A: The Roots - Din Daa Daa , Everyone's favourite hip hop band remakes the 1984 dancefloor classic that is George Kranz's Din Daa Daa. Ashley Beedle and Darren Morris under their Afrikanz On Marz guise rework it to stunning effect adding the cosmic dance vibes. Already exclusively played by Gilles Peterson on his BBC 6 Music show. This is set to rock the more discerning dancefloors. Get your air drums out! B: Todd Rundgren - In Your Mouth Todd Harry Rundgren (born June 22, 1948) is an American multi instrumentalist, record producer, songwriter, legend! Much loved by the Afrikanz On Marz they have flipped his In Your Mouth into a deep, dubbed out, housed up, blue eyed soul beauty. A future classic.

At long last this most sought after of Beedle edits is seeing the light of day on special edition vinyl. After hearing 'New York Is Killing Me' on the excellent I'm New Here album, completely blown away by the track, Ashley decided to create an edit/rework with his musical partner Darren Morris. Ashley has been a long time Gil Scott-Heron fan so he embarked on getting a legal release for this track on Modern Artifacts, the track perfectly fitting the labels mould. In summer of 2012, XL Recordings and Gil Scott-Heron's estate very kindly granted a release. This edit/rework is a fitting tribute to the late Scott-Heron. Ashley's rework amps up and stretches out the underlying voodoo groove with drones and trippy sounds to create a menacing sound scape that is unique and a dance floor bomb. It has already been played out extensively on dubplate during the last year with rapturous acclaim across the board, dancers and djs alike. Lord have mercy, have mercy on me!

A - Side: I Love My Lady (The Black Bahia Version) Ashley reworks an unreleased collaboration between Chic and lounge legend Johnny Mathis. What?!!!! This has summer anthem written all over it. Beedle waves his magic wand over this future classic beach groove to create a joyful sing-a-long. B - Side: Addis Ababa (Afrikanz On Marz Kosmik Rework ) Ashley and his musical partner Darren Morris add their trippy AOM vibes to this rare Studio One classic to create an afro/reggae/drone/psychedelic monster. It pulls you in and does not let you out. This is an essential rework for all the true heads out there.

A - Side: I Ain't Hiding (Heavy Disco Edit): Ashley gets low down and dirty with the southern rock giants The Black Crowes. Their 'I Ain't Hiding ' track was a real marmite moment for their fans. Ashley (being a fan) turns the Stonesy disco rock track (think Miss You) inside out to create a psychedelic dancefloor wig out. Already a big fave with the Horse Meat Disco crew this has been one of Mr Beedle's most requested edits/reworks over the last couple of years and he has decided to let this one out the vaults. It's a monster. B - Side: Smiling Faces (DarkStarr Edit ) : Rare Earth formed in 1960 as "The Sunliners" and changed their name to "Rare Earth" in 1968.  They were signed to Motown in 1969. The band was the first act signed to a new Motown imprint that would be dedicated to white rock acts. DarkStarr sprinkled their juju dust over this funky rock version of "smiling faces" to create something special. Originally aired as a dubplate for Ashley and Dj Cosmo's infamous Darkstarr nights this now has been given it's vinyl release.
