NDATL continues with the return of Mr. G to the imprint "Stronger Together" EP sounds like a journey through the depths of house music, with each track offering its own unique flavor and energy. Having explored rather obscure and downtempo territory with Mr. G's album Pearls Don't Lay On the Shore earlier this year, CHILDHOOD returns with another discernig 12" dedicated to the dancefloor. Welcome to PLACE OF CONNECT PT.01! Ed Davenport, who has mainly focussed on his INLAND moniker in recent years, brings back another distinctive side of his personality delivering three unique, raw and pumping house cutz under his real name. The A-side starts off with Suntazia, an acid break beat anthem that sheds light and euphoria onto any dance floor, and is followed by the true jacking groove that is Inertia. The B-side is made up of Electricity, a wonderful testimonial to those magic moments on the dance floor, when everybody in the room just moves and moves... beyond the need of unnecessary gimmicks and sonic spectacles.

Despite the fact that we are all still hanging in there, 2021 kicks in heavy in style for CHILDHOOD with a killer 4-tracker 12" release by DON WILLIAMS. Thomas and I met a while ago on a dancefloor, however our friendship sealed for good when we met online playing endless Splatoon sessions on Nintendo Switch. Our common interest in a broad range of things and music in particular led to a deep exchange of ideas when it comes to the love for the vinyl product. Having started the label last year with DJ DEEPs VAINCRE EP, I can surely state that Thomas was kind of a mentor and of countless help when it comes to setting things up. I therefore couldn't be happier and more thankful to welcome him to the CHILDHOOD family with BLITHE SPIRIT, a true masterclass EP ranging from experimental and complex rhythms, over driving dancefloor madness to soulful early morning ecstasy cuts. Note by label owner Muallem: I am happy to present the first 12" on my new born 2020 baby CHILDHOOD. It is by no one else than the living legend and overall wonderful human that is DJ DEEP from Paris. I've met Cyril via booking him at one of my parties ages ago. When I opened Blitz he became part of the closer family and started to play regularly. Over the time we exchanged ideas and thoughts about music and life in general and when I told him that I'm planning to start a label, he instantly sent me VAINCRE, a timeless 3-track masterpiece that sits in between dubby House & Techno. It got me hooked straight away. Be it at home or on the dance floor - yes, I managed to road test during these crazy times - these tracks serve goosebumps full on and set the perfect groove to a dance floor. I've put a lot of love into the artwork and packaging and on top of this, the first 300 copies contain a CHILDHOOD sticker pack. Enjoy listening and dancing!
