The songs from the hard to find LPs "Psychedelic Dance Party" and "Sexadelic" were written in 1969 and released in 1970. They were composed by Manfred Hübler and Siegfried Schwab.
Sexadelic Dance Party is a compilation with the best titles. The musical background placed within red-light swing, sleazy psychedelic and strip ballads.
Various wild parties around the soundtrack were celebrated after the popular release in 1995. The parties took place in many places in Germany and USA and the cult about the Jess Franco movie increased.
The DOLP will be released in a luxury gatefold sleeve with five bonus tracks
The sound of this release was remastered by Slope for high audio standards.

A prime example of late 1960s German erotica and the so-called sexual revolution, it liberated the subject of sex from dingy red light cinemas and whisked it away to the exotic Far East, to the realm that - more than a millennium earlier - had spawned the erotic teachings of the KAMASUTRA. Fast-forward to the present day and you will find the film's well-intentioned, in parts pedagogical approach bristling with (un)intentional comedy.
Many bands and composers from the late 1960s were intrigued by eastern philosophy and influenced by oriental sounds. Besides several laid-back, percussive instrumentals laced with flutes and sitars, the soundtrack also features two vocal tracks: 'I'm Hiding My Nightingale' (sung by Margarete Juvan) and 'There Was A Man' (sung by Malcolm Mooney).
KAMASUTRA - consummation of love was mastered from the original analog tapes by CALYX and is available as a CD digipack and limited gatefold vinyl (both by Crippled Dick Hot Wax)

It‘s always a special pleasure to flip through that box of singles. This diminutive format in black vinyl made it possible for a musician‘s own productions to be released in the smallest of runs. Very often for lack of funds they only came out as 7“s, in contrast to the big labels. Long since unavailable or, if to be had at all, then sadly only at hefty collectors‘ prices.
Sometimes the B-side is an eye-opener: the A-side a let-down. And of course a centre puck is standard equipment for any lover of the 7”!
A pity, though, that they‘ve got to be turned over after three minutes, so if you‘re planning on an evening‘s wall-to-wall listening then it‘s best to make yourself comfortable next to the turntable with your box of singles within arm‘s reach.

Ladies to the mike, please!
After a long stint of male dominance during the 70s – with only a few scattered exceptions to prove the rule – the birth of punk manifested the dawn of a new self-confidence: awkward girl bands like The Slits, Au Pairs or German variant Mania D decided to cause a stir in their dick-dominated surroundings. The cliché of the dishwashing female reduced to rearing offspring and shooting the odd admiring glance at her strong breadwinner was about to undergo a radical U-turn – many of the era’s pivotal bands featured women right at the frontline.
Kickstarted by provocative pop actionists like Valie Export in the early 70s, this new feminist attitude was picked up and perpetuated by her musical sisters in mind.
Nevertheless, this compilation does not dwell on the political statements behind the scene’s artistic emancipation, but rather highlights its singers’ newfound musical self-confidence. All tracks featured here simply bristle with untainted, exuberant freshness.
