Mutation phonique (aka Stereo & Nko) Nko is a sound engineer who’s been collecting synthesizers for years, constantly searching for new sounds.
Stereo's been an active member of the french soundsystem culture, exposing his graphic art and spinning his techy breaks records in huge parties all over Europe
since the mid 90's. Together they created Mutation Phonique, using there love for vintage synthesizers and analog sequencers, and their experience in partying, to produce dirty techy breaks made for the dancefloor.
Krak In Dub & Charles Tox Creators of the Galletas Calientes label, and active memberss of the free party movement throughout Europe, these 2 have been working together for a very long time, touring around the world with live and dj sets, spreading there vibes to the most. There musical background goes from jazz and latin music to drum & bass, dubstep and the early 90's techno sound system culture.The music they deliver is mainly a mixture of breaks, techno and a wide variety of instrumentals...
The release:
This fifth release is like their new born baby, bringing the label to a high level of production: -It has been pre-mastered and cut by Shane at the Finyl Tweek studio in London (formerly Heathman's), who's well known for his amazing work on Breaks releases. -The colourful and humorous artwork, once again delivered by Urm lefou
