Django Django - Don’t Touch That Dial feat. Yuuko Sings (Make A Dance ‘Vinyl Only’
LTD BLUE VINYL EDITION
A match made in dancefloor heaven, as two worlds collide with LDN partystarters Make A Dance committing their official remix of indie rock four-piece, Django Django’s percussive bumper ‘Don't Touch That Dial’ to vinyl for a limited pressing, complete with vinyl only dub mix on the flip.
Already squarely aimed at the club, the Make A Dance duo take the original to stratospheric heights, flipping it into a body-popping, electro bomb which sits Japanese singer Yuuko’s vocals centre stage intertwined with glitching synth lines and acid armoury to turn this into a full frontal, downright infectious firecracker.
On the B, the vinyl only exclusive dub mix let’s those juiced up, electro grooves fly as deft hints of Yuuko’s vocals bounce around your brain.
Cop now or forever hold your peace.

Special remarks : 7" EP / Sleeve has a central hole only on back cover, so that the B-side label completes the artwork.
Tracklist:
A. Tic Tac Toe
B. Tic Tac Toe (Django Django's Where's The Rides? Remix)
Short info:
After the release of their first album "Born Under Saturn" in 2012, and its follow up in 2015, musical adventurers Django Django went on to unchart new sounds and announce the release of "Marble Skies", their new album, on January 26th 2018.
"Tic Tac Toe" is the first extract of this forthcoming album, and gets an exclusive 7" EP release. The track is a dancing, psychedelic uptempo and terribly catchy rock title; and will fulfill every Django Django's rockabilly influence fan's expectations. Actually, the track is inspired from the very same improvisation that WOR and Shake & Tremble recorded for "Born Under Saturn".
The music video was directed by John Maclean, brother of David (drummer and producer of Django Django), and director of the atypical western "Slow West".

Tracklisting: A1. Pause Repeat (original)
A2. Clap! Clap! remix
A3. Bok Bok remix
B1. A JD Twitch Optimo Mix
B2. Debruit remix
Short info:
2015 has been an outstanding year for Django Django with the release of their inventive second album 'Born Under Saturn' which was met with rave reviews across the board. Continuing that success, the band are ready to unleash four fresh mixes of the latest single 'Pause Repeat' which, as we've come to expect from Django's remix packages, are about as on point as it gets.
The package starts out with an African beat paired with Parisian synths on Debruit's indie dance mix. Night Slugs' Bok Bok offers stop-start disco-infused euphoria. Italy's Clap! Clap! brings in off-kilter rhythms and infectious bubbles of analogue bass. Finally one half of legendary Glaswegian duo Optimo, JD Twitch, heads into deep, dubby and progressive techno territory.

A1 - Shake And Tremble B1 - Hold The Line
Django Django's debut album came out in January 2012 on Because Music and was lavished with praise. It was "updated psychedelia that beguiles and delights" (The Guardian), "consistently mind-melting and often brilliant" (Q), "bursting with ideas" (Pitchfork) and "gloriously, unpredictably new" (Mojo). By December it had been shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and named one of the albums of the year by Rolling Stone and NME. They became known from their electric live performances full of energy, and went on to play memorable shows at festivals across the globe including as Glastonbury and Fuji Rock. Their latest album released on May 4th, Born Under Saturn is the work of a band fired up by confidence and experience and propelled way beyond their DIY roots.
Like before, Django Django are blessedly oblivious to genre rules. "A lot of it has to do with growing up being more into mixtapes than albums," Dave says. "I think that sensibility comes through. Since I was a kid I've always tried to see the connections and threads through music."
After "First Light" and "Reflections", Django Django deliver a powerful surf-tinged track, about volcanic eruptions and human sacrifice, written with visual artist Haroon Mirza on a volcanic island.

