Tresor Records announces the first-ever reissue of Drexciya’s Fusion Flats 12” vinyl, including remixes from Detroit’s Octave One, Kaotic Spatial Rhythms and 043 Chaos.
Originally released in the wake of Drexciya’s seminal 1999 Tresor debut album 'Neptune’s Lair', this release marks its long-awaited return and first appearance on digital platforms. The remastered edition contains the original extended version of Fusion Flats and features new artwork by Detroit-based contemporary artist Matthew Angelo Harrison, whose reimagined covers continue to shape the Drexciya reissue series.
25 years later, Fusion Flats returns to the constellation of Drexciya’s Tresor works, connecting their debut full-length to further explorations that continue to inspire generations.

In 2011 Kevin Saunderson, Ann Saunderson and Paris Grey, collectively known as the legendary band Inner City, released ‘Future’, their first entirely new material since taking a break in 1996, written and produced in collaboration with another Detroit legend, namely Kenny Larkin, and the very talented producer / remixer Orlando Voorn. The track marked a welcome return for a group that combined the tough, futuristic grooves of the Detroit scene with the vocal energy of R&B and gospel and helped to define the period in which house and techno moved from underground phenomena to top 10 material, paving the way for hundreds of dance hits to come. The Kenny Larkin remix devastated dancefloors at the time and continues to do so over 10 years since its release. Now fully reissued backed with the Carl Craig edit from the original pressing and the MK AW Deep Dub which had previously only seen a one-sided hand stamped white label vinyl outing.

25 has always been a mystical number in the world of Kiosk ID, woven into our story since the
earliest days of Bar 25, Holzmarkt 25, and every chapter since. When midnight struck on
December 31st of last year and 2025 arrived, the magic of the number was undeniable,echoing
through Kater Blau, Holzmarkt, and Kiosk ID—and calling for a celebration like no
other.
As our lasers lit the night, two core Kiosk ID artists—Britta Arnold and Sascha Cawa—took to the
decks, weaving a spellbinding journey crafted specifically for this moment. Months in
the making, they unfolded a beautifully hypnotic tribute to the magic of 25, premiering five tailormade tracks in the process.
That moment lives on as Kiosk ID no. 40—a special double LP capturing the magic of that night.
Side A features the live New Year’s recording: an unfiltered document of Britta and Sascha’s
hypnotic, otherworldly, and deeply danceable set, as it unfolded in real time—strobing into the first
moments of the new year.
Sides B, C, and D feature five exclusive studio originals, written and produced specifically for this
night. On ‘Counting’, Britta and Sasha unfold their brand of stripped darkness and rolling groove
work, while ‘Reformer’ teeters on taut coils of suspended synths. With
‘NGVMT’, the energy bursts open—a radiant block-party roller with throbbing staccato swagger
and clanking metallic arpeggios. ‘Beam’ lifts off into pure cosmic wonder, its fluttering, airy themes
spiralling skyward. ‘Good Life’ rolls the credits with a beautifully introspective soliloquy, tender and
reflective beneath gentle waves of aspirating piano chords.

Donato Dozzy and Sabla present a new chapter in their collaboration with Morpho, a suite of four sonic sculptures designed to be best enjoyed on your favorite sound system.
If the first chapter, Crono featuring the four Flusso tracks released in 2023 was about forward flow and abstraction, Morpho is rooted in solidity and form.
Forma I is stripped down to the very core: a massive bass foundation, few sonic particles and a mutant snare. The perfect good example of how less is sometimes more.
Forma II, while retaining the same dry, minimal aesthetic, develops a maze of details and tempos inviting you to lose yourself in it.
Forma III begins to explore a deeper, more organic dimension. Percussion and reverbs emerge, while metallic elements seem to search their place, like electrons orbiting a nucleus.
Forma IV feels like the opening of a cocoon, where a new form comes to life in the organic world. A relentless percussion loop and an intense, slapping snare run throughout the track, carrying this journey to its end.
All sounds were recorded in Rome in July 2024 at Dozzy’s studio, then edited and at times deconstructed to the granular level through February 2025.
