Tracklist 12": A. Hey Lady Luck (Extended Mix) B1. Hey Lady Luck (Jimpster Remix) B2. The Hey Lady Luck (Jimpster Instrumental Edit)
Crecimiento's first release pairs two titans of the deep house scene. Michel Cleis (Cadenza/Pampa) delivers 'Hey Lady Luck', a driving and percussive garage production based around the 'Lady Luck' vocal from Jamie Woon. And on the remix, Freerange Records headhoncho, Jimpster, weighs in with a solid version, stripped back and hypnotising, he also provides an Instrumental for those who shy away from vocals. 'Hey Lady Luck' has its roots in the Ibiza season of a couple of years back, when Cadenza Records headhoncho Luciano began to play the original acapella over his sets, to rapturous reception. Since then, this fusion has resulted in a handle of unofficial versions, but it's been Michel Cleis who delivers to comprehensive house version of this cut, blending a new vocal delivery from Liam Bailey with a highly infectious, percussive garage vibe.
Huxley (Hypercolour) - loving this, both mixes are ace, think I will play Jimpster's mixes the most though
Fish Go Deep (Defected) - Nicely done, both Original and Jimpster remixes work for me, supporting!
Simon Dunmore (Defected) - digging the Jimpster remixes
Roger Sanchez (Release Yourself) - great record, playing on the radio show
DJ Chus (Stereo) - Wow, what a bomb!
Gorge (8Bit) - Cool remix and Original, will be supporting
Halo (H-Foundation) - Love it, will play all mixes
Alex Niggeman (Poker Flat) - Jimpster remixes for me
Kevin Griffiths (Tsuba) - Jimpster Dub mix for me, thanks
Julien Sandre (Morris Audio) - Great release from 2 amazing artists, I love the Original but it's the special Jimpster bomb remix for me
Catz 'n' Dogz (Dirtybird) - Jimpster is the man!
Waff (Hot Creations) - All nice tracks, but both Jimpster remixes for me
Rocky (X-Press 2) - Jimpster remixes are great
Moodymanc (2020 Vision) - two of the most original, musical and consistent producers in house music today, love it
