David K, Varoslav, - Better talk
Having lead us into the depths of his and Opium's trippy minds on "Somewhere In My Head," David K now residing in Berlin, returns to his native land to team up once more with best friend, label boss and the man behind "100", Varoslav, on what is set to be the fledgling imprint's fourth release to date. Coming off the back of the warm and inviting tones of Nico Lah's "Never Ending Space", Varoslav and David decide to take the label deeper into the club, further into the darkness, where the temperature rises and the walls perspire. Lit by a single strobe and rolling with the subs, the boys deliver their crazy vocal and twist our minds with their Juno 106 acid lead line. "We wanted something simple, ruff and alive." says Varoslav. We've certainly got that! The smooth tones of UK producer and Poker Flat artist James What lead us back toward the light as his remix grooves along on a wave of heated bass and atmospheric strings and synths. Teasing us with its flashes of steel, it’s another great mix to lose yourself in. French producer Seuil closes the show with a rework that brings together the feelings and vibe of the previous mixes, whilst creating a beautifully impressive and fresh cinematic piece.
