ELLI is set to unveil her highly anticipated self-titled debut album in May 2025 on Horisontal Mambo label,
founded by Nordic disco legend Prins Thomas.
This 12-track album marks the beginning of a new era in her sound, introducing a bold and fresh take on
cosmic synth pop. Blending ethereal soundscapes, cinematic textures, and euphoric 80s-inspired energy, Elli’s
debut promises an immersive musical journey.
ELLI explains, “The album captures a variety of emotions - moments of nostalgia and transcendence. It explores
the space between euphoria and melancholy, creating a sense of timelessness.”
Crafted in ELLI’s studio in London, “I’ve always been fascinated by the interplay of space and sound, especially
from taking contemporary dance lessons since I was 4 years old” she says. “I spent hours experimenting with
textures and unconventional sounds, including percussion I created from sea shells I collected in Greece. I also
loved playing movies on my projector while composing, it gave me the feeling that I’m creating a soundtrack,
connecting the visual to the sonic. It was an immersive experience.”
From the tender, inviting pulse of "New Muse" to the introspective beauty of "In My Field of Experience," the
album offers a wide-ranging experience, moving between euphoric highs and quiet moments of reflection. It’s
a work of contrasts, an exploration of the personal. An honest debut. Mambo HQ April 2025.

Bio:
Electronic musician and singer/songwriter originally from Greece, ELLI, has called London home for the past 15 years, balancing her career as an automotive engineer with her passion for creating music. After collaborating
with several producers as a vocalist, she released music on renowned labels like Connected, Anjunadeep,Objektivity, and Truesoul. In addition to her successful collaborations, ELLI's solo journey began with her debut
single "Race My Heartbeat" on Prins Thomas’s Horisontal Mambo label.
She followed up with "Just for Me & You", released as part of Steven Julien's DJ Kicks mix on iconic !K7 Records.

"Night Swim" is the debut LP from Bellofatto & Gentile, a collaboration that was founded on the soccer fields of Austin, Texas during the spring of 2019. The duo of Giovanni Bellofatto (an alias of Jesse Edwards) ) & Dan Gentile initially started exploring the melodies and textures of Italian dream house, but those experiments soon evolved to include modular synthesizers, breakbeats, and left-field samples.
Bellofatto's work dates back to the 90's and has credits on albums by Jessica Bailiff (Kranky), Odd Nosdam (Anticon), and His Name Is Alive. In the early 00's, he pioneered acoustic / electronic territories with his psychedelic project Red Morning Chorus. His forthcoming solo LP "The Otherworld" is due for release on Vancouver's Pacific Rhythm under the moniker C Thru. With 20 years of DJing under his belt, Gentile released his first house music productions as Time Zones in 2019 on Mystery Zone Records, with subsequent singles on Bay Area Disco and Moiss Music. He now lives in San Francisco, where he works as a journalist and creates visual art using a modular video synthesizer.
The legend John Beltran provides mixing treatments on half of "Night Swim" that will be released on Prins Thomas's balearic imprint Horisontal Mambo in 2023.

Pink Fluid is not an Italian EDM Duo by the same name
but the new Band of Jon Tye & Pete Fowler who form the core of Seahawks!
As Ransom Note once called it:
A partnership born of "A Psychedelic Guide To Monsterism Island" - the soundtrack to Pete`s illustrations, toys and figures - cemented by gigs playing records by Boston, Steely Dan and Fleetwood Mac at The Big Chill Bar, fuelled by a passion for vintage music-making machines, and given a name after a weekend spent in sailors outfits at Bestival. From tracks synthesised around AOR samples, Seahawks now record pretty much as a full band - which includes members of Hot Chip and The Horrors.

Jon: The first Pink Fluid release 'Pipe Dreams' is coming up on Prins Thomas' Horizontal Mambo imprint, we don't know when but we know it will be beautiful when it does…
And it does now! Pipe Dreams is an 8 Track, 32 minute mini album of sheer, almost translucent, beauty.

but the new Band of Jon Tye & Pete Fowler who form the core of Seahawks!
As Ransom Note once called it:
A partnership born of "A Psychedelic Guide To Monsterism Island" - the soundtrack to Pete`s illustrations, toys and figures - cemented by gigs playing records by Boston, Steely Dan and Fleetwood Mac at The Big Chill Bar, fuelled by a passion for vintage music-making machines, and given a name after a weekend spent in sailors outfits at Bestival. From tracks synthesised around AOR samples, Seahawks now record pretty much as a full band - which includes members of Hot Chip and The Horrors.

