H A LL O H A L O is a Stockholm based Anglo Swedish unit formed when Jon Dasilva (Hacienda/Rush Hour/Ellum/Soma) met inventor and multi instrumentalist Jonas Nilsson in the first week in his new home, Stockholm. Apparently Nilsson and Dasilva became best friends sharing their more nuttier studio obsessions… Here H A LL O H A L O serve up some killer Italo - flavoured Disco and Deep House with the doubleheader “TUFF BEAT” / “YESSIR”. This is electronic music of the highest order…muscular and inventive and, dare I say, very future...in a Blade Runner kind of way! Which brings us neatly to the name, which, according to the pair, is a “pretend title for a Philip K Dick novel”. There’s no pretending with the music though…ace Deep House - incoming!