A1 - Reflections A2 - Reflections (Happa Remix) , B1 - Reflections (Jellyman's Midnight Jelly Jam Remix) B2 - Reflections (Leith Waterworld Remix)
Short info:
Django Django's latest album Born Under Saturn expands on the slippery, indefinable brilliance of the debut, finding magic in the unexplored spaces between different kinds of music, and never doing the same thing twice.
After delivering a catchy first single " First Light ", they share another single - a thumping, house-inflected ritualistic chant called "Reflections.".There's barely any guitar on the song; instead, it's driven by a relentless 4/4 pulse.
Django Django frontman Vinnie Neff: "Reflections is a story about someone who has dedicated their whole life to finding something, but only then realising that what they left behind was more important. Featuring Roller Trio's James Mainwaring in the middle 8 on the saxophone"

Born Under Saturn is the work of a band fired up by confidence and experience and propelled way beyond their DIY roots. It has all of the imagination of their debut self-titled album but splashed across a larger canvas. "Once we got into the studio it became obvious it would be a bigger-sounding record," says bassist Jim Dixon.
Recorded at Netil House in east London and Angelic Studios in Banbury, Born Under Saturn saw the song writing split four ways with Dave also producing the record. Lyrics often emerged naturally from the sound of the music. There are dark dramas like Found You, which draws on the myth of Faust's deal with the devil, and Shot Down, a bloody tale of crime and betrayal. Jim wrote the sighingly beautiful Beginning to Fade while contemplating writer's block and the atmospheric, synth-driven High Moon, says Dave, is about people who "come alive at night".

Recently we've been thrilled to announce that Django Django will release their new album, Born Under Saturn, on May 4th 2015 via Because Music.
This much-anticipated first ep from Born Under Saturn, First Light, will release on April 6th to much excitement with great remixes whose one is produced by recently critical acclaimed producer, Ghost Culture (Phantasy Sound).
Vital Sales Points:
Since the last record, the band have embraced creative opportunities, Dave (drummer and producer) travelled to Mali with Damon Albarn's Africa Express, and Dave and Tommy (synthesizer operator) worked on the score for the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of John Webster's bloodthirsty Jacobean tragedy The White Devil.
Dave established his own label, Kick and Clap, named after the club night he launched when he first moved to Dalston and Vinnie (singer and guitarist) and Jim (bassist) collaborated with award-winning artist Haroon Mirza at Stromboli Arts Festival last summer, at the foot of the island's volcano.

Still reeling from the release of their critically acclaimed self-titled debut LP, Django Django are pleased to announce that new single 'Hail Bop', will be released on August 13th. Album opener and firm live favourite, Hail Bop sums up everything that makes this band so special. Currently on a second sold-out tour of the UK, the 4-piece kicked the year off with their debut album release and have gone from strength to strength since - a recent Jools Holland live performance made evident why every festival venue so far has been packed to the rafters with an adoring crowd. Their shows at Great Escape and Field Day were completely over-capacity and saw fans battling for entry. 2012 isn't set to slow down with dates in Europe, Japan, Australia and the UK leading them through to two sold-out Heaven shows in October. A Shepherds Bush Empire show is now on sale for December and will top off an immense year for the Djangos. Django Django's story looks set to be a long and compelling one going by the overwhelming response to their debut record and live performances from the public and critics alike.

You cannot pass up this absolute hit. A compelling catchy vocal on an iron beat that completely rocks the dance floor. Do not expect a dry kick but an energy that completely fills the room. Ideal ending if you want the tent to be on fire. As the track itself says, you will not be disappointed, on the contrary
Fred Hush - No way back
Very constructive violence with an incessant break that you do not expect.
Fred Hush - Momenstoch
You simply must have this DJ tool from Fred Hush in your arsenal. Minimalistic with an original sound
that is the steak of the record. It is exactly a futuristic old skool record.