Starting out as a very irregular listening session in my hometown of Hamar almost 15 years ago then later(and still very irregular) in Oslo the idea was to cater good music to a sitting and mostly hungover drinking crowd...We(me + Magnus International)do these "jams" occasionally during summer as a outdoor pre Full Pupp-party warm up at our regular venue BLÅ. Everything from medieval lute and harp records, underwater sounds via Elton John, Grateful Dead to Basic Channel and ECM albums gets an airing... nothing is sacred
This "openminded music policy" we now turn into a label.

Daniele Baldelli and Jolly Mare come together for a record that feels less like a collaboration and more like a shared state of mind. Flusso Uno moves through Afro-cosmic kraut-inflected psychedelia and cinematic electronics with a natural, unforced flow, where rhythm, texture and narrative all pull in the same direction.
Rather than referencing the past, the EP treats it as a living language. The longform, ritualistic percussion of early cosmic dance culture meets the hypnotic motorik pulse of krautrock and the more structured, sample-driven tribalism that followed in later decades. What ties it all together is a deep sense of atmosphere and
intention: music that feels physical, emotional and quietly transportive.
“We particularly focused on ritual percussions, hypnotic grooves and suspended atmospheres, trying to blend musical anthropology, auteur electronics and narrative instinct.”
Dhol Parade opens the journey like a slow-burning procession, drums circling and expanding as if guiding the listener into another space. With Icari the perspective lifts, melodic lines drifting and tilting, constantly searching for balance between gravity and flight. Huldufolk pulls everything back into a shadowy, nocturnal zone, where textures feel half-real, half-imagined.
Finally, Viaggio Tascabile loses the record in a quietly reflective way, a compact voyage that sums up the EP’s philosophy: small in scale, deep in meaning. Flusso Uno is not about nostalgia or revivalism. It is about taking the spirit of cosmic culture and letting it breathe in the present, where storytelling, dancefloor
intuition and sonic exploration still meet. A record made for open ears, open minds and long nights.

Mental Groove Records is thrilled to announce the official vinyl release of the sought-after ambient house / minimal techno e.p. by japanese producer Asian Psilocybe Foundation (APF). Originally pressed on a limited run of 25 handcrafted white label and available only at Disk Union Tokyo where all copies sold out within a minute. Now it's available to the widest audience. APF had raised much attention from the Detroit techno scene since he started producing music. He got remixed by Jon Dixon of Underground Resistance's Timeline on his 1st e.p. "Cosmic Dance" that was released on New Heroes Records, the label of legendary producer Orlando Voorn (Fix, Playboy). APF is an eccentric Japanese musician who on this e.p. achieve to translates into sounds the sensations he experienced during his stays in the Doshi forest (Ch?bu region of Japan). With finesse and elegance his music balances between the real and the surreal, using layers of unprocessed field recordings materials and traditional instruments, creating meditative soundscapes at the emergence of ambient and trance over minimal beats for an unique final rendered. Environmental grooves anyone? APF is also part of the insane Optimist monday parties at the (Rey Audio equipped) club AIR in Tokyo where he performs live alongside his dj team Tobi & Jonson. Water Vein starts with a ritual sequences followed by two carefully crafted club tracks for both the feet and the brain, shaping abstract space throughout the listening experience with an extended version by veteran Dj Yogurt to boost. Dj Yogurt got on the wheels of steels while working at Cisco Records, one of the top record shop in Japan and is a regular figure in the city nightlife and headlined several time the famous Fuji Rock Festival. Water Vein has been mastered by Frederic Stader for Music Matters in Berlin. "I want you to feel the forest, its soil, water and sun rays through out the tress!" APF Kuduro, or most traditional Kazukuta and Semba give it its own unique identity
