Muddyloop’s sound can be described as electrofunktropic house. Influences are a pastiche of 80‘s pop melodrama, early Prince, hip-hop, electronica, old skool soul, deep/tech/ early house and anything they listened to recently or long ago. Conjuring magical vibraphones, minor chords and a somnambulist bass line over discotheque beats, Lov Me - with its incessant ear-candy melody and bluesy guitar - is a full-circle progression from the sound they captured on their first release on CHEZ MUSIC. It’s Sula’s vocal-part, giving „Lov Me“ this extraordinary touch, this kind of unique sexiness on the a-side. On the b-side we have the not less sexy instrumental mix, plus “Midnight Seduction” as a nice laid back, relaxing and chilling bonus. Dessous prolonges the summer with this new 12"!
