Gimbrère - No Title
Next up on Denis Sulta’s expertly selected vinyl label is a 3 track EP from 24 year-old Amsterdam DJ and producer Gimbrère.
Gimbrère’s love of dance music was sparked when he met 90s Dutch DJ legend Dimitri and caught his set at long-running Amsterdam techno festival Awakening at their 15th anniversary party in 2012. He shifted his focus from solely DJing to production of electronic (house)music from that point.
His debut single “A Thing” was released in 2018 and started to make waves with support from big names DJs, notably Denis and hitting top 5 on the Indie Dance and Nu Disco charts on Beatport.
His new 3 tracker presents 3 slices of epic 90s indebted dance goodness. “Breakbeat Passage” builds out an emotional, propulsive number from its booming break loop. The expert drum-programming and sample of “Makossa” has a pleasing French touch afro-house feel. Meanwhile the hi-energy filter house of “On My Mind” which recalls his debut “A Thing” is a guaranteed roof raiser. More

gimbrere - A Thing

gimbrere - A Thing (Jordan Remix)
Having hallmarked their success through their ability to showcase the hottest talents in dance music, whilst being renowned for curating some of the finest compilations over the years, London's finest party collective, Future Disco now offers a warm welcome to Gimbrère to the imprint. The young Dutchman steps up to the plate with his heavy weighted disco weapon, 'A Thing', seeing AVA regular Jordan on the remix duty. Kicking things off, Gimbrère teases with a series of sweet melodic disco grooves under a booming range of 808 kicks, slowly sweeping off the filters to let the passionate vocal howls let loose and tear through the speakers. Coupled with thunderous crashes and well deserved breakdowns, this track is without a doubt some real peak time business from the flying Dutchman. On the flipside, Jordan lays one down for the early hours, switching up the beat into a trashy hi-hat affair, making room for a wobbly old school bass and synthline to playfully glide along with the sam-ple hooks. Two completely different, yet equally as satisfying cuts, rounding off what is yet again an-other quality release from the Future Disco crew.

David Jackson - 2020 Eurotrance Track
2
David Jackson - I Wanna Dance With Daisy
David Jackson brings some fresh house sounds to a new EP on Denis Sulta's Sulta Selects Silver Service label. The Half-Irish, German-born young prodigy, Jackson broke through on the scene with his massive track “Broken Heart” back in 2020, and has often been championed by the likes of Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Gerd Janson, & DJ Seinfeld, to name a few, and this EP is two tracks that would light up any dancefloor.
He kicks off with 2020 Eurotrance Track, a big tune with hands-in-the-air chords and chunky drums. It's peak time festival tackle that will unite crowds of any size, in a classy but good time vibe without a care in the world. I Wanna Dance With Daisy is littered with old school video game samples and a wonky bassline. The beats are metallic and edgy, the vocals cut up and the whole thing is sure to boggle brains on the dance floor.
This is a high impact EP ready to make its mark this summer and beyond. More

Liam Doc - Dorothy
Liam Doc AKA Liam Docherty is next up on Denis Sulta’s Sulta Selects Silver Service label.
Liam grew up in London before moving back to the family hometown of Glasgow at 14. Growing up, his schooling in house and techno was on the floor of the Sub Club’s legendary Saturday night session with residents Harri & Domenic.
After he started producing house and techno, his edit “Voices of East Harlem” caught Sulta’s attention, who championed it in his sets to awesome effect. Liam is the resident at Wednesday house and techno night RARE at Sub Club. He also started his own quarterly warehouse parties in Glasgow, called Cyberfreq. After hours illegal raves at first, after a run in with a Scottish tabloid they went legit and started programming them at Glasgow’s The Berkeley Suite club. In addition to releasing on SSSS, he’s founded his own label Eyeangle Records (releases from Kamus and Lobec) as well as sub-label Roux Records and released on Huntley & Palmers.
‘East Coast Edits’ (coming on 12” and digital) is a collection of ecstatic dance floor filtered edits, sure to give the floor at the Sub Club and beyond a workout. More

Dan Shake - Daisy’s Dance
Denis Sulta’s Silver Service imprint - an offshoot of Sulta Selects - present SSSS-3, a two-track collaborative package from the inimitable Hammer and Atlus, Denis’ own darker alias.
Taking reign over the A-side, Belfast export Hammer brandishes a weighty dose of low-slung, swollen bass and disorienting vocal stabs on ‘Dance Since’. Using a palette of cathartic 90s house vocals he morphs their energy into something far more twisted.
For the B-side, Atlus forges an equally hefty fusion of raw percussion and swirling vocals, spun round by a dizzying acid bass lead.
Wasting no time in heading straight to the dancefloor, SSSS3 sees two esteemed characters doing what they do best.

Denis Sulta has announced new offshoot to his Sulta Selects imprint, ‘Silver Service’.
The debut release comes from Cromby - an Irish born, Berlin based producer on the up. Following a thumping set at Belfast’s beloved AVA Festival, his new EP will be released on 21st September and features three peak-time club weapons, inspired by the sounds of classic Chicago House. The lead Futurola is a hard-hitting, jacking house track that packs a fierce bassline and emotive punch, whilst B1, Barneymania is a Chicago-tinged acid roller that layers melodic chords, the EP ends with the dark and sci-fi-tinged electro of Fandango.
The new label follows on from Denis Sulta’s Selects imprint – home to three volumes of his own essential 12” series More
