Negghead and Lex Wolf form Acid Mondays and together the two have released music with 20:20 Vision, Circus, Deep Vibes and Illusion Recordings. Illusion give Acid Mondays the full treatment after the duo's Salvia Sessions 12" from last year sold out almost instantly. Smith, who appeared on the original 12", provides an additional 'unreleased' remix while Deepblak label head Aybee's 'reshuffle's' the original, burying it deep in chords and reflective vocal delays. This is not your typical house release and thats the way we like it. After the big NY Stomp release here another strong release with exciting remixes! Some proper UK house tracks by Dj Ali. Working jacking west coast house beats around a sultry vocal, a dark grooving bline and tripped out effects, Ali delivers a stomping club track for crazy dance floors. Bodycode aka Portable to deliver us a suitably hot remix. In true Portable fashion he spices up the vocal, adds his trademark haunting analogue bassline and metallic beats leaving us with a timeless classy techno classic. Hot track! eelie chops the vocal to perfection adding his trademark low-slung beats and classic house riffs to deliver a subtle yet killer house cut. This will surely tick the box for any real house heads and reaffirms the fact that Seelie is definitely one to watch! For the second trak on the B-side we have Ali´s second offering ´Electra´, which is a dark space-age tribal four to the floor club track reminiscent of the tracky, tribal west co ast house for which Ali made his name. On this track Ali stiffens up his drums intertwining a tripped out sax, spacey vocals and effects to give us a classic DJ Ali club track perfectly crafted for those hazy sunsets and late nights. Illusion Recordings is bringing an absolute stomper from the appropriately titled NY Stomp with a track called ''the NY House Track''. The track is a massive track inspired by New York, Jersey house music and is designed to get every party rocking! NY Stomp is a special project by Gerd (Clone/4lux) who made this track to add to his live set with no intention to release it. It was just a cut made for his live sets and done as an hommage to the early days of NY and NJ house. However after playing this at a party from the Illusion guys in Leeds he got tortured by the guys to make him release it... and lets be honest... it would have been a shame if these cuts never made it to vinyl! One the flip side a slightly more introvert track calles ''Can You feel It''. On remix duty its Nicholas and Dj Aakmael both doing an excellent job by smoothening things up and take things a bit deeper. Proper house music!
