You can find the big love here, as you can get lost in the endless nights. Nights, which dictate a communal 4/4-heartbeat and let you forget about everything. This untouched romance is one of the reasons, why Berlin evolved into a world-wide hotspot for electronic music in the last 20 years. The worlds best DJs shake hands at the airport, the most interesting releases are recorded in the local studios and the very well-known booking agencies, clubs and labels are only a few steps away from each other. Thanks to this network, we can host the Berlin Music Days (BerMuDa) for the third time. To bear this international festival in mind, we prepared a compilation, which lightens every facet of our colorful city as a double-CD: "Day" and "Night" - always a love-hate relationship. The day-edition underlines every pre- or after-hour with atmospheric tracks from Solomun, Materik, DeWalta, Fritz Kalkbrenner and many more. The night-time equivalent unfolds the dark pull of Berlins clubs with sounds from Ellen Allien, Underworld, Life and Death, Steve Bug, Mathias Kaden and many other heroes. Never mind which companion you choose. All of them act at one's best: the journey is the reward.

The international electronic music scene will meet in Berlin in 2011 from November 2nd to November 5th for BerMuDa, the Berlin Music Days.
After the successful launch of BerMuDa two years ago, Berlin’s one-of-a-kind electronic music club festival will once again draw clubbers, ravers, musicians, label execs, and businesspeople in the music scene from all over the world to Berlin. This year, BerMuDa will be even more extensive, and in addition to the club nights from Wednesday to Saturday, numerous BerMuDa events will be held during the day all across the city, with the large BerMuDa main event Fly BerMuDa Festival, featuring local and international festival acts like Plastikman, Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Tiefschwarz and many more, being held at the Berlin
Tempelhof Airport.
In recent years Berlin has become burgeoning, colorful and bustling metropolis, with an infectious energy that one can feel the minute you hit streets. Berlin's slumber deprived capital that is truly living up to its status as the destination to lose yourself in, only to discover something new. Currently no other city in the world can claim to attract and contain so many creative minds, ideas and sources. Clear reasons as to why Berlin has become the sizzling hotbed for Electronic music and the command post for the people who run it. Berlin doubles as the Capital of a country and underground dance music. The latter a fact up for little debate, as the city houses the headquarters of more labels, bookings agents and clubs than any other. Many artists who call the city home, such as Richie Hawtin, Ellen Allien and the myriad of others traveling the world and bringing the "sound of Berlin" wherever they touch down.
City Sound Berlin delivers a double CD with a soundtrack representative of the sound that is running the city whether it be Wednesday evening, Sunday morning or Sunday afternoon. Artists like Oliver Koletzki & Fran, Nicolas Jaar, Maceo Plex and Soul Clap provide on the DAY CD the ideal warm-up partysound making you long for more. City Sound NIGHT takes you on a special tour through Berlin. Showing the way are your captains Pan-Pot and Stuttgart import Tiefschwarz dancing to Black Rose's Anthem. Meanwhile king Fritz Kalkbrenner sends kind regards from exile and calls with DJ Madskillz for a Carnival Chaos á la Format B. M.A.N.D.Y. and Mathew Dear offer team spirit with their ode "Buddies" while Sebo K is chilling with Mr. Duke.

City Sound Berlin is the official Festival Compilation of BERMUDA , the new formatted Berlin Underground Music Festival and delivers a double CD with a soundtrack representative of the sound that is running the city whether it be Wednesday evening, Sunday morning or Sunday afternoon. Forward thinking artists Moderat, Oliver Koletzki, dOP and Lusine grace the first CD appropriately entitled Day CD.
