He now returns to Parker's renowned imprint with arguably his biggest offering to date. With its looping vocals and robust drums, 'El Dorado (Bump Yo Ass Off Mix)' is a monster of a track designed to throw dancefloors into absolute revelry. P.Leone - The Genesis Of A Flower
E-Missions co-founder P.Leone returns to Radio Slaves’ Rekids Special Projects dropping four high grade techno cuts. Known for releasing on labels such as Work Them Records and his own co-run E-Missions, P.Leone has firmly become of the most exciting artists within the inner circles of driving underground music. The Berlin-based American artist and Radio Slave collaborator is now welcomed back to Rekids, bringing his versatile sound that encompasses dark techno and groove driven house. 'Beyond Me' opens with eerie warehouse glitches, cavernous drums that ring out into a huge open space while unsettling pads and textures grab your attention, 'Hard to Find' is a rugged, relentless cut with perfectly forward moving rhythm with detailed edgy synths that keep you in suspense. 'Lenox' continues the energy with distorted drums, hitting hard beneath a blistering groove, 'The Genes is of A Flower' then takes control as an atmospheric track with structural synths.

E-Missions co-founder P.Leone returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids this March with four techno cuts entitled ‘Moments Of Peace Within’. Tapped as one of Mixmag’s ‘25 Artists You Need To Watch In 2019’, P.Leone is a musician, DJ and producer from New York, who often spins at clubs like Panorama Bar and ://about blank having moved to Berlin. Following his two debut releases on Spencer Parker’s Work Them Records, P.Leone launched his respected E-Missions alongside Caiazzo in 2017– putting out quality music from emerging talent such as False Witness, CYD, Tred and Rush Plus. Meanwhile, P.Leone has dropped two releases on Matt Edwards’ influential Rekids imprint, as well as collaborated alongside Radio Slave for a remix of Deep Dimension ‘So 1992’. He now returns for his third release, following releases from SRVD (Matt Edwards & Patrick Mason), Mark Broom and Nic Fanciulli. ‘Walked Into My Life’ offers slow psychedelic guitar notes with fluttering vocals over driving drums, before ‘What Could I Have Done’ delivers a sporadic kick pattern dispersing delayed stabs and metallic sounds. ‘Wrong Muse’ presents a damaging beat amidst rattling atmospherics and low groans, before ‘The First Vision’ plays shining chords on soulful vocal chops and unearthly FX.

E-Missions co-founder P.Leone returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids this September with ‘The My Lita Project’ backed with remixes from Mark Broom. Originally hailing from New York, P.Leone now resides in Berlin where he helms his E-Missions imprint with releases from himself and co-founder Caiazzo, exciting new artists like Rush Plus and Tred, not to mention remixes from Young Male, Spencer Parker and Lawrence Lee. Leone has also dropped a variety of releases on Rekids and Work Them Records, when not making regular appearances at clubs like Tresorand ://about blank. He now returns to Radio Slave’s respected imprint with ‘The My Lita Project’, following up his highly lauded ‘El Dorado’ EP that garnered support from Ben Sims, Jackmaster and Spencer Parker. ‘My Lita’ kicks things off with classic synths, piercing strings and choppy vocals slices whilst robust drums march forward. Meanwhile, ‘Tight In The Pocket’ is more dark and menacing in comparison with its syncopated percussion, echoing claps and ethereal atmospherics. On the flip, Mark Broom drops two different remixes of ‘My Lita’; the first is a robust cut complete with disco elements like funky guitar licks and soulful voice, with the original’s stabs shining throughout, whilst the second remix takes a different route with its crunchy snares, moaning murmurs and fuzzy effects.

Spencer Parker invites Swedish artist Billie Jo to Work Them Records with five driving techno cuts entitled ‘The Ravenous’ EP featuring a remix from Me Me Me boss Man Power.
Hailing from Stockholm, Billie Jo is a founding member of the .WAV collective and resident DJ at Gothenburg’s Rottweiler when not performing at clubs like Tresor. She now joins Work Them Records, bringing an array of robust productions with her.
With its pounding drums and ghostly vocals, ‘Erroneous’ quickly sets the tone of the release, leading into ‘Saturn’ with its glassy textures and echoing effects. ‘Ravenous’ then takes us into murkier territories, generating a duskier aesthetic with its twisted sounds before British producer Man Power provides a vigorous reinterpretation under his newly minted MPX moniker, which focuses on raw club tracks, featuring hard stabs and acid licks.
With its saw-like lead and trippy atmospherics, ‘Dir Vsseu’ sounds like being pulled through a vortex, making way for the powerful ‘Planet 9’ which concludes the package with metallic elements and subtle pads.

Patrik Sjeren, J-Dubs and Work Them Records founder Spencer Parker give Dan Beaumont's lauded 'Spirit Talkin'' the dub treatment. Having seen much support from names like Truncate, Job Jobse, Marcel Fengler and ItaloJohnson, 'Spirit Talkin'' was an enormous testament to the London-based DJ, promoter and venue owner's production prowess. First up on dub duties, Swedish veteran Patrik Sjeren, who's been releasing under numerous monikers since the early 90s on the likes of FXHE, delivers a chilling production courtesy of ghostly echoes and tantalising synths. J Dubs aka Jamie Fry, founder of the STABLO imprint, then focuses on understated percussion as an undulating bassline joins infectious claps, before Work Them boss Spencer Parker combines rumbling kicks with shuffling hats for a stripped back dub version of his Workmix.
