rhythm and energy, the result is a record that resonates with both nostalgia and forward motion. Leading the charge, Patrice Bäumel steps up with a stunning remix that transforms the original into a hypnotic, high-impact dancefloor weapon. Drawing on his storied history of creating euphoric moments on the world’s biggest stages with material on labels such as Kompakt and Cocoon, Patrice infuses his unmistakable, tension-building style, layering driving grooves with cinematic textures. Speaking on the remix, Rounding out the package, Amtrac himself delivers his own Club Mix, reimagining ‘Just’ with extended energy and a refi ned arrangement built for peak-time sets, highlighting his ever-evolving approach to production and delivering his own vision for the record when transformed for dancefloors.

Autechre continue their chronological series of LP reissues with the albums Untilted (2005) and Quaristice (2008).
Neither of these albums have been repressed since their original release and have been widely unavailable for over 15 years.
Demand in the interim has ensured coveted resale among fans wanting to hear this music on vinyl.These reissues come at a particularly active time for Autechre as they prepare to embark on one of their most extensive live tours to date, including an entirely sold out run of 25 shows in 29 days through US, Canada and Mexico in October, as well as tours in EU (August) and UK (November).
Autechre most recently released new music in November 2024 with the ongoing digital project AE_2022–.
