The 39 Orbits pair of Nick Annies and Twink put out only two releases and they were back in 1993. In the years since though, they have become real digger's delights that now fetch high prices on the second-hand market if and when copies come up. But not anymore - Cosmic Soup has assembled this welcome 180g 12" which features tracks from those original records as well as one previously unreleased cut. 'Mercury' is pure dreamy post-rave prog house, as is the slightly more direct 'Outer Limits.' 'After Life' is high-speed house with lush synth work and 'Orbit's Theme' gets more deep and inwardly reflective.

Anoesis is the duo of Doc Bozique and Oxidation and this is their third release on Cosmic Soup. It is one that has been long anticipated by fans of their well designed breakbeat sounds and their first since 1995 when they dropped Blood & Sweat on D*Fusion. As such there is a hint of 90s post rave magic to the 11 cuts here, all with cosmic intent and deep grooves. They are tunes that have you lost in a reverie on the heart of the dance floor but with your gaze turned skyward. Essential stuff.

Remastered rarities by the late Susumu Yokota under his 246 and Prism monikers. Go Up was originally a defective release which has since been corrected and remastered and Vol 3 - 02 was not released. It also features a megamix of Ambient Love and Squeeze Up (which feature on Cosmic Soup 005) by Gene On Earth and a remix of Flare's Grip - Prism Remix by Matthew Herbert titled "Herbert's Make It Right Dub". The Oxidation release combines two cuts from the two Oxidation 12s originally released on D*Fusion records. In the last few years interest in these tracks has picked up and prices of the originals have soared. The Oxidation moniker was Howard's other key alias alongside Doc Bozique and Anoesis with releases also on D*fusion and Octopus records.
These releases are limited to 300 copies each. No represses.
