The intention of this album as always, is my creative outlet.

Tripped's second full length album has arrived, roughly one year after Unboxed (PRSPCT273) and is once again ready to take you on another journey through hard techno, industrial, acid, breaks & hardcore techno.

Tripped digs deeper into raw & analog techniques that will teleport you back to the wastelands of 90's warehouse raves.
While slowly building in Bpm and intensity, It features both emotional and kickheavy tracks ready to take on any dancefloor.
It also includes a Slave To Society remix of 'Tank', earlier released on MADINCH003.

While we once again recognise the artwork style from past releases (painted by himself) we notice another personal concept linked to the album . 'A Thing About Something' addresses mental health issues, anxieties & depression and aspires to keep fighting the daily struggles.

Tripped has been producing hard Industrial electronic music for over 17 years. Releasing a ton of quality EPs and 12" records ranging from full force terror to slow industrial techno. Always pushing forward perfecting his unique signature sound no matter what style or BPM range.

Now after 17 years we are super excited to be able to present his first ever full length album, on PRSPCT recordings.

Unboxed by Tripped is a 3 x 12" vinyl album consisting of 13 tracks that take the listener on one giant musical journey passing all corners of the Tripped galaxy.

From experimental noisy industrial tracks like "Pain" & "909". To speeding up the pace on a track like "Fartbox" while throwing in some heavy pounding schranz on "Shinyuku Heat".

Bringing back the oldschool vibes on "Misfits" together with ISR legend Lenny Dee and than going full force hardcore/breakcore war mode on "Kapsalon".

This album just keeps the listener moving, never a dull moment, pure adrenaline & excitement.

Straight digi-lovers cover fire from Kim Mulligan on 333, courtesy of Winston Jones' Brooklyn-based Flames stable. Taking on the Rose Royce classic in Phillip Smart's legendary Long Island studio during the latter part of the 1980s, with deft flourishes from NY reggae scene stalwarts Computer Paul & Danny Marshall. Flip it for a dub that ramps up the balearic feels, replete with loon calls and rushing water.

Debut release on GAMM for San Francisco's edit and reworks maestro King Most.
For this supa funky 7inch, King Most first takes on Dorothy (Ashby), Dilla (Jay) and Phife (Dog) and puts it all in the blender for a rare groove(ish) hip hop jam...on a slight Detroit tip.

On the AA side King Most hits up Patrice Rushen and blends her with Soul II Soul vocals for a warm and tasteful rework.
