This Dutch music project was created in the late 1980s by two graphic designers, Edwin Van Der Laag and Huib Shippers, who were in love with electronic music. Their debut album is divided into two parts, the first with Edwin’s music and the second with Huib’s. Obviously Van Der Laag’s songs are inspired by Laserdance, for which Van Der Laag also designed album covers, however Shippers’ part is slightly different, less aggressive, trance-inducing, which makes the whole album truly extraordinary. This is the first vinyl reissue of this album since its first appearance.

Traditionally, he was joined by Stefano Brignoli, who wrote the lyrics and lent his voice, and that’s how we witnessed the creation of new bomb by Some Bizarre. But this is not the end of the sensation, because Linda Jo Rizzo joined the band as a guest and you will hear her in female vocal parts, as befits real, indigenous Italo disco. The whole thing was produced by A.P. Mono in collaboration with Marino Scarabelli. For dessert, a very nice remix by Electro Potato.

Together with the reissue of Jackie Touche – “Watch Out”, Vintage Pleasure Boutique is raising the temperature and re-releasing the second famous and idolized Made Up Records classic: Claudia T – Dance With Me. In 1988, this tune created a sensation on the dance floors of Europe and Japan. Fans of Michiel Van Der Kuy’s talent cried heavy tears of joy as they placed this record on the turntable and put the needle on it. The combination of high energy, Laser Dance sounds and Claudia Robbens’ seeet vocals was a hit. The song has become a permanent part of the canon of electronic dance music of the 1980s. The reissued release, in addition to restored and re-mastered original versions, also includes new remixes in the same genre. Prospero, A.P. Massimo Morini, has been technical director and conductor of San Remo festival for over 30 years. On his conducting debut in 1995 he was only 26 years old. A forgotten and highly demanded among obscure 7" italo collectors tune titled “Dance Floor Girl” is now brought back to the light of day on a 12" vinyl. The reissue contains previously unreleased 12" version as well remixes by Flemming Dalum, Italoconnection and Also Playable Mono.