Sales Note
A1 Fred Hush - Close Your Eyes
This track is cracking and is the unofficial follow up to open your eyes. Some sounds have been taken from OYE and mixed with new sounds and a new discreet vocal. For the people who like hypnotic long and deep climaxes.
A2 Fred Hush - I Say (Remix Noseda)
I SAY is a niche record released on Emmanuel Top's Fokalm label. This version is a remix by techno man Noseda known from Ragnarok Berlin and releases on Deborah De luca's Solamente label.
B1 Emmanuel Top Acid Phase (Fred Hush & Dimitri Andreas Rework)
Acid Phase, an unbelievable record that is hard to match, was repackaged by Fred Hush & Dimitri Andreas. A slightly dreamier and more melodic tone was indicated in a compelling beat. This version was released before but quickly sold out. Played by Sven Vath.
B2 Fred Hush - I Say (Remix Klaudia Gawlas)
International DJ Star Klaudia Gawlas also let her go for a while to make her own version. Very strong sound and an unmissable second break that certainly works on the dance floor.

A1. DA SHAKE
A synthesizer-based production machine that turns inspiration into sound at maximum speed
recorded or extract (a small piece of music or sound) digitally for reuse as part of a composition or song like this one.
A2. GARDEN OF EDEN
In Abrahamic religions, the Garden of Eden (Hebrew: ??????????, gan-?E?en) or Garden of God (????????????, gan-YHWH), also called the Terrestrial Paradise, is the biblical paradise described in Genesis 2-3 and Ezekiel 28 and 31.[1][2]
The location of Eden is described in the Book of Genesis as the source of four tributaries. Among scholars who consider it to have been real, there have been various suggestions for its location:[3] at the head of the Persian Gulf, in southern Mesopotamia (now Iraq) where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers run into the sea;[4] and in Amnesia Ibiza
B1. HOLLOW
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grizzly ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts to shiver
For no mere mortal can resist
The evil of the Hollow
B2. REC 4
If the recording is going on, the capture button turns red. In addition, a timer will be displayed, showing how long the recording is done.

Ferro - Dark Revelations
- 2022 repress -
Tracklisting:
A1 Ferro - Endresonic
B1 Ferro - Dark Revelations
Release Note:
For the fifth instalment on their label the VBX crew taps frontman Ferro once more. His 'I Change, Just Like You' EP is a self proclaimed artistic statement from the man, who's rising star shows no signs of slowing down.
The name Endresonic - the A side of this two tracker - subtly references the Norwegian vocalist, who's haunting voice lends the percussion heavy and uplifting track a visceral quality. It's the type of track that you will be humming the day after you heard it being played out by your favourite DJ, wondering what it could be.
Dark Revelations on the flip feels almost like the Mr Hyde to Endresonic's Dr Jekyll. Countless heady modulating soundscapes, gurgling bleeps and blobs, subtle percussive elements and an eerie voice - with Ferro's signature groove as the backbone holding it all together - ensure a trippy, almost cerebral, listening experience. 'I Change, Just Like You' provides the listener with an aural glimpse into the multidimensional universe of sounds that Ferro calls home.

Aretha Franklin - I Can't Wait Until I See My Baby's Face
2025 Repress
Tracklisting:
A) One Step Ahead
B) I Can't Wait Until I See My Baby's Face
Info:
You may know Aretha Franklin's scintillating "One Step Ahead" from its vital role in the Oscar-winning movie Moonlight. You may also know it as providing the beautifully melancholic backdrop for Mos Def's 1999 hit "Ms Fat Booty". The inaugural Be With 7" is a special one indeed, containing the first ever officially licensed reissue of Aretha's all-time deep soul classic. "One Step Ahead" was not included on any of her Columbia studio albums, and remains one of her rarest releases. On the flip, "I Can't Wait Until I See My Baby's Face" is a thrilling, goosebump-inducing killer and an unfairly slept-on rendition of this eternal track.

