The irresistible electronic trio formed by Antonio Pecori Stefano Meucci and Andrea Giacchetti mainly known as The Clover strikes back on Bosconi Records with another strong 4 tracks ep. After an year spent into researchin and experimenting in their own studio, jammin for hours like a proper band as they are, using analogue machines, freaky instruments and concrete sounds, our lovely boys, always keepin their distinctive funky’n’groovy attitude, turned the page of their past west-coast inspired funky house vibe and changed the way of seeing club music into giving life to a completely new, fresh and personal house style. The whole Ep sounds like house music influenced by post rock bands like Tortoise and kraut legends like Can and this 12” is an absolut winner that sees on A side the psychedelic tribal funk of “Goodies” while on the second cut there’s the subliminal mood of “Wandering Souls”; B side instead goes more spiritual and rockin thanks to the manipulated percussive trip of “Find yourself” and the darkdroning session of Amsterdam house don San Proper remixing “Goodies”….A real four season ep!

Now you've finished to wait! The expected EP from the crazy trio The Clover is now a real thing! After their last release on Bosconi Records the guys from Florence come back with their first vinyl release on Tenax Recordings, in the same moment of the restyling of the label. They present us their “Space Family”! It's a family from another planet where the music has not rules but many colours and shades. On the main side there is the pet, called “Summer Dog” where the groove is jackin' and the atmosphere is sunny and happy, perfect for the beach party on the seaside. On the flip side the first track is “Freshman”, the son, tied to the old production of the florentine trio with a wave of freshnes gave it thru some dirty scratching hip hop vocals. The last track on the B2 is the wife “Lady Stoner”, a freaky track where drums from 80's machine and old analog synths create a paranoid and surreal moment, where the time could stop for you.
