The 2 first releases of dB_24 (AC_02 & AC_03) were designed with splitted Electro & Techno sides. The “Urban Works 3 EP” presents deep & powerful “Electro Sessions” by dB_24. This special collector release features Dark Metallic Bluish-Gray monochrome cover and labels designed with industrial precision. The records are pressed with 180g Natural Translucent color vinyl. It is the first release of a two records special series featuring Electro (and later Techno) outtakes presenting very deep and strong tracks with progressive tracklist. The two records are dedicated to the sound & people of Detroit MI / USA. The tracks were created with the classic original analog gear such as TR-808 and TR-909 and mixed with analog gear including valve processors in the absolute tradition of Detroit Electro/Techno. The rich sound textures and accurate rhythm aim to represent the Concrete Blocks dropped in the city, with the human life, mechanical mysteries, dangers & suspens making it the real thing.
