The third release in the Limited series from Alphahouse brings a special project to vinyl for your listening pleasure. Licensed from Foundsound Recordsings, we’ve commissioned two remixes of Someone Else’s hit track ‘Bedroom Eyes’ On the A-side we have a remix from Alpha master BUTANE. The original was quirky charming dancefloor jam and fittingly, Butane stripped away the nice thoughts and replaced them with eerie wailing sinewaves and gutteral grunts. It’s suggestive vocals, sparse wooden percussion and punping basslines will push the track deep intoo the night on the dancefloors of the underground clubs everywhere. On the flip FUMIYA TANAKA treats us to a master class in minimalism with his rendition. A veritable lesson in sound design & abstract rhythms, this tracks is not for the uneducated dancefloors of coked-up commercial-minimal-electro-tech-house-fashion-victims, but more in tune with the Sunday night music-heads “check out THIS b-side” party. Los Angeles is a hot bed of underground techno and killer all night parties. At the center of all of this is the duo of Acid Circus(Droid Behavior) who control much of the movements sonically and at the events. The brothers 'V' inspire this Tora release with heavy influence from Venetian Snares (ie. see title). The main cut throbs with a hypnotic vocal chant and incredible bass. Both a DJ tool and dance magnet. 'Dark Wave' continues this approach this time with chilling reverb attacks and more bass. Label head Dietrich Schoenemann strips it back to almost a constant loop and still manages to sneak more bass in.

The Berlin-based team of Dave Shokh and Holgi Star team up with man of the moment Agaric on this wicked slice of minimal techno/house. The original features gathering clicking percussion, reversed flicks and sharp snares that punctuate the groove nicely.
