The Olympos series continues its exploration of godly themes and adventurous techno with a third instalment, this time calling on Demetra, the goddess of the harvest and agriculture. Whether the music sounds like the fruits of the earth is debatable, but it certainly comes on like immersive techno of the highest order. There's a consistently deep tone to all four of the tracks on offer here, employing swooping pads and undulating bleep lines to conjure up a warm, early 90s feel that would sound right at home on an early B12 single. "Pump It" is especially deep, using the barest of ingredients to take you on a dreamy, machine-powered trip.

The second instalment of the enigmatic Olympos series comes in the form of Apollo, recognised as the god of music, art, medicine and plague amongst other traits. The A side gets underway with the hypnotic cutter (a1) (ena), that intersects its atmospheric layers and solid bassline to a trippy effect while A2's (a2) (duo) consists of syncopated percussive elements swathed in blissful pads and acidic segments. Flipside's (b1(tria) returns to denser and more psychedelic waters that leads nicely to the breezy and gloaming vibes of (b2) tessera). All in all, a proper immersive head trip. Ltd hand stamped.

n Ancient Greek Mythology, Olympos was the living place of the Twelve Olympian Gods and has inspired our limited series record label under the same name. Olympos, will release a series of Eps , with the figure of an Olympian God, from various artists which will remain unannounced until the project is complete. Kicking off the series is Hephaestus, the god of fire and metal. ''Dounai'' and ''Lavein'' is an Ancient Greek phrase meaning give and take. A-side features ''Lavein'' which is a broken beat, glitched up number, with a rather metallic timbre. Resonances, filters, drums and arpeggiators arranged and programmed in style, resulting in a modern electronic piece with plenty of quirky, edgy vibes. On the flip side ''Dounai'' is a melodious, esoteric and slow moving late night /after-hours affair, which expands slowly and steadily over a beautiful chord progression of lush strings and sparkling pads. A steady punctuated beat rolls smoothly throughout the track, completing this EP in a misty, hypnotizing and charming fashion. More
