Right after two recent drops on Steffi's Dolly imprint and the London based EYA Records, Böhm delivers yet again a brilliant take on the deeper side of house music, smoothly blending the iconic MOS strings with drifting bass lines and a spark of idm bleep techno. More

As the first release for 2023, we are happy to welcome Böhm, part of the infamous 030303 label, to our discography with 4 tracks reminiscing of the golden days of UK techno. “Light Transmission” opens the EP at a slower pace, gently inviting the listener to the producer’s musical world. “Solar Limit” picks the pace up with intertwined portamento leads, bassline and pads.

On the flip-side, “Unsolved Origin” continues the artist’s melodic emotional journey. The last track closing the EP, “Monarch Monster”, sees a departure from the producer’s trademark style with EBM/new beat influenced drums. More

Dutch master of aethereal atmospheres Bohm is back on EYA’s sister label Lonewolf with the missing piece of his ‘Leaving Earth’ series. A1 ‘Stars and the Sun’ is a slow-break meditative number, while “Move over” is bleepy and playful.

B1 “Phasmofonia” is a spooky, haunting and nervous ready-for-dancefloor track. Closing the artist’s journey to vast galaxies is “Robot Heaven”, an emotional electro trip of the highest order. More

Dutch underground acid-techno act Random XS strikes again with two rugged and authentic dance floor rockers. After a long awaited re-release of their Djax-Up-Beats classic 'Give Your Body' last year on Delsin, they return with a pair of fresh and unheard acid jams on the closely related MOS Recordings. Both tracks recorded in the early '90s, but only recently finalized and improved for heavy club impact. It's an EP full with gurgling 303 grooves and raw energy in the traditional and energetic Random XS way. More

Marco Spaventi and MOS label head Aroy Dee link up for another of their intriguing collaborations. They have done so before on this label back in 2012, and their latest offers another vital mix of raw house and ambient. Opener 'The Way We Love' features typically rough, blistered drums and sci-fi synths, but this time with a heavenly vocal and uplifting chords up top that tug on your heart strings. An ambient reprise of the same track is a perfect excuse to kick back and get lost in your own thoughts. 'The Way We Move' then takes a long view, with far-gazing Detroit pads and mid tempo drums getting you deep into a dreamy groove that is wide open and expansive. Last of all, Marco remixes this one on his own and flips it into something that is even more melodic, with circling pads and a musical bassline all making for a beautiful piece of timeless house music.
