Broken English Club presents the second part in the White Rats trilogy, a full-length double vinyl album that focuses heavily on the dancefloor with droning techno, head banging acid and cinematic synth noise. This album continues Oliver Ho’s musical journey, fusing techno with industrial post punk and textures of death metal producing a unique electronic vision. Ideas and influences that went into the writing of the album was the dark soul of Wormwood scrubs prison in west London and the obsessions in the JG Ballard book Crash. White Rats II stands as a relentless and personal portrait of techno and all the things that feed into the creation of it. More

L.I.E.S. presents the first part of Broken English Club new album trilogy, White Rats. Following on from last years The English Beach, White Rats is described as, "a collection of caustic and absurd portraits of the human animal". Oliver Ho continues to push his industrial influenced sound with metallic acid tracks, guitar noise/drone experiments and heavy synth wave once again with this nine track release. .INCLUDES DOWNLOAD CARD.
.The album sleeve features the disturbing and erotic photography of Javier Gallego Escutia, which also comes as a poster with limited edition copies of the record.

Following on from the bleak synth sounds explored with his Broken English Club project, Death & Leisure will push further inward and outward to embrace experimental industrial music in different forms. Initial releases will come within weeks of each other in spring 2016. The first release will be a Broken English Club 7” called “Myths of Steel and Concrete”. The second will be from Zov Zov, Oliver’s experimental project with Tommy Gillard which saw it’s debut release last year via Shifted’s label Mira. This will be a 12” mini album called “The Sacred Pornography of God”.
