John starting things off with a well rounded dancefloor tool the VR team have been rinsing this mix over the summer to great effect and Daly makes most use of the rhodes building up to all the fist pumping action you would expect from such a stellar producer. Legowelt's take on the record heads towards drowned out tape machines, lead lines from the self confessed synth head, simple but complex at the same time are all what we expect from this legend, honoured to put them out on the medium they deserve - strictly limited small batch run

Label founder Tyson Ballard weighs in with melodic, analogue bounce on the original, laced with a husky soul vocal that climaxes in a hip shaking freestyle percussion jam. Sidwho? on remix duty and builds up a dark, steamy synth-driven dub, complete with snarling vocoder on the Late Nite mix... Ben Sun comes with a version that slowly unveils a cracked, shimmering melody over the top of his dusty drums and sub bass, as the vocal gently persists on the Dawn's Arrival mix. Ben Sun returns to his native Voyeurhythm with a very personal two-track 12" for the label he co-founded. Following three EPs (Delusions of Grandeur and Love Fever), this 15th Voyeurhythm record is an expressive solo excursion, and a development in the artist's sound. The record has a dark side and a light side. Beginning in the dark, Phantoms emerges from hazy house drums and congas into a spacey combination of strings and synths underpinned by a thick submerged bassline. Entering into the light on side B, Remote Release unfolds with a clear yet analogue sound, full of breathy rhythm and rolling melodies; a jazz-infused dance sound that bristles with warm energy.