Territories: Worldwide no restrictions
Format: Heart-shaped red vinyl 45 reissue! The heart-shape is a replica of the original, with its near-10" size and 7" playing surface. Packaged in a beautiful, spined 10" jacket, the record is housed in a protective, polylined inner sleeve.
Track List:
A1 What You Won't Do For Love 4:45
B1 Open Your Eyes 3:43
Release Notes:
WOW. Released on Valentine's Day 2025, we're deeply honoured to present the first time reissue of the first *ever* heart-shaped red vinyl 45. Extremely limited!
The smooth titan of blue-eyed soul, Bobby Caldwell transcended genre tags with consummate ease; he was a musical icon of real class and versatility, cherished the world over.
Here we present two timeless masterpieces of sophisticated jazzy soul brilliance that are strictly canonical.
The originals of these red heart-shaped vinyl records go for stupid money - if you can find one in good condition. Here's your chance to snag a real collectors item for fans of Bobby and, well, LOVE, the world over.
The eternal "What You Won't Do for Love" became a national anthem. It remains that way - perhaps even more so in the past year or two. It perfectly captured Bobby's ability to infuse a contagious groove with introspective and relatable lyrics. With its instantly recognisable horn riff and Caldwell's soulful delivery, this timeless, chiller anthem continues to captivate audiences and define his musical legacy.
A perennial favourite, it has been heavily sampled, such is its unique allure; Aaliyah sang over snatches of it on "Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number" and you can hear Caldwell’s vocal sample used for the hook on Tupac’s posthumously released “Do For Love”.
Bobby's dynamite "Open Your Eyes" was immortalised by the eternal J Dilla in the hip-hop canon with his production of Common’s epochal “The Light,” which heavily samples the magical “Open Your Eyes.” On a post paying tribute to Bobby in March 2023, Questlove claimed that he "got word Brother Bobby loved it". Bobby's original has seen new life even more recently from the likes of Dwele and Kendrick Lamar and deservingly so, as its insistent drums and staccato piano created a modern-soul classic.

SHORT INFO:
Following in the footsteps of "Mind Palace" and "Lost Spirits", respectively issued in 2018 and 2021, Hidden Empire return to Stil vor Talent with their eagerly anticipated third studio full-length, "Momentum". Going the same route that came to define their sound throughout the years, Branko Novakovic and Niklas Schäfers cook a savvy mix of deep electroid flavours and prog techno magnitude which flourishes in the long-playing format. Orbiting the frontier between proper no-nonsense, floor-focussed effectiveness and a trademark exploratory take on electronics, Hidden Empire here delivers one of their most accomplished slices to date, which not only spans the largest span of their many-faceted influences, from tribal anchorage to hypermodern escapology, but breathes a truly epic wind into it.
Draped in luscious, silken envelopes and easternmost ambiences, "Dawn" gets the ball rolling on a mystique-imbued note, halfway meditation-friendly material and square-shouldered club busting wares. Moving into Afro-infused house grounds, "Modesty" finds Branko and Niklas heading for the deeper end of the spectrum, as they pull out a clinically precise blender of rattling percussions, opaque incantations, lush synth swashes and verbed-out machine talk, tailored for nightly boogie rituals in the forest. "Avalanche" opts for a more brooding, deadlier approach. Cutting its path away from prying eyes, this one finds Hidden Empire pulling the stealth weaponry to absolute hypnotic effect - perfect for serious in-between peak time business with its thick, thriller-like tension, mist-shrouded atmosphere and surgical focus. Featuring Felix Raphael on vocals, "Who We Are", is a pop-influenced chugger that perhaps best defines Hidden Empire's ambivalent style, both hi-NRG and innervated with a melancholy that infuses down to the bass and most functional elements. Geared up for big-room traction with its seesawing synths and clinical drumwork, Raphael's moving timbre does more than offer a sensible counterpoint to the track's overall sturdy backbone, it takes it to a whole other dimension completely.
"Repeat The Good" ft. Wolfson balances out a fast-ticking groove with those subtle melodic lines Hidden Empire champion to astounding vibrancy, offering a particularly satisfying glimpse into their vortical imaginarium, whereas "Last Call" has us journeying to straight out Moroder-esque territories, flush with the aptly configured palette of fuzzy space disco bass, fast-paced Italo churn and vocodized talk for good measure. All in breaks and chopped-up euphoria, "Vivid" runs the hoodoo down in muscular fashion and with impressive levels of energy throughout, all set at cranking up the heat one notch further, while "Rebel" provides us with the kind of rough-around-the-edges EBM horsepower and neon-clad synth engineering that'll get the basement in a state of alert. Encompassing all of the pair's idiosyncratic merger of styles - from pop-laced Italo to spaced-out techno wares, through jagged motorik and heavily mecched-out jacking house, "Alright" shows off Hidden Empire's wide arsenal of pyrotechnics under the most compelling of lights. A more openly jagged and quirky weapon that hatches into a full-fledged solar number around the half, "Momentum" roars up the club's highway at full throttle, proving a formidable asset when it comes to plunging dancers into a state of weird, left-of-centre euphoria.
A stroboscopic eclipse is predicted as "Dark Sun" enters the room, deploying its obscure wingspan over the ravers, not quite a bad omen as it lets more light in with every bar, its brittle piano lines and heart-wrenching vocals cutting a path into the crowd's pulsating hearts. Graceful as Hidden Empire's music can be, a moment of utter exhilarating beauty. "Savasana" wraps up the voyage with a pure slab of cyphered 4x4 seduction, as an ASMR-like voice guides us across the soul-questioning haze that blankets our pathway onto a luminous finale. A piece of elusive nature, clearly designed for the club and yet telling a tale of off-piste initiation through twelve fascinating movements, "Momentum" will undoubtedly etch on the listeners' mind as one of the German pair's most strikingly powerful emanations.

