The Olympos series returns with its sixth installment, this time calling on Athena, daughter of Zeus, goddess of wisdom and warfare.

Olympos 06 features 4 tracks of trippy techno that rides space themes and strong advanced sound fx's that make listeners feel like they are traveling the galaxies.

A-side starts with 'Enceladus D' which is a jaunt into futuristic electro. Featuring a proper continuous build that's supported by an eeriness, giving you a strong sense of space trek. Gritty breaks and next-level breakbeats just add to the tension. 'Minerva' is an adventurous tech workout not for the faint of heart. The wobbling bass makes for a bumpy mission, throwing off your equilibrium...in a good way.

The B-side is a heavy one! First off, 'Ophis' is an ominous yet powerful voyage into the abyss. A strong magnetic gravity is literally pulling your ship apart as you ride this dangerous route.
Lastly, 'Glaphcopis' pushes the boundaries of deep techno further. The 90's mood is palpable in this stargazing journey. Don't let the robot noises distract you. They are just adjusting the spaceflight travel coordinates.

The second instalment of the enigmatic Olympos series comes in the form of Apollo, recognised as the god of music, art, medicine and plague amongst other traits. The A side gets underway with the hypnotic cutter (a1) (ena), that intersects its atmospheric layers and solid bassline to a trippy effect while A2's (a2) (duo) consists of syncopated percussive elements swathed in blissful pads and acidic segments. Flipside's (b1(tria) returns to denser and more psychedelic waters that leads nicely to the breezy and gloaming vibes of (b2) tessera). All in all, a proper immersive head trip. Ltd hand stamped.

n Ancient Greek Mythology, Olympos was the living place of the Twelve Olympian Gods and has inspired our limited series record label under the same name. Olympos, will release a series of Eps , with the figure of an Olympian God, from various artists which will remain unannounced until the project is complete. Kicking off the series is Hephaestus, the god of fire and metal. ''Dounai'' and ''Lavein'' is an Ancient Greek phrase meaning give and take. A-side features ''Lavein'' which is a broken beat, glitched up number, with a rather metallic timbre. Resonances, filters, drums and arpeggiators arranged and programmed in style, resulting in a modern electronic piece with plenty of quirky, edgy vibes. On the flip side ''Dounai'' is a melodious, esoteric and slow moving late night /after-hours affair, which expands slowly and steadily over a beautiful chord progression of lush strings and sparkling pads. A steady punctuated beat rolls smoothly throughout the track, completing this EP in a misty, hypnotizing and charming fashion.