The late ‘70s were such a creatively fertile period for Roy Ayers and his associates that many of his finest recordings never made it onto the official releases. Ayers kept the master tapes in storage until Peter Adarkwah of BBE Records in London got wind of them, at which point they were collected on the aptly named Virgin Ubiquity. The songs feature all the different permutations of Roy Ayers’ band, which maintained a core philosophy through shifting rhythm sections and vocalists. The underappreciated Merry Clayton brings a husky edge to “Oh What A Lonely Feeling,” “I Really Love You” and “What’s the T?” her earthy voice contrasting with the liquid textures of Ayers’ arrangement. Carla Vaughn was another of Ayers’ singing vixens, her sensual presence blending seamlessly into “Boogie Down,” “Mystic Voyage” and “Together Forever.” Although performances here rich with detail, it is a pleasure to hear “I Just Wanna Give It Up,” an uncharacteristically spare arrangement that allows us to study the inner dynamics of the Ayers machine.
“Since his 1963 debut, Ayers has worked with everyone from Herbie Mann and Guru to Fela Kuti and Erykah Badu, and his shimmering sound has foreshadowed acid jazz and fueled hip-hop, as well as gracing contemporary R&B.; Though Virgin Ubiquity is billed as a collection of thirteen never-before-released tracks, it’s far more than a mere scrap heap of outtakes, as each of its “from the vault” cuts luxuriate on the comfortable musical bed that Ayers mastered from ’76 through ’81.” – Pitchfork Review

DJ Split - One in a Lifetime
With releases on Brooklyn’s Major Records and UK imprints Non Stop Rhythm and Indulgence, DJ Split is a breakthrough producer putting his own stamp on the classic Chicago house sound. For his Shadow Pressings debut he has conjured up five original club cuts that will work their magic on any dance-floor worth it’s salt.
Last Night Baby sets the tone with taught 909 beats, punchy bassline stuttering vocal hits. Piano chords and a smattering of melodic chimes and just the right amount of musicality without taking away any of the raw energy and turbo-charged grunt. Treading a similar path but upping the BPM’s, XNXX goes for the jugular with gnarly FM bassline and frenetic groove.
Flip over for Can I Tell You? which goes a little deeper with a rolling bassline, filtering Detroit pads and strings whilst Step For brings touches of acid, banging 909 toms and vocal chops. Closing out the EP we have One In A Life Time which turns up the jack factor with snappy 808 snares, mechanical bass line and deep stabs. DJ Split is a man on a mission to bang the party and has come prepared with his piñata fully loaded with big, fat beats n basslines.
